Cancelled an appointment we made months ago at the last minute. The only option they gave us was one and a half months later. Claimed theres only one dentist at the practice when there are two listed on their website and two listed on my insurance provider list. There also seems to be a different dentist every time we would go there - its like a revolving door. Not very reassuring. Were looking for another dentist.The receptionist was also very RUDE when we called. Not the best way to keep clients and not professional AT ALL.

Love the service, their way of caring for their patients, exhibiting patience and understanding their needs, the office admin Wendy is great and friendly to talk to. They get to know their patients and family that accompany them. I recommend this place to all!

They moved my appointment to the other date, unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment on the 10/29Called back to the office on 11/09 to set up/confirm new appointment on the 11/12.On 11/12 when I called the office in front of the door to access to the building for my appointment, the receptionist told me they did not have appointment with me, because I didn’t call to set up and confirmed the appointment and sent me away.Instead of apologize, the lady/receptionist on the phone blamed on me and lied about that I did not call back to confirm the appointment. Really! wow! RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!Luckily, my iPhone recorded that I did call on the 11/09/20. I highly recommend apple dentistry in fair lawn to anyone in need of any kind of dental work. I had a great experience in this office ,so I had infection in one of my teeth and I was in a lot of pain , I called many dental offices but they refused to see me in the same day so I called this office and explained the situation that I was in and Wendy at the front desk was able to get me in the same day . I truly appreciate the kind , ,caring and professional service that I received there specially at the time of great need . The entire staff at this office is kind ,caring, polite and knowledgeable, so you won’t be disappointed. I will always go to apple dentistry from now on and may god bless them for being there for me when I was In excruciating pain.

I had my first appointment here yesterday (7/19/2018) and could not be happier with the care I received. I was greeted by an extremely friendly woman at the front desk who set me up with the least amount of paperwork I have ever needed to fill out at any doctors office ever. Took about 5 minutes to fill out the 2 pages and then I was taken for my appointment 10 minutes early. My doctor was Dr. Lee and she was very friendly and personable. I thought I was going to have a cavity since I had not been to the dentist about 10 years. However, after about 8 X-rays I was told there are no cavities for me to worry about and that I just have a tooth sensitivity. I received a thorough cleaning of my teeth which is still noticeable now.I highly recommend this facility. I will be taking all of my future oral care here.Thank you for making going to the dentist far less painful.Bobby

I called and made an appointment on very short notice. I had tooth pain and was about to leave for vacation. Dr Lee did an excellent job diagnosing and addressing the issue. Everyone in the office as very professional and accommodating. I left with a much healthier mouth than when I came in.

Very nice dentistry. The dentist is great and very gentle! All the staff is very nice and helpful. There is also a discount for teeth whitening.If you order in-office teeth whitening, or at-home teeth whitening, you get $50 dollars off of the price of the teeth whitening! Overall, I can say that this is a wonderful dentistry, and they are very good with kids!

Horrible office, if you plan on getting major work with them. Please get a second opinion. I came here for a cleaning, because of bleeding from my gums. I was told Id need a root canal, so I made an appointment. I got cleaned ,went home brushed and still was bleeding. For some reason I went to another dentist, and he found a piece of food that was lodged under my gums. He then went on the tell me I did not need a root canal and my teeth were in excellent condition. I was charged a $50 cancellation fee for no show and the old hag receptionist still insisted on not removing it, even after I explained the situation. Makes me wonder how many paid for work they did not need.

Apple dentistry is by far my favorite dentist,they have a very professional staff and a clean office. They make my visits easy and they are very gentle. Ive never had a bad visit! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Guelfguat is an exceptional dentist and health advocate in general. She and her assistant are gentle, soft-spoken, polite, and conservative in their evaluations. Wendy, the office manager, is pleasant, responsive, and generous with her time in reviewing patients insurance information.

I have been coming here for years and never have I had an unpleasant experience here! The receptionist is amazing and the dentists here are outstanding with the work they do for you.

