My daughter had her hair done by Destiny at the Ulta in Everett Mall and she did absolutely Amazing!! My daughter is beyond happy and so am I!! Thank you Destiny for doing such an amazing job!!! Also, Robin was amazing. She took time to do a test Strand on my daughters hair and booked us an appointment! Thank you ladies for the awesome work and great customer service!!!

I had a blast here! I barely wear makeup but I loved all the makeup, the perfume counter, etc...did I need to buy a lip scrub? No but I did anyway . Did I need to buy fake lashes?? The answer is no and yet fake lashes i bought. Fun place but dangerous because you will want everything.

The stylists are awesome! I met Molly Fish(for hair cut) few months ago and Heather today for partial highlights and haircut. Heather is very understanding and communicative, she helped me choose the right shade for my highlights and gave me the exactly what I wanted. I would be more than happy to see these stylists again in few months.

I just moved to WA from AZ and my face has not been adapting well to the moisture out here. I already have a hard time color matching, and now I have to worry about my face being oily and cakey with foundation on. The employees here were AWESOME and set me up with a foundation that looks good, feels good, and actually matches my skin tone. I am so happy with it. Thank you.

Not sure about this place I only went for nail polish remover for my wife. They did have some nice colognes and the staff was nice. I might have looked around more but I was in a rush.

Very great customer service two younger gals helped me out and had such a great attitude doing it. They helped me find a lot of great stuff. (Even though I came in for one thing hahaha) I gave only three stars though cause the last three times I came in they got robbed! And no one seemed to care. It’s quite confusing to watch. Maybe security was out for the days I was there but they definitely need to be more cautious of certain guess or have better security.

Now in our fragile world full of technology zoom meetings online orders and convenience of order pickup this place is NOT AT ALL COVIENIENT! There no option for picking up and staying in car the will not bring order out or to the door! Remember your mask even though you pay online you must go in wait 20 minutes at a little pick up station inside for someone to help you making commission why provide service to people picking up I feel every customer deserves consideration by placing an online order we are still driving business to you place of business rather than help they would rather hownd you about id order was paid for have confirmation pulled up on phone having to wait another 20 minutes to argue about ID and how it was forgotten while making sure I brought my mask 😷 to enter location. I 💯% believe if I had a different skin tone I would have been helped a lot sooner I would not have been pretty much harassed for ID for an order over $100 that was paid for got to target or elsewhere they do not deserve your business consideration is deserved and should be displayed to everyone every customer not only those who fit a particular demographic will not be going back to this business and spend any of my hard earned money again. ULTA is an ULTAMITE SLAP IN THE FACE😤💯💯💯

There are several unvaccinated employees happily walking around helping guests without masks on. Theyre either anti-vaxxers or just plain stupid. Is the pandemic suddenly over? Or does this company just not care about killing their customers? Obviously like the latter. Great look for such a big company!

Rather disappointed. I paid $350 for a color correction. It looked great in the salon until I got home to see that I have bright blonde spots, orange spots, and dark brown spots scattered throughout my hair. I cant get an appointment to have it fixed until the end of April. I work in a law office and I look like an absolute joke and apparently no one can make room to correct the job that was done. I dont even know how Im supposed to walk into work on Monday looking like this

Huge props to todays ladies on staff. There was a completely belligerent anti-masker dude who had to be asked to wear his mask and of course make a scene. The lady who had to do this was A1+ and I am sorry she had to experience that, but very thankful that she stood her ground on behalf of all the other customers. Plus, I got great help finding green makeup for St Paddys!

Let me focus on the salon mainly..Just recently I got my hair done at the Lake Stevens location, I went to a new girl because the one that normally does my hair did not come back to work yet. I really needed my hair done, so I figured it would be alright..Anyways, my hair did not turn our right at all, I was not happy afterwards, so I decided to call the Everett location. I was very pleased with the fact that they immediately scheduled me an appointment to fix it, free of charge..I was extremely happy with the service, and better yet, I got an amazing stylist Molly, she did a fantastic job..I absolutely recommend this location if you need you hair done, and I would certainly ask for Molly, but it also sounds like they got some other good stylists there..Im sticking with Molly for sure..Thank you Ulta salon.❤😊

Large selection of different brands of Black hair care as well as hair care for thinning hair. Lots of makeup brands. Check out lines are always long and staff not friendly most of them act basically just cashiers only. They dont seem to genuinely care about customers they serve. I prefer to just buy online.

Huge variety of cosmetics as you would imagine. Very clean and very helpful staff and they had relevant knowledge pertaining to my specific questions. I think the only downside being a guy shopping for his girl is the fact the variety they have is overwhelming and everything was spread out. Which made my decision harder and took longer to get what I needed for my wife. But like I said have a variety is good.

