Who says you need to spend $100 on the haircut! It was my first time there. Karen was by herself and did a great job on my hair even though things got busy at times for her. I will be going back!!

Online appointments only. Friendly and knowledgeable stylists. Covid 19 practices in effect. They charge a $3.95 sanitation fee, which I was not aware of. Ask about it when you make your appointment so there are no surprises.Edit: it is now clearly stated that there is a sanitation fee. Make sure youre aware of that.

Ive been going to see Karen here for around 6 mos. She is phenomenal!! She does exactly & better than I ask. Last x I got tons of compliments on my haircut & foil. She’s also very sweet to boot!! Thx Karen☺️🌈

The lady had alot of experience which was awesome comcidering she was fixing the worst cut ive ever had!

I went there on a Sunday morning about 2 months ago right when they opened. The place was filthy, I had to brush the hair off the chair before I sat down. I gave them the benefit of doubt and maybe this was just a fluke. Tried again 3 weeks ago, not the friendliest group. I told the girl I wanted about an Inch taken off. It took her 5 minutes and she was through. I told her I thought it still looked a little long. She said she had done what I had asked, I decided then I was done with this place. I would give the a minus 5 if I could.

My hair dresser Lauren is doing everything in her power to make my hair healthy and long again like it use to. She also has a great eye for the right color that compliments my skin and what I want. We meet in the middles compromising. Very happy costumer.😀

I highly recommend Lauren!!! She is always so patient with me and fixed my terrible bleach job and evened everything out!! Shes awesome!!

Run down. Employee on duty was barely capable of just selling product. I wont be back

I love this place! The stylists are very friendly. They listen to what I like and want. Very professional. They ate very skilled at what they do for you.

First off, was greeted at the door half heartedly and told Id have to wait an hour even tho the place was empty. It smelled musty and like BO. No not recommend. Save to say I left in search of a more appealing establishment.

Most of the time its pretty quick, low frills haircut. Once in a while you get that hair dresser that didnt get enough sleep so she misses random hairs.Still, its not bad for the price.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR MASTERS! The lady there completely butchered my hair. I asked to keep the length and she ended up cutting close to 5 inches of hair off and the layers did not blended at all.. i ended up going to another salon in my hometown and the lady had to cut off an additional 2 inches just to fix it.

The old lady butchered my hair. So crooked and uneven, and took WAY too much off. I can’t find any way to make it look not so ridiculous. I’ll be shaving my head now and/or hiding under a hat for the next couple of months. This was by far the worst cut of my life, but the second bad cut I’ve received from this same woman. Should have never given her another chance, and will not be giving this place another chance at all now. I feel bad because I’m sure this woman doesn’t have many options to earn a living, but please stop letting her ruin people’s hair.

Super rude staff , asked to exchanges a bottle of conditioner that simply wasn’t for me, only had the product for a couple days , Employee very rude about the policy, because I tossed out my receipt, and she wouldn’t exchange it, when I haven’t had a problem before when I lost a receipt once before, I go to this location all the time for hair products, never again will I go here. Employee seemed grossed out i even wanted to exchange the bottle , I will make the extra couple mile drive to go to a different location.

I wish I could say I had a decent experience like others on here.i recently visited this hairmasters by Fred Meyer and had to be the worst haircut I’ve gotten in my life.first when I walked in to this shop there was no one for 10 min to service me.then the lady who cut my hair didn’t seem to understand how I wanted my hair cut.i asked her for a high fade and a little trim on top.she cleans up by my ears and neck and cuts a lot off the top.then she says all done but my haircut is incomplete.so I explained to her again what I wanted then she looked at me with a puzzle face saying “a fade”? So finally she’s done and she ask how’s it look?I said it’s not great.i told her she cut too much off the top and she tells me “well I can’t glue it back on now” .waste of 18 dollars will not be coming her again.please don’t go to the older lady who’s in the chair by herself to the right when you walk in.

Worst haircut place i have ever been to, i walked in and showed the lady wht i wanted, she cut the top way too short and did whatever she liked, and she was very aggressive with the way she cut my bakr she pushed my head and brushed until it stung, very rude , never going there again

Came here even tho last time i had to walk to red head thru how to cut my hair. Idk places like this are the mcdonalds of haircuts so walked in and said i wanted a trim i was then snapped back with uh ok i have a 5 oclock. Um I didnt want an appointment. If i did id call. 3 hours and u cant work a walk in in.... Maybe hair cutting isnt the job for you or upper managment and hr will have to give you training on walk ins after im done contacting them all. Everett sucks not hair masters. But this ones in everett. So....

They gave me the haircut I wanted, quickly, with no fuss. Couldnt be happier.

Asked for a cut and shampoo. Told her 3 times how much to take off, still didnt do what I asked. Still too much length. This is the 2nd time I have had Lauren and not happy. Wont be back.

Its the second time Ive been turned away even though there were 2 employees and not a single customer. They just claim to be booked full of appointments even though theres no one in sight and Im just a dude wanting a basic fade. Lazy employees = bad business. Ill never be back
