This was the fastest appointment I have ever been to in my life. I don’t know if it was just because I was the first appointment of the day, but I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable.

They are the nicest people! Friendly and know their business! I was there again today and saw Dr. Vena and Luba G,MA. They take great care of my husband and I ❣️🙏🎈

The staff (Dr. Malakouti , Kristen, Stephanie and Anna) is very friendly, kind, efficient and professional. Dr. Malakouti made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. The clinic is easy to find, on street level and parking has never been a problem.

They turned me away because Im exempt from wearing a mask. The doctor and his team that have seen me literally require a mask to enter the building - but they tell you to take it off immediately after so they can give me 20+ shots in my face and neck. As a veteran - I dont have a lot of choices without paying out of pocket. What a joke. Ive contacted TriWest, the VA and the ADA to file a complaint. Still not being treated.

Ive been seeing Dr. Mark Valentine for several years; he is a very well educated and experienced dermatologist. He solved my issue on day one! More importantly, he is one of the nicest and most congenial doctors Ive ever met; I actually look forward to seeing him every time I have a check-up appointment and wonder what well talk about next (and not just medical-related). Also a shout-out to his assistant Grace, whos just as pleasant to work with.

I’ve been seeing Dr Valentine for almost 30 years. He’s a great dr and listens to your issues. He lets you know what is the best course of treatment. I was there today for my yearly check up and he had to prescribe me different medication since my insurance will no longer pay for the one I’ve been using for many years. I will always go to him as long as he’s still working.

I have been seeing Dr. Valentine for over 30 years. He has ALWAYS been the Doctor that I was able to depend on for reliable, honest and courteous care. Dr. Valentine is friendly and the most knowledgeable dermatologist I have ever been to. Thank you for over 30 years of skin care.

Terrible experience. Go anywhere else. I waited weeks for my appointment for treatment. Then I took a day off of work, and travelled from an Island for said treatment, including paying for the ferry. All of that, just for them to attempt to schedule my treatment for a later date, even though I had purposefully scheduled an appropriate appointment length. Zero respect for the PATIENT. Obviously I declined to set any further appointments.

No one ever answers the phone.No one responds to your calls in the manner you designate when you leave a voicemail. They call you at 5pm and if you miss the call then you’re just gonna have to wait to talk to them the next day. It’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me back about a prescription change for antibiotics, I’m off them now and my skin is breaking out. The lack of concern for their patient is baffling.

This doctor (PA) was great at looking at a condition and explaining what a text book would say. That is, describing it, knowing if it is normal and what invasive treatment to take (surgical removal, CO2 freeze removal, etc.).When it came to identifying less invasive measures or understanding what would cause it and prevent it, not so much. I asked for a letter to my employer for a sit/stand accommodation to reduce irritation and they said that they would have to try surgery or other invasive approach first.This process took a week of back and forth with the receptionists and three lengthy phone calls - total waste of time, and frustrating. If you arent going to write a letter to help out a patient, just say so from the beginning.

The staff and physicians Ive worked with here have been kind, informative, and professional. They are flexible with multiple locations and times available to schedule follow ups. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Song is very nice and patient, he was able to give me a diagnosis and treatment that I have been waiting for since childhood. All staff are very professional. I would be very reluctant to go anywhere else.

I had just an okay experience at North Sound Dermatology in Everett--the appointment felt rushed but I liked the doctor. However, I would give five starts to Dr. Valentine, who I have seen for years, and recently merged w/ North Sound.

Im really sad my insurance wont let me see anyone at this Clinic unless I make an appointment with my primary care provider which I dont have! Basically asking me to see a doctor whos going to do nothing but give me a referral before I can see a doctor that will actually help me. I just wanted to treat my psoriasis. Im so upset Im crying. Maybe if I pay everything out of pocket Ill be able to be seen? My insurance isnt worth anything. Im so upset, I guess Ill never be getting rid of this and Ill be ugly for the rest of my life. I wasnt even able to make an appointment to be seen. I literally just got refused to be seen.THANK YOU

I am glad that I was able to be seen by the Doctor at North Sound Dermatology. I was just going into have a scan of my moles. The Doctor made my visit a positive experience. I would recommend North Sound Dermatology to anyone that is having any type of skin issues.

I had 2 appointments with Doctor Craig Baugher. Hes exactly what a person would want in a doctor for this type of thing. He was friendly, discreet, comforting, thorough yet quick, and very informative. As a dude who is completely new and foreign to anything dermatology related, this was a fantastic first experience. Cant thank him enough, and the rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. Great job, gang!

Have been going to North Sound Dermatology for several years and have always been very pleased. Most recently, Laura Corwin was very professional, thorough and excellent at explanations.

Dr Song is so nice, personable and very good at explaining things in laymans terms! The staff is very friendly. Very prompt, was never left hanging in the waiting room, or the exam room. Very good experience.

The people at the everett clinic are awesome. Sometimes there’s issues getting ahold of people on the phone, but every time I’ve gone in they’ve been so helpful and quick to fix any problems I’ve had. About a year ago when I had an allergic reaction to a prescription they gave me, they took me in that day and helped figure out the issue and changed the prescription as well as advice on how to ease the pain and itching. They’ve 100% cleared up my skin and I’m really satisfied with how professional and kind they all are.

Dr. Song and staff are friendly and helpful. He removed a mole and cauterized it pain free. I was out in 15 minutes.

I had very positive experience with North Sound Dermatology. Definitely will go there again if needed.

This is a great place to go. I had cancer on my nose and Dr. Deiter Schmidt did Mohs surgery and left absolutely NO scar for perfect result. Also, both my husband and I have had great experiences with Dr. Bassett. She is so very personable and pleasant and really knows what she is doing. Highly recommend.

This is my dermatology office. I see Craig Baugher MPAS. He is great, and I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from a skin condition. I have A TON of experience with dermatologists. Dr Baughers skill set and bedside manner surpasses that of many MDs Ive dealt with over the years. Technically he is called Mr Baugher, but in my care and in my mind he has earned the title of Dr. He values my input, listens to his patients and invites them to be involved in their own treatment, an appreciated rarity in medicine. From me, Dr Baugher gets a full 5 ☆☆☆☆☆You may need to get a referral from your primary Dr in order to get an appt here and have it covered. But that is standard practice and the usual case when it comes to dermatological care. This clinic is no different.All the medical assistants Ive encountered here were good - friendly and communicative. They are the ones who greet you, take your BP, take notes for the Dr during your visit, etc.If I had one criticism it would be of the lady behind the front desk. She isnt nice. Not once has she been nice, warm, or in any way welcoming toward me. In fact, Ive never seen her be nice to anyone. And on a few occasions Ive seen her be discourteous, sarcastic, condescending, or just plain mean to patients. Her general attitude and manner of speaking put me off so much my first visit, if I hadnt needed care so badly I wouldve pulled an about-face and walked right out the door! But then I never wouldve had the opportunity to be treated by Dr Baugher!When dealing with check in here brevity, readiness, and conflict avoidance are key. For this reason the clinic on the whole gets 4 stars, losing one to the less than welcoming receptionist.Update: they got a new receptionist!! I saw her be pleasant and friendly to everyone. It brightens up the whole office.

Very friendly and very professional. Having a good healthcare experience is getting harder all the time, Im glad to have found North Sound Dermatology.

I requested information on insurance several days ago and nobody has responded.

Worst customer service ever! They never answer their phone and the nurses are never available to answer your questions

Quick check in process, staff was super gracious, and Dr. Corwin is great! Highly recommended.