The blue haired gal that helped me was horrible! I repeatedly told her I didnt want the highest priced items, but thats all she would show me, she just would say thats all she can think of when I kept saying thats more than I told you I wanted to spend. Half the items I was looking for she just said she couldnt think of anything. Metallic gold shadow is pretty popular, but she said they only had pallets. I looked myself and found several different options. I bought a Clinique foundation and she insisted the color was the correct one. I told her it looked too dark just by looking at the box, but she told me the box looked a lot darker. No, its that dark. I have had zero luck having employees help color match me at different ULTA. Definitely felt like she was just trying to hit her sales goals and not actually help me. If you have zero idea what products your store has, whats the point of trying to help me?

I got my makeup done by Olivia. She was nice, sweet and very precise. I love that she was such a perfectionist and she took her time to do my make up. Also loved how she took a step back to look at my face like it was a piece of art every time she did something lol. She totally did my face justice i wanted to go soft with a natural look but still stunning and thats exactly what she did. My day was made and everybody loved the look. Thanks Olivia you are the best. Shes definitely my choice for all upcoming special occasions.

Bought multiple things here and used a 20% off one item coupon I received in the mail on a tinted moisturizer. The color was too dark so I went in to exchange and they didn’t have the lighter version available in the same brand so I got a different brand.Girl at the register, Erin wouldn’t honor the coupon on the one I exchanged for because it’s only “a single use” thing.....Even though the item it was applied to was the wrong shade (obviously you can never tell now since they have no samples to try due to COVID) AND I know that coupon doesn’t even expire for another 4 days. Might seem like a silly thing but it’s unfair and was kinda upsetting because I had to pay a big difference and the coupon basically went to waste.

Yes I have tattoos, but that doesn’t mean I can’t buy products from ultra. Train your staff for real, because this just made me literally never wanna come back to this store.And ps, I worked for Ulta. So yes, I very much belong in this store as much as the rest of the people. And I also deserve to be noticed and not feel like I’m seen and intentionally not helped (that is what happened. She helped someone else instead)

There is this very pretty worker who has colorful hair when I go back tomorrow I will have to get her name but this girl needs to be a dermatologist! She literally saved my skin ! My skin was so dry and peeling she recommended two products to me and they have been a holy grail . I keep going back and she always gets me right with the products . If she tells me to buy it no matter what the price I am buying it !

I find this place very interesting. Its got both men and womens items, its got great service, abd great quality items. The prices are a bit high but when you come into a store different from the others it makes sense. I usually buy the Gucci Colonel or the Savage Colonel just cause they smell great. Thats for men for women I dont know all I know is they got this one really great smelling perfume my girlfriend always wears and oh my got its the bomb. I give this place a 4 star just for the fact that the prices are a but high but thats just my opinion go check it out for your own opinion.👍

The food there taste like everything came out of a plastic bag. Got crab raccoons and they tasted like they came out of a box.we ordered our food within 3 minutes prior from ordering our food to appetizer it came to us the food tasted like it came from plastic bags it look like it came from plastic bags. Even the meat that came with our lunches tasted like plastic and chewy.

This is a review for an online order and not a specific location. The offer of 20% your order upon approval of their credit card is a scam. I signed up and was approved, it took me back to the cart where my discount was applied. Then went I clicked “secure checkout” it prompted me to log in and then the discount was no longer applied. I contacted customer care who was no help at all. They offered to apply a discount after I checked out, so I placed my order but I was unable to use the Ulta card because it wasn’t on my account and it being a new account I didn’t have a card number. I had to use another payment option. Then the customer care rep told me the discount wouldn’t be applied because I didn’t check out with the credit card...that I didn’t have and they didn’t add to my account. So then I tried to cancel my order so I could wait to use the card and discount. I was told it was sent to the cancellation department pending approval and I would receive an email. Soon after I received and email stating that they were unable to cancel my order. Despite having a brand new card I will not be using it or shopping at Ulta.

Im not a really beauty products shopper but I go sometimes to get the stuff I use frequently. However, each time I go .. there is something I use that they stopped selling .. Im not that type that can switch easily ..However, they have a good variety of products .. my very favorite section is their perfumes section.The service is good .. they are nice and happy to help.

I dont like this Ulta location. Employees are rude and have given me unsolicited advice on my appearance, if and when they can be bothered to attend to me. And it never fails that when I am in the checkout, they refuse to scan barcodes on my phone. Ive never had a problem with this at any other Ulta location. Pass!

Ulta is a great store to get almost all if your beauty needs under what roof. The customer experience is hit or miss here. I was looking for a certain product and the associate that helped me was great and immensely helpful. However, the assiociate that rang me up was rude and stand offish. I had a coupon and I didnt know if it worked on my purchase and she said well, I wont know unless you turn it around so I can read the numbers. Her tone was rude too. Even my son asked why the lady at the counter was so mean.

I shop here often. They sell everything from high end luxury brands to very affordable drug store brands all in one store, they even have a salon! The staff are always helpful and polite, happy to help me if Im having trouble finding what Im looking for.

