Wonderful people and place, front desk were so caring and thoughtful for time constraints! Even with lots of walk-up people waiting they were patient, clear communicators and went way above expectations. Assistant was diligent easy going and fun, so was the Doctor and made me feel cared for and positive! Also felt very safe and clean environment under difficult COVID conditions. Highly recommended 11 out of 10!

Went to Concentra for the 2nd time, 1st time to this location, for a pre-employment exam. The staff were kind and accommodating. Especially Dixie, but all the employees that I encountered were great. They told me what to expect regarding wait time. I brought work that I had to do, so I didnt mind waiting. There is good signal with xfinity wifi. Not sure if the clinic has wifi. I appreciate the service they provide, as it was hard to get the exam before my due date at other clinics.

Pleasant staff, the facility is a bit unable to handle a large volume of customers at one time. More exam rooms and staff would be a good thing. The day that I visited they were experiencing a plumbing issue and did not have enough hand soap to share between the exam rooms. Overall, it was as expected. I was in and out in under an hour.

If you have to go do it, go do it at A Concentra Testing Facility. You might as well go where they treat you professionally and respectfully. Its Clean, fast and efficient with kind and friendly staff.

I only go there with an appointment and in this particular youre case I got there 30 minutes early filled out paperwork and and waited a full hour. An appointment should be prioritized 1st and they agreed. That would be my only complaint because they are very nice and professional and knowledgeable.

From Miss Dixie to the wonderful medical assistant to the illustrious Dr Gibson, I was treated professionally and carefully. I trust this office to send the necessary paperwork to my employer. Thank you ladies for making the long wait bearable.

Staff was very professional and courteous- however the wait time was miserable- 5 hour wait to get DOT physical and UA - showed up at 8 am and still waited till 12pm to be seen. Let me be very clear, the staff at Concentra are not at fault for the wait time - they are severely under staffed. Concentra administration should take note: hire more people please.

Receptionist on both back to back visits provided poor customer service. I try to be that respectful professional most all days. But when I recieve negative energy just by a phone call or walking in to request service, I give off the same disrespectful energy. Although your job may be stressful, you can not translate your day or how your day is going on patients who walk in the door. But, I will say the nurse who assisted me in the back was phenomenal! Please make changes accordingly.

I called head to verify that I would be able to do my pre employment drug screening, and I was told yes, but when I arrived the person who does this had left. Was a little unhappy as I drove 20 mins one way for nothing. But with being said, the woman at the front desk was very pleasant, apologetic and handed me all the forms I needed so I was able to fill them out that night which saved time the next day for check in.

The wait time was not excessive. Staff was friendly and efficient.

On a scale of 1-10 I gave them a 4. The only reason I didnt give them a zero was because the second front desk person that helped me was professional, helpful and kind and I witnessed her knowledgable and kind professionalism toward everyone she came in contact with during the 2 hours that I sat waiting for my pre-employment drug screen. The first person I dealt with seemed annoyed to do the bare minimum. In a position where you can help make or break a persons chance at a job, a workmans comp claim or any of the other vitally important and potentially life changing circumstances that bring people into a facility like this the bare minimum doesnt cut it. And just like I witnessed the greatness of the other employee I witnessed this woman treat everyone with the same flippant, bordering-on-annoyed attitude that she had treated me, giving people incorrect information and refusing to be in the least bit helpful if it meant she had to get up or move or think. If I hadnt had such a supportive onboarding specialist with my new employer I could have missed the crucial window of time they gave for completing the drug screen and lost out on a fantastic job opportunity as the person at the front desk took a cursory glance around her, declared that my information had not been received and tried to send me on my way. Im very glad that she was with someone else when I came back in a couple of minutes later because the other employee actually made an effort and checked other places in the office that peoples information was commonly held. I would not have complained in a public forum had she obviously been new or had just made a mistake in my case. Seeing how she was with other clients spurred me to write this. Everyone else was great but her being the first point of contact leaves a bad impression.

Here for a pre employment drug screen. The wait is over an hour and the employees are incredibly rude! I was shocked that a simple drug screen would take so long! The women working here treat you really poorly if you dare to question how long it’s going to take. I would be fired if I spoke to customers this way!

The staff here at Concentra are very pleasant and professional. The rooms and walking area are clean. I went in for a random drug and alcohol test. It was my first time here at this location but staff were very kind and talked me through the process.

