I saw Nicola for my first hearing test since the one I had as a kid. She made it fun, and thoroughly explained everything. This office is great, the front desk staff was very kind and friendly. While I was waiting, another person came in for a quick repair as a walk-in for hearing aids that had broken that morning, on their way to go on vacation. They were in and out in about 5 minutes. Very impressed with this place!

I can hear! Because of Mary Silva, I heard my 5 yr old granddaughter talk to me without having to yell. She has the sweetest voice. I can hear my spouse speak to me without having to engage his diaphragm. But most of all, I dont have that alone feeling anymore, I feel engaged.Dr Silva is thorough, professional and incredibly nice. She let me borrow the demo pair of hearing aids until the ones she ordered for me came in. Financing was a breeze.I have nothing but love for Dr Silva and the clinic.Thank you for giving my hearing back to me!

I found myself unexpectedly losing hearing in one of my ears and happened to have my hearing tested at this location because it was close to my work. I am so happy I did, everything about the process was made pleasant and easy to understand. The receptionists are all friendly and helpful. Dr. Silva took time to explain the assessment and when I ended up needing a hearing aid she went over my options and helped me choose the right one for my needs and lifestyle.Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology has (prior to COVID) walk-in hours every week that any patients can come in and have their hearing aids cleaned, checked, and have questions answered.I am so happy I went to Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology, everyone there made a difficult situation a lot better. I never think about wearing my hearing aid anymore and just put it on every morning out of habit- but my day-to-day frustration level has gone down a lot because I can understand everyone around me without having to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times. I can’t say enough, my son’s hearing aids have had issues, and I could find someone who serviced them. I brought him in a walk in appointment, and got his issues taken care of. For not being a patient, all I really can say WOW. These people really took care of us. I just wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

My mother started coming to Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology a few months ago to get fitted for a hearing aid. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and guided her through the whole process and answered any questions we had. They were flexible in accommodating our schedules and with providing different payment options. I’m incredibly grateful to Linda Knisley, she made an arduous and intimidating process very easy to handle.

I needed a hearing test. My insurance wont cover the test but Puget Sound offer free evaluation so I came in, the staff were friendly and thorough in doing the test and explaining to me the results after. Thank you Dr. Petermann, I feel better knowing I was seen by a professional.

I hope this is the best place for providing best hearing to those who have asymmetric and fluctuating hearing loss with tinitus like me. Looking forward to meeting the audiologist there.Oh yes .great. I met Mary Silva Au.D. She is so good in her service to me that I never forget. She did all the tests of my ears. I tried widex hearing aids there. I know my ears are not so easy. I felt comfortable enough to hear but my recognition of words still less than 50 percent. So she has said to me she would also let me try phonak marvel 90 and starkey livio 2400. She has taken my ear sizes for costume fit .She is so nice and kind to a patient . Thanks a lot. I am looking forward to meeting her next time for my better hearing soon.

I took a family member here. If theres a choice on the insurance plan I wouldnt choose here. There were too many mistakes and minamel apologies. I am happy with the final outcome as the devices do work, but it wasnt worth the extra time.
