This experience is rated as far as I have been attending this doctors office which would be early 2019. I have moved under insurance with this being the office I go to for all reasonable appointments. I have been with the crew at this office for about a year and a half back to back with scheduled appointments and you would think I would have run into some type of issue as per usual with office appointments, this staff I could not tell you have been so compassionate in the midst of all the hectic the pandemic caused. I have waited patiently on line with phone calls and never the less staff on the other end continued to be patient and caring as I asked for personal doctors visits! With gratitude and apprehensive appreciation I would like to commend the office for being there for me, in times of troubles or concerns when it came to my health. Thank you staff! Kudos

The staff at this location made a lot of trouble to their patients. For example, they only take walk in on COVID-19 vaccines. That means those old people need to come before 6 am and wait on a line outside the building with cold weather and sometimes with rain. My experience is even worse. After more than an hour waiting on a line, they told us they didnt have enough doses for today, you had to come back even earlier tomorrow. Why dont they take appointments at first place? Make fun to those old men and women?

Worst hospital how do they serve clients seriously.Nobody picks up the phone and they dont return calls either.It is a pity!

I showed up at 5am to get in line for the covid vaccine. On the website it said walk-ins only and I called the night before they told me the same thing. I stood in line for 3 hours to have a staff member tell me that it was appointments only for the second dose and they were not serving first doses to anyone that day. I am so frustrated by the lack of communication. Very poor service, and not up-to-date website.

Originally, I posted an angry comment. Then the thing they did to make me angry never came up again. I misjudged them and apologize.However, I have had some frustrating communication problems with them, so I think 4 stars is appropriate.

Appointment was at 10am and finally they take me to a room at 10:55, I was here 15 minutes earlierThis is not the first time, is 90% of the time

They will give you an appointment 1 to 2 months out and then cancel it without letting you know. Then when you arrive at the appointment that you think you scheduled they will act oblivious as to what happened and offer for you to wait around for a no-show all day. Then if youre not yet fed up with them doing this to you yet theyll offer to reschedule you for another 1 to 2 months out. Then rinse and repeat until you just MIGHT get to see a doctor that will take care of you.

My family have had only good experiences coming here. The doctor made 3 generations of women feel comfortable with a new clinic.

These reviews are all based on technical things and not service so let me give a review based on the skill and professionalism of the doctors, and not the front of house of its phone service.My experience since starting here 3 months ago has been nothing but pleasurable, the front of desk staff has been amazingly kind and professional. The doctor herself has been amazingly patient, kind and understanding that people all have different sensitivities. she asked me every other minute if I was in pain, and stopped instantly if i was uncomfortable. She explained things in a way I could understand, and gave me the tools I need to protect my teeth in the future. All in all I found the entire experience very pleasant and their customer service above and beyond what I expected for a low income clinic.

I was pretty good with my previous experiences until last week.Some old doc lady pretty much told me that im not allowed to come back to do another STD testing.Thinking about switching to another place

All of the Ladies in Reception are so Sweet and Helpful. We’ve been patients of an ARNP there for over a year now and have always been treated superbly, plus their pharmacy is always incredibly quick!

I’ve been on hold 30 mins right now and no ones even answered n said hello at this point I’m wondering if they r even operating

Been going here for 2 years never had a problem staff professional and helpful the other good thing is pharmacy is at same location

Really disappointed. I’m closer to the Lynnwood center, and I called Everett to get my file transferred. Elisabeth “helped” me out by taking my name and number on 10/29 and said she’ll call me and give me an update. I haven’t heard from her and it’s midterms so I’ve been really busy with exams. I finally get the chance to call 11/6 to Lynnwood to check my transfer status. The supervisor at Lynnwood told me that he didn’t receive my file. He was great at returning my call less than 30 minutes later and told me that Everett closed my file. Unfortunately I need to reapply when I’ve got no time to detour there.

Absolutely terrible!!! Worst clinic yet!!I accompanied my mother for her 4:00 appointment and they said that the doctor was going to be an hour late. This clinic closes around 5 so we waited for a whole hour and 30 minutes!! So Ms. Katherine L. Caldwell you are the worst doctor yet. I wonder how you got your job, my mother says you are always late. Thats absolutely ridiculous!!!

Best place ever the staff are evey nice never had a problem

They will waste your time. They answer the phone and put you straight on hold until you hang up. They never call your insurance to prior authorize. They prescribe the wrong medicine for your insurance. You can make an appointment but they still wont see you until 30-40 minutes after you arrive. Dont go here unless you have no other options.

Im a veteran with a cyst on lunate bone and the tendon torn . My pain gradually has gotten worse. After 6 months Im finally getting the surgery I need. During this time my primary care physician has been barely helping with my pain. After this is over switching to a doctor that knows when someone needs pain relief when there in extreme pain until its resolved. But otherwise a good doctor.

The attitude to patients is very bad.

If youre looking for 10mins of BS,and no result...Go ahead and go there.Ive been a patient of this office for 3+ years now.I had a bumpy mark on my arm for 3 months that i spoke to them about.They DIDNT recommend a dermatologist AFTER I asked them to.Instead gave me cortisone cream that i had said ive already been using.Went back and said its not working.Different doctor this time,Again it was another 10mins ,of them pretending.After i asked to see a dermitologist again.They prescribed me more cream.Got a second opinion.Turns out it was CANCER.10mins of BS isnt a way to care for patients.Thanks SeaMar.

They say seek help if you neet it. But they wont help. I landed in the E.R because of one doctors neglect.

The reception lady was rude and sounded miserable. This is the second time Ive called to schedule an appointment and they seemed miserable. If you dont like your job so much then leave.

Seamar is the worst clinic ever. I am changing providers immediately. If you are waiting on lab results or a call back, dont hold your breath because you wont get one.

They rush you out cuz of what kind of insurance you have. Play Russian Roulette with changing your medication around and you get sick from it.

Spent 30 minutes on hold in the morning and got hung up on.

Paid $70 to wait an hour and a half for them to make me feel worse by unprofessional buttwads.

They will givee you appointment and when you come they will say your appointment is cancelled sorry. Pfff

Only a 3 because the Dr was very open to hearing everything and showed they cared...however the receptionist is a JOKE