I visited this location twice. The first time, everything was a mess! The testers were really nasty looking, and no one helped. I honestly didnt purchase anything that day due to my experience. I came back the next day, and noticed the store was so clean, brand new testers out and literally everything in place! Someone greeted me at the door and I come to find out it was the regional director of the store. Its sad to say that this was probably the only reason why everyone cared to help. I wish the crew showed the same effort daily.

Please do NOT get your hair done here. Save yourself the time, the money and the frustration. I got my hair done for my WEDDING yesterday at 10:00 am. I showed her a fairly easy picture. Half up half down style with some curls. A child could have done a better job than she did. The amount of product she put in my hair made it so I couldn’t even fix the mess when I got home. She ruined my entire wedding with doing such a horrible job. I deleted EVERY SINGLE PICTURE that was taken of me because my hair was disgusting. So thank you Chanel for completely ruining the best day of my life. Maybe next time you don’t want to go into work? Don’t do it. Save the next girl who comes to see you.

Ulta has a great selection of make-up, skin, hair, body and nail care products. They also have a great return policy if you are dissatisfied with any purchase. The staff is usually very helpful when youre looking for something and I always find something great in their clearance section!

The two girls that worked last night 11/6 were absolutely fabulous.I wish I got their names.One worked in the benefit section, (blonde hair) the other a cashier (dark hair) who did a return for me as well, with no problems.The assistant manager on duty with glasses was great too.They were so helpful, so nice.They didnt follow me around the store or treat me like a prison inmate.They werent snooty like a lot of makeup stores can be.I bought as much product as I could, and definitely coming back.

Snap shot of my experience this afternoon: was cut off three times asking legitimate questions by the two associates working the middle of the floor. Maybe its because its Saturday or the area but the retail associates are definitely extra guarded. I will be shopping at the Lynnwood location only from now on. On the upside, the girl that rung me up was very sweet and friendly.

Good selection, nice cashiers. The floor staff isnt so swell. The lighting around the nail polish is atrocious so I had to wander around with the bottle which, of course, made security suspicious. Nothing more relaxing than having some angry chick glaring at you while you are trying to fine a nice merlot colored polish that isnt too purple-y. Ulta is my GO TO for all my hair products and other beauty products, but the Everett location is something else. Manager needs to brush up on her customer service skills, or lack thereof. I called Ulta Customer Service to share my disappointing experience. After holding for 25 minutes, no apology was received for waiting nor for my bad experience. I was told I would get an email once my concern was escalated to Management, but that was 3 days ago and still nothing. I dont want free product, I just want them to be aware of how customers are being treated and to inform.

Everyone here is willing to help but no hard pressure sell. Lots of wonderful makeup and beauty products to choose from. They always have wonderful sales.

I had highlights done at ulta salon with Genesssa and she did a great job!I only had problems at front desk the lady there was new and had no idea what she is doing I returned something that didnt got back on my card and she was the only one there. So front desk customer service was not good.

Why does this store exist? You walk in, make eye contact with the gaggle of employees who are standing around chatting with each other and..... - NOTHING. No one offers to help, greets you, asks you any questions. You walk around looking for the item(s) they are supposed to have in this store based on their website. Finally, after you cannot locate said items - you approach said gaggle of employees and ask if they can help you. They all look surprised and like you just landed from Mars. What? You tell employee what you are looking for and the answer is, Oh yea, we carry that. Employee walks to where she thinks it is, it isnt there. She takes another turn around the store (with me following - which I have already made my turn around the store) before finally asking someone else who works there where the item is. Finally find the extremely small limited shelf of stuff but what I want isnt there. Oh, well, weve taken this product down. We dont stock as much as we did. Uh huh.......and businesses wonder why people shop online. Forget this place.........

In the couples times Ive been here Ive only found one helpful and friendly staff member. The other staff members I interacted with were not friendly and were reluctant to help. I dont really like the setup of the store either. It seems cluttered and packed in. I like the Northgate store much better in terms of customer service and store layout.

I loved the service with helping me find my skin color and how kind they were I would so recommend to my friends!

Im a Platinum member at Ulta, and although I do most of my shopping online, I do go into my Ulta store in Everett, WA from time to time. When I went there last week for the It cosmetics brush that was on sale for the 21 days of beauty sale, it was sold out, so I decided to browse for a while and possibly get something else. But as I was shopping an Ulta employee was literally following me everywhere! and every time I looked up she would all of a sudden start looking in whatever mirror was closest to her like she was fixing her makeup, the whole thing was just ridiculous. I know she needs to do her job, but she was wayyyy overdoing it, and making my feel extremely uncomfortable, and I don;t think anyone should ever feel like that in an Ulta store, especially when said person is a Platinum member so obviously spends a lot of money at Ulta. I really just hope this doesnt continue to happen to myself, or anyone else that shops at the Everett Ulta.
