Such an amazing experience at this nail salon. The staff is polite, funny and sweet as can be. Not to mention these are the best nails I have ever had in my life and I have been getting acrylics since I was 14 years old. I will never step foot in another nail salon, would 10/10 recommend these amazing people.

I had an appointment at 3:15 but I called ahead to let them know I was running a couple minutes behind. They said that was fine. When I got there the guy said he had to finish with someone else and it would be a half hour. I said that was fine. He wrapped my nails with acetone and foil. An hour later, no one had even checked on me. Three people came in and they immediately started doing their nails. Meanwhile my skin was starting to burn from the acetone. I wound up leaving. I used them before and they were good then, but this was just such a bad experience for me that I likely wont be going back.

They took both my girls in for full set w nail art and even tho it took a few hours for them to do both sets they did a great job and very reasonably priced!

Honestly haven’t left a nail place so happy with my nails in such a long time! Just happened to be in the area and needed to get my nails done so I called and they booked me an appointment, and I got in right away. Danny did such a good job on my nails, I didn’t feel like he was rushing to just get them done. I live in Rochester, but I will be making the trip to come here to get my nails done for now on. ☺️

I went there this Monday. Nice people but the gel over the dip was not set right and the man who did my nails smudged it. My nail broke, 2 days later which shouldn’t happen. My nails all have indents and are all weirdly shaped when I asked for almond shape. Over priced and guys constantly stopped to watch the tv.

They were wonderful.

While there, six of my fingers were sliced open by the nail filer and left bleeding. There was no apology. I went to get dip, and they wanted to put my fingers, now with open cuts, into the container they use for every customer. That can cause infection not only for me, but can cause issues for future clients. I refused, saying I did not want to do any polish as I was concerned about health and safety. I was met with a confused face and they made it seem as if I was making an issue out of nothing, which I was not. The shape of my nails are also uneven and jagged. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love this place. I got a full set of acrylic nails and I got what I wanted. In previous nail salons the nail polish would get messed up. This guy that did my nails did an amazing job with my nails he not only knew what I wanted but he has previous customers and remembered what they wanted. The place was so clean that I felt at home. He took his time to take care of my nails. I recommend this place you wont regret it.

Went here for the first time today. I tried to get in a few weeks prior, but they were busy(not a bad thing by any means). I had the owner do my fill and he did a wonderful job. The salon was pretty clean in comparison to other nail salons I have been to. My only disappointment was that I had an appointment at 4, but he did not start my service till 4:30. With that being said, this has been my experience at all nail salons. However, I wasnt too upset only because I expected them to not take me in promptly. Seems to be the culture with most places.

I love this nail salon! Lizzie did my gel manicure when I went there a week ago and she did a fantastic job. She offered to do 3 coats since the color I chose was light and the nail was still visible with the second coat. I was happy she offered the third coat because usually the salons I go to don’t make suggestions like that. She also did a perfect job clipping my nails to the round shape I wanted. I’ve always done square nails and decided to give round a try; I’m definitely not going back to square anytime soon! Overall I would highly recommend this salon. The other staff I spoke to were friendly as well and the prices were fair. Will definitely be going back and requesting Lizzie to do my nails when I try dip for the first time!

Lizzy is the best nail tech I’ve had in a very long time! I’ve been seeing her for a year now and she does great with my nails. I feel so comfortable bringing my daughter in with me, everyone is so welcoming and the salon is very clean. They are always able to squeeze me in last minute but I do recommend calling for an appointment! They get busy!

Been here before and it was just ok but thought Id give it another chance because its so convenient. Big mistake. Felt very much like a mill mentality. Nail tech was in a hurry and did not do a very good job. Nail polish was on the back of my fingers and she had zero personality. Not to mention, one of the nails broke within 2 hours of leaving!

I got a full set of acrylic nails and they completely destroyed my nail bed and gave me a fungal infection.

My toenails were all messed up and painful. Nina restored them with surgical skill. My feet dont hurt anymore. She saved me a trip to the podiatrist. Im an instant regular.

I’ve been seeing Lizzy for my dip mani and regular pedi for quite some time and have never been disappointed! She has always made sure I left happy! The salon is also clean and the other techs are very friendly.