Forget the fact that they give you an appointment, you show up on time and still wait 45 minutes or more to get into a seat. I wish that was the only problem.Do not call these people unless you only want something small done like teeth cleaning or a lesson on how to brush your teeth.I had all of my wisdom teeth removed and all of my top teeth plus some on the bottom. They made dentures for me that didnt fit and didnt offer to do anything to fix the problem. Here I am 2 years later and still have no teeth.When they found out that the work they did was wrong they just laughed and said Eric, I dont know what to tell you. You will have to call somebody elseI would have been better off with the bad teeth in my mouth. For the last two years I haven;t been able to eat solid food.I seriously would not recommend that anyone go here ever.

I am not sure if the office personnel is pleasant. I never made it in to see the dentist because of how rude Wendy was to me over the phone. I called to cancel an appointment and she started to lecture me about making appointments and cancelling them. When I told her something urgent came up, she hung up on me. If I scheduled an appointment with a dentist because I am in pain and I cancel the appointment, it is probably something of an urgent manner to continue to deal with the tooth pain.

The doctor is very nice. He is fast and very knowledgeable. Doctors assistance is very friendly. I like their services.

I am the stereotypical fear the dentist guy that let his mouth get horrendously bad. Dr Sheth and her staff encouraged me on a long road and now my life is simply better. Very rude and arrogant on the phone and in person. I dont know about the doctors but if they think the receptionist Wendy is good for their business Ill go somewhere else.

If you can get past the receptionist the rest is better. She is very rude on the phone and has a terrible attitude. She acts as if she is doing you a favor by scheduling an appointment for you.

Great practice! Everyone including the dentist (Dr. Sheth) and the staff were very attentive and considerate. My family and I have been going to this practice for more than 2 years with great results every time. Dr. Sheth is great with children too.

I spoke with one of their office staff today to book an appointment. The lady (I think the receptionist) seemed very impatient and rude. When I asked her to repeat something, she sternly said that she had already told me about it before repeating the information. Later, there were many other instances where she spoke with an insulting tone. She was not ready to listen to what I had to say and just kept speaking on top of her voice. It has been a very uncomfortable experience for me.

I visited Apple Denistry in Fair lawn NJ to have a cap and crown put on. Upon entering the office I was greeted by Wendy the front desk person. She was very friendly and explained the how long it would be and the pricing. She made me feel comfortable which normally isnt the case when entering a dentist.Dr. Velardi and his assistant Irina did a wonderful job. He explained each step as he was performing which made me feel confortable. Their attention to detail was exceptional and I highly recommend this Dentist to anyone that is searching for a new Dentist.

I got my dentist work done here and my experience was amazing!

The dentists work was fine, but the office was very poorly managed. Last minute calls to change appointment times, no rescheduling done by the office when closed for bad weather, no calls to let you know your items had arrived from the lab, long waits for very standard visits.

Very rude office. Had one phone call with them and was instantly turned off. Receptionist was very rude and nasty from the moment she answered the phone, to when i hung up. I work as a receptionist and know that this is no way to treat a potential patient. It is much more difficult to go out of the way to be nasty to people, than to show basic human kindness. I will never go here, or recommend anyone to go here.

Tried to make an appointment and the receptionist was very very Rude and Nasty.She started making weird noises .When I asked her name she said it doesnt matter.Going to another dentist. They need to know how to respect people. I dont know about the dentist but this office must fire that rude and nasty lady.

This is the worst dentistry I have ever seen. I do not know if the dentist good or not, because when I first time went there, they assigned me a temporary dentist, who cleaned my teeth very quickly and not carefully. Then the nurse took X-ray for me, but she made my tongue and gum painful, my tears almost down. The worst part is the receptionist. The lady is really rude, mean, impatient, and has a strong sense of racial discrimination, making me feel uncomfortable. I was so angry when she hanged up on me so rude, she even did not give me a chance to talk, then I called back and told her to be honest, I feel your service is awful, then she hanged on me immediately, and never answered my phone any more, so I am unable to call them to transfer my document to new dentist, and have to call our insurance company and new dentistry to do this for me.The office is so terrible, which, I believe, will make their patients feel uncomfortable, upset and humiliated.This is not a good place if you want a smile, you will not get a smile from people working there, especially the lady answering the phone, and you will not make yourself smile at that place , either.
