I generally do not leave Google reviews (Im a Yelp Elite) but I felt the need to share my experience with this practice on a platform that would be noticed. Im 40 years old and I have never had a cavity so I generally do not opt in for my dental insurance plan. Instead I rely on Groupons to pay out-of-pocket for annual cleanings. I have done this for MANY years having crossed paths with varying levels of quality in practices across the spectrum from very bad, to decent/good. However, Dental Professionals of Fairlawn rated as excellent in my book so here I am leaving a 5 star review.Check-in: As a new patient I arrived 15 minutes early as advised in an automated text message confirming my appointment. There was no backlog of patients and I was in the chair without any excessive waiting. The x-rays were done in the same room as the cleaning. Very efficient and no bottlenecks in their workflow. At no point in time did I feel like another patient on a Groupon conveyor belt.My Hygienist: Sasha. In all seriousness Sasha ranks at the very top of my list in professionalism, sincere interest in her work, and dedication to a thorough cleaning with NO rushing and great attention to detail. She did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to ensure my teeth were even cleaned below the gumline. Amazingly, with this semi-deep cleaning I experienced NO pain! After she was done with the ultrasonic she actually took the additional time to go back in and scrape additional buildup manually beneath the gumline. Incredible attention to quality of care here. Even if I opted in for dental insurance (with free cleanings) I would pay out-of-pocket to go back to this hygienist next year. She was that good.My Dentist: Dr. Bardash. Although I have never had a cavity in my 40 years for the last 5 years I have had compression pain on my rear back molar that no previous dentist has been able to accurately diagnose. The best answer I could get out of any previous dentist seemed to be guesses and costly exploratory procedures. Dr. Bardash was FINALLY able to definitively identify the problem (difficult to observe surface fracture) and suggested the correction. I will be back... and by the sound of it I will finally be able to chew on the left side of my mouth without the fear of pain.They definitely earned this 5-Star review. Check them out you will not be disappointed!

I have finally found the place I have been searching for. From the moment you walk in the door you feel right at home. The front desk girls, assistants and hygienists have all become like my little family. The dentist are amazing too! I visited Dental Professionals of Fair Lawn to get my teeth whitened. From the initial consultation it was evident the dentist and her staff were amazing especially Jacky who performed the whitening for me. Jacky is professional, explained the procedure in great detail, gave me excellent pre and post procedure instructions. Answered all my questions and concerns and most importantly made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. She always had my well-being and comfort in mind and was extremely caring. I was putting off a tooth infection and finally decided it’s time and called their office late 830 at night while working in the area. The office girls all beautiful btw, were so friendly and made the ”dreaded” visit a piece of cake! Dr. Michelle knows what she’s doing she ROCKS, the assistant distracting me beating, well tapping on my arm lol, while the music came on for Dr. M to do her work and to be honest she was finished and I didn’t even think they started!!!! I’m going to make them my Primary Dentist now, even if they are an hour and 20 minutes away, it was totally worth it! Thank you all for making my visit pain free! 6 pm, Im at the gym when using a barbell when WHACK! I slam the barbell against my tooth. Its late, I have no dental insurance, and Im panicking because Im a school teacher and tomorrow only be the second day of school. Frantically searching for a dentist open late, I find Dental Professionals of Fairlawn. I doubtfully give them a call, and to my surprise they tell me they can see me right away!I come in crying and freaking out but my dentist, Michelle, was SO friendly, relatable, and skilled at what she does she had me smiling in no time! She was so funny she had me laughing while she was working on my mouth! (not dangerously of course)I couldnt believe my eyes, in no time my tooth looked good as new and it was much more affordable than expected. I was so thankful to them for saving the day. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dentists office before. Even the hygienists were wonderful and kind too! I truly am a happiest of campers!!! I had the most amazing experience today getting my lips filled. Not only is this doctor drop dead gorgeous, she is a complete and total sweet heart. I came in for juvederm, after filing out paperwork I waited approximately 5-10 minutes. Her assistant was lovely, she explained everything to me and detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with the procedure. The procedure itself was quick and painless!!! I went to another place last October and I had a horrible experience my procedure was so painful I honestly was scared to go and get my lips done again but I am so so so happy that I ended up finding Dr Michelle Mirza. She is a 10/10!!! I would highly recommend her to EVERYONE!

I was able to get an appointment immediately. I wish I had taken the advice years ago. I could have saved many teeth. I went to the office where I was met with a very professional staff who were very empathetic and sweet. The office is very professional and clean. Dr Bardash has such a special way of making you feel at ease. I was treated like a celebrity. I had the extractions almost painlessly. There are so many great things to say about this office. My only frustration with a 5 Star rating system is that cant give 6 stars to Dr Bardash and his team. My dental needs were quite extensive requiring multiple implants and crowns. My overall experience has simply been exceptional. The combination of skill and compassion is unsurpassed in my experience. The dental hygienist was great when I first went there so I asked for her again and was just as good the second time. Third time they gave me someone else and that cleaning was your average ok next cleaning then the 4th cleaning which they asked to change my appointment around np i didnt care which was just a joke and a waste of my time.I was rushed in and rushed out. Plus I just called and you only get a voicemail with a bunch of operators talking in the background like its a scheme lol. Anyway this place needs a second floor or needs to have less patients. All i want is a good cleaning. I will continue my search for a cleaning that is always good.PS I dont blame the dental hygienists as the dentist/owners should see they are squeezing to many patients in.

His care and sensitivity to a patients potential pain is impressive. He analyzed the particular problem that needed immediate care and quickly came up with a solution that solved the matter at hand. But he also, creatively and artfully, found an answer to a different, longstanding dental issue I had not even come in for, nor thought could be ameliorated. And all this was done in forty five minutes from start to finish. His assisting staff made me feel welcome and calm, explaining the home care necessary after the procedure. I came into Dental Professionals of Fair Lawn for Juvederm with Dr.Smilo. I was a little skeptical in the beginning because for the first time I was going to have a facial filler done by a dental professional, not a plastic surgeon as was my usual practice. Dr.Smilo instantly put me right at ease and all my fears went away. His touch was so gentle, the needle didnt hurt at all. He knew exactly where to place each shot filling my wrinkles and lips perfectly. The end results were very natural, and made me look easily five years younger.