Ive been going to Ivys Nail for years and my last visit was Horrible, horrible experience! my dip power nail came out very bad, the owner was incredibly rude. Never spoke a word to me, never made eye contact, talked on his phone twice, spoke non-stop with other employees. Ive been getting nails for years - never had such bad service.This place is really going downhill.

Absolutely horrible service all around. I went in twice trying to give the benefit of doubt and both times my nails came out horribly and chipped within twelve hours. The owner was on his phone watching videos while he did my nails and was very snarky. I then got my cuticles basically filed off and I continually winced at the pain and they paid no mind to the blood I was shedding. Literal blood was drawn on five of my fingers. Do not go here!

The male tech that did my nails did not say anything to me. I asked him to keep the shape and length that I came in with and he used a file and made them as square as possible and as short as possible. They look nice, but Im not happy with the overall experience.

I went here on recommendation of a friend. The owner, Tony and the young man who did my powder manicure were the rudest people Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. I went twice, once to have the mani done and then to have it removed after 3 weeks, both times I was met with rude, surly people. The worst part was when I politely told the tech how I wanted my nails shaped and actually showed him, he ignored me and did what he wanted and was hostile toward me. Finally, they dip your finger directly into the powder jar rather than use a sanitary container for each patron which I have since learned is very bad practice. This was a very negative, hostile, almost scary environment. Unless you are a regular customer (to whom they seemed friendly) I would stay far away from this business.

On vacation from Florida, went in for a fill and pedicure. They were welcoming and treated me as a regular. Nails and designs are beautiful for the wedding I am attending this weekend. Thank you

My wife has been here several times. There are some nice technicians there, but the owner is a bit overbearing. He is always there, always pushes more services, and is rough even when asked to be more gentle. They have a wide selection of polishes, and the pedicures seem to last a while. They also do shellac/gels. If you go here, make sure to ask for someone other than the owner.

I like this salon. I had a lovely woman, Ngu, who gave me an exceptional pedicure today.

I scheduled an appointment for an acrylic set at 11:00 AM I got there at 10:50 and they didn’t get started on my nails until 1 o’clock I went there with my mom and she got a pedicure by the time they got started on mine she was already done and waiting for 30 minutes unacceptable! even though I scheduled my appointment there about four walk-ins that bought theirs done before I got mine done. online the prices that one acrylic set is $28 when I got there I was shocked to find out they charged me 35. There were Multiple people working on my nails at once with the expectation that I was going to tip all of them. The man who did my Tips was obviously not trained because he chose wrong sizes and made my nail tips too big or too small the man who did the actual acrylic was very overbearing and asked me repeatedly if I wanted gel which I did not!Also the man who did my acrylic Was very hard with the file he would file to the point where my fingers were almost bleeding it was very uncomfortable I am not happy if I could give this place a negative stars I would

I would not recommend this salon at all. My sister in law and I stopped in her her birthday around 1:45 for two pedicures and be stated “he couldn’t do it” and then when we asked about a later time he said “sure” so we asked about 3:00 and he agreed that would be fine, but we changed it to 3:30 to allow more time. We signed in with our appointment time and said we would be back. We arrive at about 3:25 and stood waiting for them to tell us to take a seat at two chairs (that had water sitting in them for over 10 minutes) at about 3:40. A woman sat to do my sister in laws pedicure and only after someone yelled at a lady who had finished a pedicure 10-15min ago did she walk over to do mine, at this point it was 4:15 and my sister in laws was basically done, I said I no longer wanted one. They gave me a rather lack luster apology and didn’t offer to take any money of my sister in laws pedicure. I absolute would not recommend this nail salon to anyone, nor would I ever return!

Weve been going to Ivys Nails for years and the last time my sister and I were there, I was very disappointing. We both having pedicures, the lady that did my sisters pedi was very professional and well spoken English and did an excellent job on my sister nails However, the lady that did my pedi was hurting my cuticles and she did not understand English after I repeated several times that she hurting me. when we came to check out, my pedi was $5 more and i asked why we both having the same pedi but my sisters pedi was $30 and mines $35? They said the lady removed my callus and its $5 extra. I ended up paying extra for something I did not ask her to do and my heels are still hurting after she used the cheese grater on my heels. We wont be back !!!

The staff is always friendly and your nails always look great and last longer than mani/pedis from other salons.

Absolutely terrible. The woman who did my nails was rude, rushing, hurting my cuticles and did a horrendous job. I had them fixed at another salon. Would not recommend, will never return.
