I have had multiple full sets done by Sierra Rice. She is professional, down to earth, and really focuses on what is right for your nails. Even when I came in with crazy designs and requests, she is always able to pull it off for me, and when my nails kept (basically) rejecting he acrylic, she tried different techniques and products every time until we got it right. She puts great care into her work.

Rhiannon Lowery did an amazing job on my hair! I thought my hair was hopeless. She cut it made the color up for me just perfect the way that I wanted it turned out beautiful! She explained everything she was doing so I felt comfortable. I’ve gotten so many compliments! I will definitely be going back ! Thank you Rhiannon your the best! I feel good about myself again!

Im very impressed by this company, i love the prices and the students are professionals not students. Cynthia Sandoval in particular is my favorite esthetician she is amazing. She helps with my acne/ scarring with bi weekly facials. She knows what she is doing let me tell you, we noticed the difference right after that first facial. My face is getting clearer and I’m sooo happy with her hard work and dedication. She is also a very talented Lash technician she gives my lashes the perfect classic look that i love so that i don’t have to put mascara on everyday. Firstly, the student was great! I would give her five stars. However the “professionals” and management seriously need to work on their communication and customer service skills. Three different people told me four different things. Without speaking to each other about how to handle my specific situation first they changed their mind three times after speaking to me each time, causing confusion and frustration. I ended up not getting what I needed and being spoken to very condescending by the “professional”. These “professionals” should not only be teaching the students a trade, but they should be teaching them customer service and business skills. In my particular situation they failed miserably.

I had Kendra do my artificial nail service and it was amazing! She did everything to make sure I was comfortable. The nail service was quick but relaxing she spend so much time making sure everything was perfect! Nothing like an amazing nail tech to go with the amazing nails!

I came in for a root touch up. I had Vanessa and Latasha and they were amazing! My curls were styled the best I have ever seen them. We went into this AMAZING college and signed in, sat and filled out the questionnaire…ohhh you’re wondering what I went there for? Just you wait.Then I got to meet her stunning teacher that also has a wonderful personality just like Miss Gigi. She said,”Ok Gigi go get her ready.” 😱It is time…to get ready for my….very first…BRAZILIAN WAXING!!!! It was awesome 🤩 it wasn’t too bad at all! Only a little sensitive around certain areas I only belted out,”Fart Knocker!” Once so I would say that YOU must put your trust in them at the EVERGREEN BEAUTY COLLEGE in Mount Vernon and definitely ask for my amazing esthetician GIGI.

I came in to Evergreen Beauty College for a facial service with Margarita . I had a very pleasant experience, she was very attentive and listened to all my needs and concerns. She started out with a consultation regarding what type of facial would be best for my skin. I was concerned about some clogged pores I have in my T-zone, Margarita advised to do extractions, a few facial masks, and use the “skin scrubber tool”. The service itself was the most relaxing experience, I felt well taken care of and surprised at how professional and gentle she was with my skin. Post facial, my skin felt beautiful, firm, well moisturized, and I felt I had the skin of a newborn. Upon leaving the salon, Margarita talked me through what things I could do to improve my skin, the extra steps I could take, and recommended a few products they carry that will target dry skin and clogged pores. I can’t wait for my next facial with Margarita at Evergreen.

I have seen Eileen here and love how my hair turned out everytime, I got long layers and toning along with a deep conditioning, my hair was soft and exactly how I wanted it, the staff is friendly and the head massage was great. Nice people. Good experience. I decided to donate my hair (which makes your haircut free!) and wanted around 10 inches cut. They ended up cutting 16 inches off! Which is obviously a pretty big difference. Im pretty open to change, so not that big of a deal for me, but can be for some. I asked the front desk who they send hair donations to and she said she thinks locks of love. Which they charge the people for wigs, so I decided to take my hair home to mail to wigs for kids myself. Would be nice if they changed who their hair donations go to! Especially when they are helping by making the cuts free. Good conversation. Would go back again.

