Pam is absolutely beautiful inside and out and she will make you feel the same atleast on the out. I have a really ugly disfiguring scar on my upper left lip and Ive tried everything to improve/correct the appearance because it makes me feel ugly. Ive had many injections from varying clinics but it wasnt until I found Pam that I was able to feel like myself again and get my smile back. She is a perfectionist and an artist and with her skilled hands she corrected the appearance of my left lip with permanent lip liner. Ive been seeing her for over 2 years now and on day one I got my smile back. SO far Ive only had an initial consultation with Pam. She seemed very competent and knowledgeable, open, took her time answering questions and showed me before and after pics on her.PC....touched on color matching, explained her methodology etc. I am still researching but I have a friend whose hair loss is straight forward female pattern loss, am referring her to Pam.Mine was sudden so am getting tests run by my Naturopath and seeing a scalp dermatologist at UW.Bonnie

I took a 4 day class in Everett Washington several months ago at Trillium Ink with Pam Neighbors. The class was absolutely amazing and when i came home I had the knowledge and tools I needed to begin my SMP career. During the class Pam started talking about male eyebrows and how different they are from females. She talked about the differences in male balding and female balding and how we would face many situations and needed to be ready to address the issues. She had us practice drawing male brows. Well, yesterday i had a man come talk to me about his brows. Had Pam not talked to us about them I would have messed him up but instead he left with awesome brows he and his wife loved and now he wants to bring his son for the same work. I have had cosmetic tattooing - my eyeliner and eyebrows, as well as, a beautiful white tattoo on my forearm done by Pam. I have been asked many, many times Who waxes your eyebrows? The shape is perfect! I always laugh and say Im glad you think so since its permanent! More than half of my eyebrows have no natural hair and they are mistaken, with an up close view, as natural hairs and not 3-D tattooing. My eyeliner is nothing less than amazing - its perfect every single day!! No more trying to match one eye to the other over and over and still never getting them quite right. The best compliments are when people say - your makeup always looks so clean. It looks clean because it is permanent and always on point. The only thing I wish about my permanent makeup is that I had done it sooner!! I have sent no less than 25 people to Pam and all have been as thrilled as still am 10 years later.

There are some artist I ran into who don’t have the experiences and the knowledge to do SMP but they act and sounds like they do, and I was able to weed them out. I had 6 consultations with different SMP artist prior to Pam however when at the end of the consultation with Pam I knew she is the real deal. She knows what she is talking about and she is passionate about her works and that made to feel so confident about her work, also my gut told me to go with her 100% ...AND I’M GLAD I DID!.This is the best decision I have ever made.
