I just love this little gym so much. It is absolutely no frills - but you have everything you need to get a workout in. They keep it VERY clean and tidy - weights reracked, mats sprayed down, mirrors and equipment are constantly being cleaned. All day every day!My favorite part, however, is the staff. Every single staff member is kind, heartfelt and you can tell they love their jobs. Omar signed me up for my contract and I have never met a nicer human in my life - he treated me with such kindness. The manager is an absolute doll - she does so well at balancing having work to do in her office and making rounds on the floor to interact with members, answer questions and be available should anyone need her.I am so glad that I found this little club and it very much feels like home!

I have been a member for over 2 years. I liked going to this gym, but I had to move out of the area and they made canceling my membership a nightmare. I they wont let you cancel your membership over the phone or by email. you have to go in person or send them a letter. I have sent multiple letters and emails describing my situation but have not heard back from them. Extremely disappointed with the service

This gym will not let you cancel your membership. They are impossible to contact. I also received a receipt for something a couple monhts back that I did not buy. Again they would not respond to any emails. This gym feels like a scam

Because of immune deficiencies I have not left my home since last April, during some restrictions Fitness 19 was not taking money from my account. Once I noticed that they had started back up I called to cancel AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO COME IN...then they agreed to cancel if I sent an email. I sent the email in October. The fees kept coming out. I tried calling. No help. They shouldnt be open anyway, but preying on the sick or disabled is disgusting. I will be contacting the parent company AND any other source that can help get them to do whats right.

Not requiring masks. Equipment still jammed together making it hard to social distance. Not tracking members to comply with capacity restrictions. Disappointing return to the gym.

Nice gym. I was a guest with one of the members and they let my daughter come into the childs play area. Very cool. Lots of toys and a movie playing. The girl who supervises the kids room was making cool hemp necklaces and she gave one to me. Pretty neat.

Too crowded in the mornings.

This place uses to be a great average Joes type gym with lovely and knowledgeable staff. Now with an ever rotating staff and an obvious change in management its pretty much a scam that steals your money and then makes it impossible to reach out to anyone to fix the problems they create. Id have cancelled my acct already if anyone there had the ability to take care of the situation. I guess thats all in the grand scam that is this gym.

This is where my personal trainer works. Hes the best ever and we work out 3 times a week. If you want the best trainer in the world, ask for Jason. Hes awesome and knows everything nutrition, vitamins, muscles, joints, lets just say if you need to know he is your go-to guy. Former Marine and a super sense of humor.

Jenn and Matt are very friendly. Actually, all the staff are. Place is clean and staff are attentive to members needs. Excellent equipment, much like youd see in larger facilities. Never overly crowded!

I have been a member of Fitness 19 on Sunrise for about 2 years. The facility is clean, in a good area and there are plenty of equipment and they are well maintained. People of all ages come and are welcome to use limited or all the equipment depending on their personal ability. The employees are personable, courteous and helpful. There are personal trainers who are professional, very helpful, available and courteous. It is very convenient for me since I work 7 days a week and need the availability. I can come in and work out, go home and Im ready to start the day. Child care is also provided for parents in need.

I have been a member since 2011, its a small gym- no frills. Cardio area, weights, strength machines. It has a little stretching area and optional suntan room. It can get pretty packed depending on the time of day you go. The bathrooms, at least the male bathroom, could use more upkeep.

This gym rocks. Only have been going here for a few months and Im very impressed. Great equipment , helpful personal trainers and great staff. They constantly have specials going making it even easier and cheaper to join. You would be a fool for not joining this gym.

Love, love, love this gym. Bosue is super nice and funny. Been a member for 6 months and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Transferred from cal fit and glad I did. I have the premiere membership so I could bring my friend with me! Highly recommended!!

Small little gym, not many people during the day

This place is where you go to get a good workout in and get on with life. Staff is friendly. Club is clean. Good people all around. Best gym in town for sure. They have tanning, kids room, and I always bring in a guest with my plan. So stop reading and go lift.

This is by far the best gym in the area. If you are looking for a place to get in your daily exercise and be accompanied by helpful,hardworking staff, then this is the perfect gym for you. Fitness 19 in Fair Oaks is family friendly and a great environment to workout, meet new people, and enjoy the process of changing yourself for the better. Overall I am more than pleased with all the times I have spent in this gym and excited to continue my journey here at Fitness 19.

