The team checked in with me as needed throughout the process, and Briana spent time with us to answer all of our questions after the cremation. Really appreciate this local business and the thoughtful, responsive staff.

We had a family member pass away, one that we had not been in contact with for over a decade. It was an unusual circumstance and it fell upon my sister to take care of his affairs. Between being young, never having to have dealt with something like this before, having a hard time dealing with it, and then everything else that was going on in the world (covid) it was just very hard. This company was so understanding, compassionate, empathetic, and bent over backwards to make things work for her. Their prices are the best around ($590 for a cremation? Seriously, everyone else charges a couple thousand!) and you still get top notch service. Money was an issue and because of money, time became an issue. We worked with Briana for the most part, and I think the other gals name was Sylvia? But it was such a pleasure to work with them, even under the circumstances. They were helpful and went above and beyond what I would expect to make you feel like family. I will be recommending them to everyone out there that I know who has the misfortune to deal with losing a loved one.

A friend of mine died, and I was his beneficiary. He lived in Snohomish Cty. Because Snohomish county does not deal directly with non-family beneficiaries needing to obtain a death certificate, I had to contact the Washington State Office of Vital Statistics & Records in Olympia. They were helpful enough but their was confusion about short form and long form. The life insurance company required a long form certificate and suggested that I contact the mortuary to obtain this. One phone call to Choice Cremations and the problem was solved. The lady who helped me was Briana Kirk. She ordered the certificate, which I could not do and personally picked it up. She then emailed with attachment the required certificate to the insurance company and mailed the original to me. Sounds simple, I know, but that was very efficient and helpful to me at a point of some frustration.

With no pre-planning done we were stressed and anxious about finding a crematory. When we called to inquire the woman on the phone was very helpful and patient. She provided everything we needed and when our mother passed they were very professional and informative. We would definitely use their service again and recommend it to anyone chosing cremation for their loved ones. Respectful, affordable, professional.