The lady who did my UA was great. A few of the ladies checking people in need customer service training. There was a gentleman coming in on crutches, he may or may not have been in the wrong place, I was holding the door for him-one of the ladies who checked people in blew past me and started talking to the guy like he was a wicked step child. A couple of the ladies up front were very unfriendly...

Long wait time (1.25hrs) 11:30am arrival, but otherwise decent experience. The little staff there were courteous and efficient.

Long wait times due to short staffing, rude staff on top of that, myself and co workers were there to do Pre Employment UA’s and we’re treated like cattle. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if at all possible.

Came here around 9am on a friday cause i read alot of reviews of how short staff they are and the long waits. I only waited around 30 minutes or so, so it wasnt that bad. It is probably best to come in early to avoid longer wait

Arrived right when they opened and was immediately turned away by front desk staff for pre employment drug screen and TDAP vaccine citing being too busy. I guess peeing in a cup and sticking me with a needle was too overwhelming. Maybe they should try working in a hospital and seeing what too busy really looks like. Pathetic.

I arrived at 8:01. 1 minute after this facility opened on a Tuesday morning. It’s 9:55 am now and I am still waiting for a physical. I’m in my 20s, normal BMI, I have no medical or surgical history, no prescriptions, I have never drank or smoked. Nearly 2 hours and I am still waiting to be seen and print the form that says I can work. This is insane.

This place was booked into next month, And still found time to schedule me in the same day. They were kind and very helpful. Ill definitely be going back.

I was the first one there at 8:00 on Friday. It took 47 minutes to get a pre-employment non DOT urine test. At 8:40 I asked how much longer and was told As soon as we can No one else had been taken back.

Blocked time out of my schedule for an appointment at 3pm- waited until 3:50! I went upfront to reschedule my appointment because I had other obligations and the front office ladies got upset because I wasn’t being patient enough and waited more. Not patient enough for waiting 50min? I’d give a 0 star if I could. Not only was everyone late but the bedside manners are terrible. People here need to receive proper training on customer service.

Went there for a simple ua. Waited in the lobby for 45 min for an instant result test. Took it on a Friday and couldnt even get the results till Monday. Not very happy at all.

Good experience - they got me in for my DOT UA as soon as they could and the process only took 2 minutes at max. The workers were helpful and to the point, I will be coming back for any other testing needs I may have in the future.

Call and ask for a wart treatment but keep recommending me somewhere else like Sweden Hospital. I dont need to go to emergency room just an urgent care to get prescription for my wart. I guess you shouldnt call yourself urgent care if you cant do simple treatment or check up.

They insisted I wear a mask but it has no beneficial qualities whatsoever. It affects breathing negatively. Besides that it was fine.

I didnt give them 5 stars only because the service is somewhat slow, even taking Covid out of the picture. Its really not their fault, its just a busy clinic, many companies use it as their default clinic.Staff is friendly and in my experience has been professional and Ive been here numerous times. If your looking for an emergency clinic you might try elsewhere, but the service Ive received has been very good.

Extremely slow! I waited almost two hours for a 5 minute visit. Rude staff at front desk when demanding customers to put on their masks. They are creating a somewhat hostile environment.

The woman working the front desk was snippy, unpleasant, impatient, and rude. Service took forever. Showed up 30 minutes prior to facility opening and was third person in line. Took an hour after signing in to be seen. Only positive was the space was clean.

Fastest drug test I’ve ever had done so far.

The front desk people aren’t very friendly at all. Had to really pull out conversation with them. Not only that but the doctor who took care of me didn’t listen to my concerns when I injured my hand at work. I explained to him that I had nerve pain down my hand and pain in the knuckle. He kept saying that my pinkie contusion wouldn’t make that happen. I smashed my finger between a cabinet door and the counter and was moving in the process. Now a month later, after my case was closed because he didn’t listen, I’m now in hand therapy because of the fact that he missed the fact that the capsule around my pinkie knuckle had become enlarged and displaced. I’m now going to hand therapy and need surgery. 10/10 would not recommend.

Called this location yesterday to make an appointment was informed that they dont make appointments. Show up today and the receptionist tells me that I cant be seen for three weeks without an appointment. After explaining the situation was put on standby and was told it would be a three hour wait. Affirmative action at its finest

It was busy but they maintained social distancing. The person that took me back to administer the urinalysis wasn’t really friendly.

