They did not follow through as promised. Extra fees that are tacked on. Did not appear to care about their services when trying to compare pricing. They said “ well then go somewhere else” and I did. I went to Common Sense Cremation and Was amazed at the wonderful follow through. Two very nice ladies came and picked up my fathers “sleeve” as promised. They promptly called me that afternoon and set up an appointment for next day. Sat down with Julie and she was sooooo caring. No pressure sales. Showed us the options they had and my mother was able to choose a beautiful heart shaped urn that she could hold comfortably in her hand while grieving. I quizzed Julie on everything about her job and processes. They even have scanner tracking to make sure they know where the sleeve is at all times. Very impressed.

There are several reasons that i am giving this company 5 stars. Out of all the companies that offer these services, it was fate that we chose this one. Very compassionate, they go above and beyond. This man Julius scammed my wife and I out of 1,445.We thought things were suspicious after meeting withHim and asked if he could provide a refund. He told my wife it would take 30 days. After 30 days we contacted him again when we did not receive it, he said I just processed it last week it should be pending. We contacted our bank to dispute the claim and during the dispute he filed paperwork to them stating he had completed services for us, which he did not. This slime ball had the audacity to upload an unsigned document after the fact and is trying to say my wife signed when she did not. Do not wast your time or Money this is a Scam !

Very pleasant to work with and made a sad situation into a positive one. They helped our family in more ways than we could have imagined and we will never forget them. They went above and beyond for us. highly recommend

Sunrise Cremation Society was very professional, prompt and delivered as promised doing my families of need. I will be referring other families for this service. Families are very sensitive at this time and Sunrise Cremation Society made the process very comfortable.

My mom past just this last weekend and the staff were right on top of arrangements. I went in early in the week to select the plan that I could afford with the life insurance policy. They worked with me in covering the costs with insurance which was easy and quick. Some guy answered the phone, demanded for some reason to know who I was when asked if they could handle a family members cremation and then after a rambling disitation refused to give me his name. I have no idea of the quality of their actual service, but based on this exchange sought another provider.

Do not use this business! We had a prepaid contract with this place and the second thing they said when they came to pickup my mother was there will be an additional charge for two people to pickup. My mother weighed 110 pounds and the lady who owns the home mom was staying at said one person came to pick up a lady that passed away two week earlyer was much heavier but only one person from this company came to pick her up. Also it has been two weeks and my mother is still not cremated. Company that does the cremations, not related to Sunrise says they are still waiting on paper work from Sunrise. No dignity here.

My father passed a way recently, and had pre-purchased cremation services from Sunrise.There services were prompt and professional. Everything was completed in a weeks time.

Not very professional & my moms jewelry went missing & still have not found her wedding ring. The sad thing about it is someone from called repeatedly to my dads cellphone claiming that he was man of faith & couldnt steal & and he told me he took her jewelry off on the side of the road while he waited for something...

What a terrible business, no professionalism, horrible service from pick up to boxing urn. Should have trusted my instincts! Do yourself and loved ones a favor and go elsewhere! They do not follow thru as promised. Very disgruntled!

We were warmly received in our time of sadness and they took care of all of our needs and gave us the information needed.

Brothers still in the morgue one month already and they wont return calls

Nothing but issues with this service as it took a month to receive a Death Certificate and we did most of the work.

Were a little confusing to deal with initially, but good service and fair pricing overall.
