Horrible they do not know what they are doing.i went their for my sweet 15 and asked they lady to do an almost 50s meets wavy curly hair type thing and she told YES she could but she could not by the the time she was finished it was twisty not well done some of the curls super curly and bigger than others had to rush home and finish up myself.they did the same to my sistermy moms hair was great maybe because it was a mother daughter thing and the mother did my moms and the daughter did my sisters and i and it seems like she had no idea what she was doing

I like this Salon, Betty is very friendly and knowledgeable!!I love the fast service and She did exactly what I asked her to do with my hair, I loved the final result!!Thank you!!

UPDATE: I did a search on the Massachusetts Department of Professional Licensure and I found out this salon has NO LICENSE and NO LICENSED professionals! WOW!Original review: I had been hesitant about this salon for a while but decided to walk in and ask about the services offered.I was horrified....First off, the owner has two dogs, one of which is a pitbull, running around the salon with no visible tags so I have no idea if they are even healthy or up to date on shots. I know for a fact that ANY cosmetology salon CANNOT have any animals in their work space. This was a HUGE red flag to me immediately.She was also primarily looking after a small child (maybe 2 at most?) during our entire conversation. Im really not sure if this is safe......Second, there are no price for services offered anywhere. To my knowledge, this is illegal.Third, they dont have ANY valid licenses on display. There was a woman doing manicures and pedicures in the corner, and she did not have any licenses on display. Is this even legal? Every other salon I have ever stepped into has numerous licenses on display.I left the salon without using any of their services. The reason for this is because I was honestly quite worried about the cleanliness and LEGALITY of the place! I feel like the owner was trying to make a deal with me for services, but I didnt feel like bargaining in this environment.I heard that this salon has been around for several years... I am just shocked that they have been around this long and are still in business, despite the numerous and OBVIOUS health code violations that are very blatantly on display. I cant understand how the city hasnt cracked down on this place yet, just for the safety of the public.Enter at your own risk!

I dont know what the bad reviews about seems like these angry women talking about a bad experience but Everytime I take my girl to go do her hair its completely 100% satisfaction my girl is completely happy good customer service not to mention at affordable prices I can vouch for it and Im not even a girl its professional despite a slight speech impairment but the woman is so nice I recommend anybody out there to give it a try.