Terrible, slow, and dirty. Unprofessional staff, and it literally smells like urine outside where you have to wait. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

The front desk staff was rude and clip with every patient checking in. Absolutely the worst urgent care or medical clinic I’ve been to.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. The receptionists and doctor were ok (even though I was waiting there for 3 hours)But when I decided I had been there long enough and decided to not go through with my appointment, they wouldn’t refund my money. The doctor never even gave me the physical I went there for.The “medical director” some bigger lady with a long weave came to talk to me, and she was the most rude and condescending person I’ve ever met. She kept talking over me when I was trying to ask questions, and treated me like I was trash.If you need to go to an urgent care clinic, avoid this place like the plague.

I was greeted and waited on with pure professionaless in a very fast Timely manor.. All the staff I encountered there where professional and delightful to interact with.. The doctor that handled my case was very informative and made sure I understood his directions.. Because of that I had a very sturdy recovery and was back to work within 2 weeks..I will highly recommend you clinic to anyone that asks.. The staff here was very helpful. In this time of Covid they made sure to keep us and themselves safe by practicing all safety procedures. They were also friendly and helpful guiding me through the paperwork.

This is an essential business which complies with the current pandemic guidelines. Arrived on time but understandably had to wait. Once I started the process it was as efficient as expected. Really like their professional attitude and patience. Great customer service and satisfaction!

Needed to see the doctor for strep throat and tonsillitis. Staff was easy to work with and the doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. Easy location. Would recommend to anyone needing to see for urgent care.

Concentra on Broadway in Everett is always busy! I will tell you why. They are efficient at getting people through to see the medical personnel that they need to see. I was greeted by Dixie, who was friendly but focused on getting me my paperwork quickly. Next, I was helped by Melissa C., who is some sort of paperwork ninja. She was sorting paperwork so fast I swear she must have 3 arms! I was told the wait time for walk-ins was 3hours, maybe more. I suspected as much, but it was my fault for procrastinating until a week before my CDL medical certification expired. I was surprised when I was called back after only waiting about an hour and a half! The Medical staff was friendly and professional, and I was finished and on my way in about ten minutes. I will be happy to come back next time when I need to renew my CDL medical certificate.

Went in for a random drug test for work and got there before they opened. I waited in the waiting room for an hour before I was called back. Many other people were getting right in ahead of me. Seems to me they should get the the drug tests out of the way first. I mean, we were just peeing in a cup!! 4 minutes, done!

First off, there were no 6ft social distancing markers outside, which made me wary. There were no organizational lines established for people who had already completed the required paperwork and those that had just arrived to fill out the paperwork. I felt that there were too many people in the waiting room and the chairs were not that far apart from each other. I saw no one sanitizing anything. I just feel like Concentra can do better.

Professional with a very welcomed bit of sass. Clean and informative didnt leave you hanging. Enjoyable experience and I like most hate Drs. offices.

I was referred to this place by my employer for a drug test on short notice and I was very happy that I was able to be seen as a walk in. The staff was nice and complied with Covid guidelines. I was in and out in less than an hour. Will use this clinic again if needed.

Staff was very friendly and kind. Some of the paperwork can be confusing but that gal who helped me was knowledgeable and funny! The nurse who processed my tests had good bedside manner and made it so it wasnt so awkward! Overall a great experience.

Terrible service. We made an appointment a week prior. They asked my husband to come in 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and he has still not be seen after 2.5 hours of waiting. I would NEVER recommend going here, especially if you have things to do besides sit and wait. When I called the receptionist and was rude and just said that it is what it is. ZERO STARS!!

Professional and welcoming.

I went to the Concentra clinic for a mandatory TB test. I found that the Everett and Lynnwood centers differed markedly in the amount of administrative tedium. Example: At Everett, I was given a covid form to fill out and sign before I was allowed to remain in the building. I get that. But why not give me the form for the TB test at the same time? I already had an appointment and I understand the Covid protocol after almost 7 months under it. I had to wait on two different lines for 15 min each, which was not only tedious, but effectively increased my risk for Covid in the first place, and greatly decreased the efficiency of the office. Also I was called back for one of the forms because for the year, I put down 20 instead of the more complete 2020. The atmosphere at Lynnwood was completely different, and concurrent forms were either checked or given out at the same time. I was in and out in 10 min total.

