Go visit Katie at My Reis! She is a truly great stylist that has amazing vision. She does an awesome job at listening to your ideas and bringing them to life. I greatly appreciate the fact that one of her number one concerns is keeping the integrity of her clients hair. With this in mind, she still achieves a natural and beautiful end result each time. I was of course nervous to find a new stylist for my hair after moving to the east coast. I randomly picked Katie when making an appointment and WOW I was so lucky she was available. She is great at listening and taking clients lifestyles into account before cutting/coloring. I had very long hair, and we took an inch or so off, plus she answered my questions about a root smudge. I ended up having so much fun with her that I went in the next week and chopped my ten years worth of long hair into a long bob! She is so much fun, great to talk with, and does amazing work. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a stylist, it was the first time I ever took a risk with hair but after sending her photos and talking it through, I was so excited to get in the door and have a new look. I’ve learned a lot about hair as well which is always helpful. I absolutely love Katie, and can’t wait to continue seeing her!

I always had the hardest time finding a hair dresser that I loved until Katie did my hair for the first time years ago. To this day I haven’t gone to anyone else. She always knows exactly how to cut, color, and style my hair to make it look perfect. Also, the atmosphere at My Reis is impeccable, the decor is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I got my hair cut here by Deanna. I had been growing my hair out for over a year for my wedding. I expressed to Deanna that I was growing out my hair for my wedding and that I only wanted the dead ends to be cut off. She said she would do that and add some very subtle layers. I didnt see the back of my hair until I got home and I realized that 6+ inches of hair had been cut off from the layers and that they were not blended at all. I went back the next day to see if it could be fixed and the only option without cutting even more off was to leave it and hope it could grow.Although Deanna and the staff were incredibly nice, this was the worst haircut I have ever received. Not only am I embarrassed to have to walk around with this horrible haircut, I now have to reconsider how I want my hair done for my wedding and consider adding extensions due to the amount of hair cut off. I was incredibly upset and will not be returning to My Reis.

Went in for a color correction and was very receptive to anything that looked good, easy to keep up, and even throughout. I did ask for the ends to be lighter than my roots. What needed to be corrected was the orange on the ends of my hair because I didn’t like how warm the tones were which I expressed a lot to the stylist (kate or katie I believe) Was given very light head of hair as well as large dark chunks. No lighter ends nor was it even throughout. Was there for very long (5 hours with about 6 hair washes leaving my hair very damaged) and the stylist knew is was not what I wanted so she put a gloss on top to attempt to even it out. The gloss washed out and I was left with a head of hair that I just throw up to hide. Would have been happy with even highlights, but didn’t even end up with that. Not what I asked for nor does it look good. The two girls I spoke to at the front desk said it did not look even, just as I thought. Was told they would fix it for around $125 when I already paid for the first service. Would not recommend and after going have been told by multiple people they have had a poor experience their as well.

I love My Reis Salon. Previously, I had just been having my hair cut there, and they always did a great job, but getting my hair colored there for the first time was an amazing experience. Firstly, when I called to schedule the appointment, they were able to get me in 2 days after I placed the call. Secondly, Chloi did an absolutely amazing job with my color! The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked with my natural color to customize the perfect shade for me. I was in the shop for about 4 hours for this hair transformation, and the staff made the experience really nice for me. They are helpful, kind, friendly, and really communicative about logistics and pricing which I really appreciated. I also think the price of what I had done was fair, especially for so many hours of work! I highly recommend My Reis Salon, and I also recommend Chloi for any color transformation you want done!

I have been following Katie as she has moved from salons over the years. Before Katie, I had not found anyone that listens and is able to give me exactly what I want every time. She knows my hair by now and what looks best on my face, and what will and will not work with my hair. My Reis Salon is by far my favorite salon she has been at not only for getting my hair done (cut, color and styling) but for other services that they provide. Everyone is so friendly and professional while at the same time creating a fun and comfortable environment for the duration of your time at the salon.

I have been getting my hair colored and cut at My Reis with Deanna for close to a year now. I will NEVER see anyone else. I officially have the blonde hair of my dreams! Hands down the best salon and the best stylists on the East Coast.

Katie is absolutely fabulous! I have been getting my hair cut with her for about a year and I recently got my hair balayaged. After the first round I wasnt so satisfied with the color, but she fixed it right away when I expressed my concerns with no extra charge. I wait to be back home from college to get my hair done just to go to her!

I got cut by Mike Glidden today at My Reis Salon and it was incredible all around. Great location, excellent clean facility, and Mike’s chair comes with plenty of work space. Add in the fact he’s probably the best barber on the Seacoast, maybe even the state, and it’s a great experience all together. Highly recommend!

