We like the doctor. But the reception people need to practice some kindness. The girl that called me back today was very rude. Also the lack of available appts is frustrating. We had to schedule a month out. Not the biggest fan of this practice. Oh and to note, no one answers the phones! You keep waiting on hold and eventually give up to leave a message. Took a full day for a return call.

Great staff, always helpful, knowledgeable and great with veterans. They really understand the disconnect with trying to get care as a veteran and how we struggle to just make appointments. I thank the staff every time,

This place is THE WORST to talk to a person. I am trying to reschedule for the past 3 days and have left messages and no return phone call. Ugg, go somewhere else! I feel like I want a center that will have receptionist who are available to talk.

I came to NW Asthma & Allergy after 9 years at an allergist in SoCal. He recommended NW Asthma & Allergy to me. He had diagnosed me with 3 severe allergies. I actually liked the procedures here better than my previous allergist office. I loved Dr.Naimi, he was personable, nice, funny & a very good doctor. I was recently seeing Dr Winterroth who is also a very good doctor but I did not have as much interaction with her. Today I had an allergy retest, after a few years of getting a maintenance dose. Turns out I was able to discontinue injections! Altho I loved my allergists & feel I had great care-my health is tremendously improved-I will not miss injections. It was a long road getting to this point. Thanks to my allergists, the nursing staff, & the front desk for taking such good care of me. And Meredith, I promise I will stay in touch!

The staff was warm and helpful. We were the only appointment in the at the time. Thus put me at ease due to COVID-19 precautions being observed. The doctor and MA answers all my questions.

After being referred by my Dr. to make an appointment, I called them. They dont answer their phones, you get placed in a queue and they never pick up. You have to leave a message. When they called back, I was told I had to make an appointment online. However, when you go online it tells you to fill out a form and they will call you back. They never called back! Horrible Service.

Great check in process, given the whole COVID pandemic. Lobby was spaced effectively and staff all wore PPE. Made my family and I feel safe and well taken care of.

My child has been without his asthma medication for a week. I have called the office 3 times with no response and the same no response for the pharmacy trying to refill. I left a message for the on call doctor 2 hours ago and still NO response.

Have seen both Dr. Naimi and Dr. Winterroth here and have had great experiences with both doctors. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your medical history and onset of symptoms very thoroughly. They also provide very detailed clinic notes that accurately detail your appointments and medical history as well. These notes have been of great importance especially when transferring to different doctors or facilities. The staff and nurses are also nice and provide great service. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who suffers from allergies or any related conditions.

My daughter sees a wonderful Dr at the Everett clinic. We only go to this NW Asthma and Allergy site because it was closer to get her allergy shots. Since we started coming to this location it’s been so frustrating. They have very different policies than what we’ve been used to through the Everett clinic. Their hours are terrible. 8:30 is the earliest they are open and only two days of the week. Then they are closed every day for a long lunch break then open again for the afternoon and closed by 4:00 for shots. My child is missing so much school. Yesterday we went in and my daughter got her shot and then we found out that she has been getting shots from her old vial instead of the new one that was just mixed up and sent from our Dr. Luckily they found it later in the day. I’ve asked to switch to an Everett clinic location and they told me as of yesterday they don’t allow patients to carry the vial themselves anymore, which they used to (and Everett clinic allows that). AND they charge $20 to send it somewhere. The nurses have all been good to work with. It’s just too bad they have such bad hours and different policies. We will be leaving soon.

I have had an appointment with you guys for about 3 months. I called to reschedule to be very rudely told by Emily that she wouldnt be helping me today. That for an appointment I had for 3 months you guys couldnt call me and tell me you wouldnt be taking my insurance?? But to be told today that she wont help me. I cant believe her customer service. I have never been talked to like that before. So I guess Ill be figuring out something else with my doctor. Hopefully you can teach Emily some manners.

I have been seeing DO David R. Naimi at this clinic for over 5 years. I am in the office every other week for Xolair shots and every 3 months for a General Check up, and other appointments as needed for Asthma related problems. In the 5 years their have been fantastic months of service with an occasional hiccup. The front desk staff is friendly and polite, the nurses all do the best they can to help with problems. All the doctors I have worked with were very informed and had good understanding of what was going on with me. My youngest currently sees Lisa C. Winterroth, MD Who is also amazing..
