They are wonderful and caring. Good work and good hearing aides. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a wall of Veterans who are their clients and I’m extremely proud to have my picture/information hanging with all the others.

Been taking grandma here for the past few appointments- all I can say is, the service here is exceptional. The receptionist Cynthia is extremely organized, helpful, and really made the experience. I will definitely be a customer here in the future!

Great place and great people. Cynthia the receptions is a very caring compassionate gal. Always takes care of her clients interests. One day I walked in she offered me different kinds of interesting treats and as one of the patients was walking out they forgot there cane, Cynthia serving me quickly realized the patient was walking out with out their cane quickly stopped them and ran back to the exam room to bring them their cane. Very nice place, and caring people.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Returned the device after it didnt help with my hearing, was lied to about how long my refund should take, and then when I tried to get the number to call the corporate office Petur was refusing to give me the information. Never going back into this place its a waste of time and money. Cant even post this without giving it a 1 star, it deserves no stars.

Super friendly, willing and treat you like a person not a consumer.I bring my 96 yr old mother in and Cynthia(front desk) gives her candy.I come in for my tune-up and Peter(audiologist) is very patient and works at getting the hearing aids just right. I use to go to Costco but this place is better.

Cynthia at the Everett clinic is absolutely wonderful!! My prior hearing aid business did ok at first , after bugging and bugging them about my claim, I finally gave up and decided to go to Miracle Ear in Everett. In a matter of two weeks, all of my paperwork and claim information was in their office and I was getting fitted for hearing aids. Huge Thank You to Cynthia for her hard work and determination!! Petur did i great job getting my molds made and answering all of my questions. Thanks again Guys!!

Great service, but super high places

For the service they provide the product is the best available. Needing hearing aids is a decision you dont always want to make but circumstances say you need to make and this is the place to go. Costco is cheaper but so is the service and product. The sample set hearing aid up for me did work but between conversation and noise made its own noise that was constant and irritating. Miracle Ear is tuned to me and absutely silent until it has to perform and then it is flawless. Lifetime servicing as well. Well worth the added investment.

Very helpful will be back again in a couple of weeks.
