Received a call to update my equipment. I said all I needed was a mask. The person on the phone said they would send out the mask, headgear and nasal pillows. I said no, only the mask. They said, well you need the pillows and the headgear too. I said no, its sold as one unit by the manufacturer. The person argued and I disagreed. I said only send me the mask. I received the mask, factory sealed by Resmed. The invoice billed the mask and headgear separately. An approximate $40 addition. I called to address the issue and was told the manufacturer assembles everything separately then sends the product to them and that the insurance company allows them to bill for each individual component. I told them the mask is sold complete and sealed by resmed. Its also sold complete at other companies and that I did not receive individual components. They said again, they were allowed to bill for separate components. I said then this could possible be fraud. They said I was welcome to call the insurance company and report any problems with the invoice. I did. They looked up the product and agreed it was one unit and should have been billed that way. They are looking into it. Check your bills and google your products. Make sure you are billed accordingly.

I had a great experience at your Everett clinic. The gal that helped me with my cpap machine was amazing. I forgot her name... so please look it up and let her know.Also the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.You have a wonderful staff and I appreciate the fact that I got my replacement mask and I am sleeping great!! There billing department is horrible. They just billed me for supplies from 6 months ago. I was fully covered by insurance at that time with a different insurance than I have now. How is it my fault they didnt bill it to the insurance correctly?

I HATE this company. They NEVER get anything right! I have been a customer for over a year now and EVERYTIME I order my supplies they are NEVER right! Sometimes my supplies get delivered to my old house but NEVER are my correct sizing delivered. No matter how many times I call and tell them to fix it. I wear a size med head strap and a size small nose cushion. I ALWAYS get sent a small head strap with about 6 to 8 size medium AND large nose cushions!!!! Whhhhhhyyyyy? Every delivery Every time since being a customer. Sleeping sucks! I have boxes of unopened supplies of the WRONG sizing. Useless. Dont get me wrong the people answering the phones are super sweet. But whos fault is this EVERYTIME?
