I normally get my hair cuts in Boston Korean town. Decided to try somewhere local today and came to this place. The stylist had no clue how to deal with my thick and straight hair, and seemed pretty impatient when I was explaining how I wanted my hair to be cut. I can only tell you that my hair right now literally looks like Captain Spock’s hair. Don’t come if your hair is similar to mine.

Got right in as soon as I arrived. Signed in online. Alex cut my hair exactly like I wanted. I showed him my pinterest inspiration. He was very pleasant. I paid half of what I paid at a salon. Ive used this salon about 8 times and have never had a problem with any of the hair dressers. Like one hairdresser said We all go to the same schools. I have enough friends and dont like to gossip. Id rather be in and out. Im picky also....

They always pay attention to detail and are still fast and efficient! Never once had a complaint about anything. Highly recommend!

Walked in and in the chair in about 5 minutes. Great haircut. Brianna did a great job and I should know, my mother was a hairstylist. She learned well. I would highly recommend her.

I did a walk in for a simple hair wash (because I’m in a cast and figured it’d be easiest) , I was asked to come back hours later-which was no problem I did. When I came back I was told they tried calling (they had not, and they have my Correct number on file) to inform me my hair wash would be $46 which with nothing else included seems unreasonable.I’ve had great experiences at other Great Clips in the past but I wasn’t impressed with this location.

So nice to use the online check in and just show up when they are ready. Katelynn is very nice and makes sure your happy with your haircut.

Very friendly staff and I got a great haircut. They also have performed haircuts for special needs children in the past and gave out a free balloon.Update: February 2019; Same great service. Great Clips app very helpful to book ahead.Update: June,2020; Booking from Great Clips app works, but, I couldnt find a countdown timer and it didnt have the same instructions as posted on the store window. Because they were not busy they said I could come in. I answered a few questions, wore my facemask inside and I had an enjoyable conversation with the woman who cut my hair. My last haircut was noted in their system. iPhone and Google Pay accepted. They took awhile to reopen due to staffing issues. I recognized the employees.

Been going her for 2 yrs. Check in app is super convenient! Can see wait time and get put in the que before even leaving my house. Regular guys haircut as of this review is $15. Staff are friendly & skilled stylists. I always leave a good tip bc they always do a great job! Highly recommended!

Ill start by saying Ive been to a more expensive salon in Exeter multiple times and have never come away with what Id call a great haircut. Just okay. A meh haircut, and expensive at that. As a senior living on a fixed income, this was so frustrating that I decided to try another salon. Same experience. Lots of money for a haircut that didnt thrill me (I just wanted a simple layered cut). But...HALLELUJAH! Today I walked in to Jennifer at Great Clips, was in a chair within minutes, told her what Ive always loved about my hair, and within 10-15 minutes, I walked out with the best cut Ive had in a long time...for $16 instead of almost $60. That was $13 for a senior cut and the rest was my tip for a job beautifully done. Not only that, but Jennifer was pleasant, upbeat, kept assuring me wed get it the way I liked it, and we did! Cant sing the praises of Great Clips enough!

Have always gotten a good haircut here. My advise is to download the app so you can checkin on line and save the wait. They also send out special offers via the app. You cant go wrong.

They do a much better job than some of the other cheap haircut salons. No reason most of the time to have to spend $30 plus for a basic mens cut. They keep your preferences on file; did have great deals, but I think they have disappeared as the franchise has gained steam. My main problem, and I dont know if it just this location, is that they dont post accurate hours. If your door doesnt reflect the actual operating hours, then for gods sakes, remove it!

Twice Ive been by to get a haircut and theyve closed hours before they were supposed to. The last time it was at 5pm on the Saturday before 4th of July. I guess they dont want to work and make money. Its worth going to when they have the coupons they give away in the mail for haircuts under $10.