Although my stylist was 15 minutes late, she apologized and did a wonderful job on my hair today. I understand these things happen and I also had forgot to provide an accurate phone number, as they had tried to reach out. Although I was a little frustrated, that all got fixed with the respectful kind and fun attitudes of all your staff. Once they explained the situation I felt better and hadnt realized my contact info was my own fault. I sincerely appreciate the prompt written response from the owner. I have updated my review to 5 stars, well deserved! Thanks for beautiful hair once again! I will be back!

Scheduled to have a mani pedi today, but my pedicure alone took over 90 minutes. I had to leave without my getting my nails done because I only had 2 hours in my day for the full mani/pedi service. Very odd and frustrating.

The only place that I will get my nails done 💅🏻. So my stylist, Amanda R. is the sweetest, kindest person and talented beyond compare. I get so many compliments on my hair. I love my hair, the service is excellent and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate how customized my cut and color service is and the products recommended to achieve my results at home. I cant believe how shiny my hair is even when Im due for my color. I moved recently so this is a new salon for me which can be unnerving when you been with a stylist for over 10 years but I have been very pleased. I pre-book my appointments and today was my third time in and I will be back!

My family and I LOVE My Reis Salon, and have been getting regular haircuts and spa services there for several years. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are partial to Lori, but have NEVER left disappointed. My Reis uses and sells the best products, and the modern, minimalist design of the salon is very relaxing and tres chic. I’m unaware of any other salon in the area that offers the quality and variety of services and employs such talented staff. Highly recommend!

First visit to this salon the other day, requested a simple service and explained that I was new to the area and looking for a new location to receive services.Beautiful entrance, very organized, greeted immediately and all the staff was friendly. Quickly taken for a walk in visit.Really didnt like how cramped it was, the building is large but the staff was using only a small portion of the square footage. I got the impression, rather than making clients more comfortable they were trying to stay near to each other to chat with one another. Not very relaxing.Having mentioned to the person at the register and providing services that Im new there, local etc, I was disappointed when leaving to see there is a points system for purchases. Was not told at all about the salons points/ reward program and the cost of services received was substantially high compared to industry norms and quality of services received.Overall it was a decent visit but Ill be looking around because the pricing is way too steep.

My wife and I have been going to Reis for a few years now (astonishing for me) and we love it there. Outside of offering a good product (a good looking hair cut) it is just fun. The staff is all pleasant (hey, free lattes) and we love our stylists, Lisa and Kelly. It is a fun, comfortable atmosphere.

I love this Salon!!! Austin is absolutely amazing!!! She was able to correct a seriously bad dye job with out causing any damage. She always gets my color perfect. My hair is so much healthier than it was before I went there. Austin is fun and patient. She always goes over what she is doing before she starts. She gets me excited about my hair at every visit. I used to dread the hairdressers because I have very difficult hair and have endured horrible cuts and horrible coloring jobs. It is soooo refreshing to have someone work on my hair who gets me excited about the results.My Reis Salon is what a hair salon should always be like.

This is the only salon I will ever go to. I came in about a year ago and it was amazing. Carley that is at the Exeter location is one of the best people I have ever met. She took the time to talk to me, get to know me, understand my vision and see what I actually want. My appointment was a few hours because of what I had done. I had a beautiful blonde balayage done and she did a great job. She was patient as I do have a lot of hair and every time I came in everyone always told me I would love to be able to do things to your hair. I recently messaged her and she responding so quickly as I have been wanting to come in again for another balayage which I will be in soon. She is amazing and I recommend to everyone to go to My Reis!

Kellee is not only a talented stylist but also very professional! I would rate her services 5 stars! The overall cleaniness of the salon was unacceptable and is the sole reason I rated my experience a 1 star. I visit weekly and I have noticed that the sinks where clients get their hair washed are filthy. On several occasions I have noticed that the sinks are coated with dyes and previous clients hair. Unacceptable!!!!

The environment in the salon is appropriate for anyone under the age of 15 - the women working there had very unfriendly and unpleasant demeanors (with the exception of the young woman at the desk) and the colorist who did my hair applied the color to my roots so that it washed out within 4 days. The prices are reasonable if the work is done properly, which it was not in my case. Never again.

Received the worst manicure Ive ever had at my reis salon this past Saturday. Came in with a friend, excited to try some where new and we both ended up with the same results. My cuticles look terrible, it started chipping after a couple hours, and it looked like something I could have done myself. I expected much better results for a $35 manicure... the nail techs were very nice, but unfortunately that doesnt make my nails look any better... dissapointed.

I asked for my hair to be UNDER my collarbone, and now it’s freaking half an inch from my chin. i’m a 14 year old girl going through middle school and now i have to deal with this.

I got the worst pedicure last Friday. I will never go there again . She filed my skin on my toe. Its like a burn.I was charged $54.00 .

My wife goes to Chris Goodman there and really loves it.