Awesome gym I have been coming here for soon to be 2 years. The gym is always extra clean thanks to Mac, hes always there to help as a spot and its always nice to get welcomed by your name as you walk in. Jason is the best trainer and helped me a lot when I first started coming. Ryan is a cool guy too and will also help you with a spot. I just had my girlfriend join recently and she loves it too. This gym makes you feel comfortable and is a great place to workout!

This place is great. All the staff are very friendly and you start to feel like part of the community right away. Straight-forward gym experience; always clean and well-equipped for all your cardio and lifting needs. No frills, and you dont have to pay for them either. Love that I can bring my son to the kids play room and know hes having fun while I get my sweat on. So happy we joined; this place has reminded me how much I actually love working out.

BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP HERE!!!They will try to convince you that theyre giving you a special deal and waive sign up fees but its all a sales pitch. They got my bank card info as well as my routing number and account number and charged my initial first and last months dues then went back in my account 2 weeks later and tried to get it again, then appologized and credited me only to go back in 2 weeks later for the same amout THAT I PAID THE DAY I SIGNED UP!!! Unacceptable and honestly it just shows how unorganized they are. The gym itself is as basic as it gets so you get what you pay for but if you can afford it Id pay a few more buck a month and go somewhere with better equipment and more options for a complete workout as well as a more professional experience rather than a mom and pop gym like fitness 19

Ive been going to this gym for a week and a half now and I love it. Its a great place to get a quick decent workout. I always feel safe and comfortable. The facility and the machines are clean and well cared for. They do these cool raffles. Currently they are giving away a paddleboard which Im going to win! Best of all, I already lost 5 pounds!!!

Its a clean gym, however that is all it really has going for it. This gym is not for lifters or body builders and is more tailored to the older crowd being very similar to a planet fitness. They are no showers with one small bathroom. There is a motley pot of rude staff members (most whose employment there is ironic) and it lacks of real weights. Also be warned, there is an annual fee that you hear nothing about until they charge your account for 80 dollars two months after joining.

Gone to this gym for over 5 years, the facilities are always very clean, the other members are always friendly. it has been a great experience. For $10 a month you really can not beat it.

Out of the 3 gym memberships ive got this gym has the largest selection of weights per body group and the cleanest workout areas. the people that work there are by far some of the friendliest and most helpful out of the gyms that i have gone to. This is by far one of the best gyms overall i have ever been to. plus the price is crazy low and in my budget.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY!! They will not cancel your subscription to the gym no matter how many times or ways you inform them. Ive called and emailed this place multiple times to have a membership canceled that I never signed up for to begin with. Only 1 person deals with the money from 8am to 3pm mon-fri which is plain stupid. All managers on duty should be able to process issue refunds, process complaints and handle cancellations.

Awesome gym. Just joined a month ago but so far it is great. Always clean, not too crowded. Kids club staff is fantastic!!

Super small but reasonable pricing. Not enough weight lifting equipment for my taste. Above average age for majority of patrons.

Decent gym, great for the price, the only complaint is the cleaning, is it clean? Yes. But there is no need to spray chemicals every half hour, when theres people in the bathroom. It is suffocating, and Im not super sensitive to smells either, but it burns your nose and throat.

Great place. Clean and well managed. Everything you need for a great workout.

The people are always extremely welcoming and very helpful with any questions I might have about the equipment. I tan here as well and the bed is by far the best one I have use before.

I like this gym because they have tanning and have added alot of new equipment . Need to find good employees and keep them.

Not sure if maybe Im a germaphob or what but i think if someone used the towel out of their shorts to wipe equipment its gross. NO one cleans equipment before they are done. I was told by the manager they are trying to make it easier for customers by not making them clean up and that they are to short staffed to do it. He did offer to clean my machines when i come in, but i dont want that kind of attention. Id be that pain customer to all tg email other staff. Cleaning is 3 days a week. I just saw a guy drip sweat for a half hour and walk away. Gross!

Small, local, gym. Inexpensive. No showers, go home to shower, go to the gym to use equipment.

Had bad experience with the agent. Can’t trust what they say, but after many conversations they really looked into the matter and I got refund, so I would like to change my rating from 1 star to 5.