This is from the perspective of someone whos never tried getting my haircut at a school salon before. Ive been to many barbershops between Everett and Smokey Point over the past 5 years as Ive tried my best to find somewhere that offered good cuts for under $25. The few places I found that were reasonably price have increased their prices to that limit before and through the pandemic. While the reviews are very good, I definitely had some hesitation as the positive reviews meshed between good haircuts and students while negatives were solely about haircuts. At $12 it felt like a good gamble because even if the haircut was bad I could mark it up to a bad experience and try again a month later.I made my appointment for a haircut with finish over the phone on 6/17 for the soonest available appointment on 6/22. Text reminders made it so I didnt have to remember what hour the appointment was set at.I believe my haircut was done by Erica. I showed her a photo of the cut I wanted, a short side swept crew cut. She took a moment to talk with the educator to develop a plan of action. As Erica worked she made sure to check with me on if lengths were okay. Im not much of a small talker and prefer to let stylists focus, which worked out well as a colleague shadowed Ericas work as she talked out what she was doing. Towards the end of the haircut Erica focused on blending the top and sides of the hair together. She didnt hesitate to ask her colleagues or the educator to ensure it turned out perfect.While Im not including a photo in this review, the results do speak for themselves. I came in with medium length hair and over half of it chopped off with this cut. In total, the haircut took about 1.5 hours, which honestly was quicker than I expected it to be. The haircut also included a shampoo which I didnt expect, but made the $12 cut an even better value. I love the cut and I look forward to my next appointment!If this is also your first experience, theres two things I had prepared ahead of time that I would recommend others to follow.First, I found a photo of what I wanted. Im the kind of guy that has a rough idea of what I want and leave it in the hands of a professional to get exact lengths and go with their gut on what looks good. While you can certainly try going that route with a student, I feel like it makes the appointment a whole lot less stressful for them as they have a clear image in mind of what youre looking for. If youre a guy, I recommend looking for ideas on esquire, thetrendspotter, and menshairstylestoday.Second, I plot out a large time slot for the haircut. Personally I planned for the cut to take twice as long as my cuts normally are.

It was first time I’ve ever thought about skin care, so when Brittany P. Did my facial my face felt amazing! Never have I seen my skin glow so much. & it was so soft! I loved it. Thank you Brittany for making my skin feel brand new! She also was the one that did my eyelashes. I was super nervous but she made me feel really comfortable! I went to Shantelle to get my hair cut. It had been a very long time since my last hair cut due to the pandemic. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, we talked about it and made sure we were on the same page, then she worked her magic. My hair feels so light and so much better now!

Although I opted out of Beauty School, I really wanted to share my experience with the admissions counselor, Blair Bercich. Blair is incredibly thorough, helpful and more than willing to answer any questions I had. Within these unprecedented times, it is easy to assume you may not get a real, personal interaction with the school administration, but Blair proved me wrong. You can email, text or call and always be positive she will get back to you in no time. If you are planning on attending Evergreen Beauty College, just know you are in good hands. Have to call before entering for your appointment and wait in the car until the appointment time. I had a simple flat iron, they did a great job, had to get another girl to help and got it done fast and in time for me to be able to get to my other appointments, even though Midway into the flat iron they noticed my hair was very greasy and advised to wash it to get a better outcome and agreed and still got me out in time! Anise or Anisa and McKenna were great!!!

I saw Lexie for a scalp treatment and style, and I could not be happier! She was super professional, considerate, and delivered a great style for my tricky curls. 10/10 would recommend!

When I got there she immediately was very professional, taking all the necessary safety measures and being very respectful. She was very kind and patient as I explained what kind of look I was going for. Without any hesitation she jumped right in and started to give me one of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time. I had an appointment with Marissa Solis yesterday although the process was very long her and her assistant Sarah Metz did a very great job on fixing my hair not only did they do an all over color but they did foils, a luster lock, and a toner.
