They refused my brother a covid test. Because a bill from 2001. When hes had ssi insurance for about 35 years. I was told the other day the cant refuse anyone for a covid test.

I always feel good about my appointment when I leave any department of the everett clinic. Everybody attentively listens and are all very kind and caring. My visits make me feel like a person they care about, not just an In out appointment to check off their list. Thank you for making me feel like I matter.

The wait was shorter than expected. The medical assistant was very kind and personable. The doctor, Andrew Todd, was in the room quickly and gave me several resolutions to my problem. He was keen on not doing any unnecessary testing. I presented him with a second issue which was not listed for this visit and he took the time to discuss it thoroughly with me. He was also kind and personable. I was in and out of there in about 40 minutes. I was very pleased with my visit here.

Got to the observation room quickly although i had to wait 30min between each time i was checked up on. didn’t even tell me what was wrong with me, promised to call with test results and did not. i was nearly passing out in there and no one seemed to care, i heard staff laughing and joking just outside my room rather than caring for people. didn’t even test for what i actually have because i was missing one symptom. overall seemed to not care about their patients which was very disappointing as i’ve been going to the everett clinic for years and expected better.

Have used the walk-in a few times. Has always been a pleasant and fairly speedy process! Check wait times online to avoid a longer wait if you can.

The medical assistant was very nice and Doctor Green was the best she listens to all your problems and she really tries to help. Dr Green is the best doctor at the walk in clinic she truly cares about her patients.

It appears the clinic takes it sweet time about seeing people. All I needed was a tetnus shot because I stepped on a long rusty nail. It appeared to be a 3 hour wait to have the shot. Because the walk-in clinic people hate to work hard or break a sweat to give care to people. Its just a job they applied for to get the pay. Careing for people is secondary.

The wait times here are ridiculous and always longer than they say it will be. They also dont take into account the additional 20 minutes you have to wait in the room for the doctor.

Staff have poor bedside manners.

This is my do to COVID clinic. It takes me about an hour to get my results from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I absolutely love their staff! They are extremely friendly and super tentative. Basically I am happy with the care, with the knowledge, with respect and with the compassion.