Very strict covid rules are practiced. It took less than 30 min to get a drug test done. I just had to do my pee dance outside😅

I went to this Concentra because my new place of employment needed a drug test right away. I went in without an appointment and was expecting the worst. I got just the opposite. From check in until final test I was treated really well. All the employees were pleasant and patient. I was told by more than one friend that this location is less crowded than the Payne Field location. Nicer, too.

The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She couldn’t find my name cause she couldn’t pronounce it. She rolled her eyes, and even shooshed me when she got on the phone! Wow. If you can’t handle your job, go work somewhere else. She was polite to all the other patients. I’ve never been one to leave a comment, but leave your attitude at home, this is a place of business that you are lucky enough to be paid for. The rest of the staff was jovial and professional. One bad apple spoils the bunch.

I would never go back to this place. Needed to get a TB blood draw. Spent almost 3 hours waiting for a blood draw that took 2 min when I finally got called back. Many people came after me and where helped before me.

I was a walk in coming in for a physical for my new employment. I greeted promptly and cordially and handed paperwork to fill out while they retrieved the required paperwork from my employer. Never once did they act bothered or short in spite of the fact that the waiting room was very full of clients. I was given a wait time of 2 hours and magazines, water and a television were provided to make waiting more comfortable. The wait time was not even close to 2 hours and all the staff were cordial, personable, efficient and treated me like I was their only client. The woman at the front desk was a rock star for how she handled all the requests and demands that she was facilitating. The MA was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient in her task handling. The NP was thorough, pleasant and informative. The whole crew made me feel like we were best friends and like I was their only patient. The experience was great. I give them a 10 on efficiency, professionalism, knowledge and kindness.

I’ve never been so mistreated before in my life. The doctor was rude and unprofessional. He was stubborn and unwilling to properly treat me. I had to take my care else where. I’ve never seen so many reviews about one place and the rudeness of the people.

This place smells like cheap cleaning chemical solution, could smell it even with my face mask on! 😷They had us waiting around 3.5 hours. They would grab my husbands chart and just because it was for a physical, they put the chart back for more waiting. Had they told us it would be a 3 hour wait as common courtesy, we would have gone to another location to begin with. This was so frustrating we had things planned for the day but spent most of our morning waiting to be seen. We arrived at 10:00am weren’t seen until 1:15pm. Would give this place a 0 if I could.

Great service. My new employer needed a drug screen from me and it was set for me to go to Concentra. Walked in no appointment needed. Luckily it wasnt busy that morning. I filled out my paper work, sat and waited 5 minutes then was called to the back for the test. Test only took another 5 minutes and that was it. No frills get your business done. Parking was ample and the location right off the freeway.

Very rude. I was treated poorly by staff and the doctor. They made me feel like i was a disturbance to them.

5/5. My urine was handled with complete professionalism and in a timely manner. Water was provided free of charge so that I could prime the pump as they say. The service that I received left me feeling pampered and appreciated in a way so few drug screenings can. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication to this noble calling.

The front desk was polite and got all my info they needed quickly. I was taken back right at 9am which was my appointment time. My medical assistant was delightful she was super nice and cheerful and got everything done quickly and had the doctor in there asap, the doctor was also very polite and didnt waste time.

A doctor the cares and listens to what you have to say To get better

Office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My smart phone came in very handy to access the patient portal sent to my phone to answer the questions for the DOT physical. Be sure to check the office hours and come early to be seen as a walk in. Cost was $104.

Take the day off if you have a daytime job. They only offer TB testing certain hours of the day and the wait time is over an hour.

Place is horrid they have to many people going through their office and not enough providers to get everyone seen I literally sat there 4 hours a few days ago waiting to be seen at one point said nevermind and just walked out. Also you can see the medical assistants walk around and look at the folders but once they see that it is for physicals they literally walk right past them like theyre not even there.

The wait was quite long to get my testing done at first, but other than that, everything was done professionally. When I came back to get my test read, I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everything was sent to where it needed to go, and was very efficiently done. Thank you!

Probably the best experience I have ever had peeing in a cup to have my urine tested for drug use. The lab collector was extremely professional. 10/10 I highly recommend peeing in cups here. Great atmosphere, makes peeing in a cup a breeze.
