How can i get rid of these dents? Theyre in majority of my nails im scared to go back snd get them fixed i feel like ill disrespect so I keep it to myself but i want these bumps off this happens every time i go but its the nearest salon. Everyone is so kind and sweet so i go back for it

I went in on Saturday to do my daughter and I nails. We had the worst experience after looking at our nails we notice they are all the wrong size the lady told me it was ok its my skin.Our nails hurts as well horrible place. I will not go back to this place.

WORST PLACE EVER! Came in to get my nails done, pedi and have my old nails removed and was here 2 1/2 hrs early and come to leave with my toes not even done properly and a major cut on my toe and my nails not even done! Lady put my nails on crooked and took 3 of them FOREVER. SMH

I was very happy with my pedicure. My pedicurist was Phuont and she was wonderful. She was careful, thorough, and didnt rush through the appointment. ☆☆☆☆☆My manicurist was terrible. I requested my nails to be medium length. She cut then down so far that when she began to file she was filing my skin! When I told her it was too short, she smiled and said, thats okay - theyll grow back. Lastly, she painted my nails and left a 1 - 2 mm gap from the cuticle. These photos were taken directly after my manicure and they look like theyre already growing out. It makes me feel like the company wants me to come more often, so they made it so the manicure will look fresh for less time. Im very disappointed in my manicure. ☆The price is relatively inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.

They didnt do nail prep, the also didnt file the ends of my nails before applying tips. I have gaps, I also said no polish and they did clear polish anyway. My first and very last time there. Definitely go somewhere else for acrylics

I would love to give more stars but the place gave my many reasons not to. Though the the costumer service was really good I still had to give 2 stars because of the nail quality. I asked for acrylic nails but the artist was rubbing really hard on my finger, it was really painful to do them. My skin was rubbed off and my nails out of shape, some was big and some was small. Overall, customer service was excellent I have to say.

This place is awful. The lady who did my nails is careless. I had my set removed, and she pulled them off without any remover or anything. When I complained of pain she said “your nails are fine”...that isn’t how this works. Then when she applied the acrylic nails I told her they are uneven, she again told me they are fine and they are NOT. She did a terrible job painting them, never fixed my complaints and didn’t listen to anything I said. You could not EVER pay ME to return here. I’ll drive to another state for nails before I’ll come here or recommend it. Never again.

The station was very dirty, instruments not sterilized, manicurist did the barest minimum and left rough places on my nails that snagged and did a sloppy job of applying the polish. Furthermore, her personal hygiene left much to be desired. Not a good experience at all.

After seeing so many negative reviews, I decided to give my two cents on the place. I have been to places in Oregon and California and this is one of the best I have gone to. I am giving the 4 stars only because this last time, something was wrong with the color and came out darker than it showed. It was okay since it was on my feet and dont look bad. A month later and my nails have not peeled off. I am going today for a manicure and I always wait to come back when I am out of town. I am very selective and only choose the best places for my manicure this being one of two in all 3 states. I have gone to 3 other places around the area and trust me are a lot worst. One not having many colors to choose from and another pointing out a nail fungus I had outloud. I have never experienced such embarrassment at Avalon (my nails are doing better as well).

I love this Nail salon. I only head to Everett mall for Nails and VS. I just got these from VIN he is an artist. This picture was all created by VIN. They have real talent here and you cant go wrong with the prices and the talent. Stop in and get a Deluxe pedicure for $26.

Wish I would have read more of the reviews before giving these people my money.Common theme: gel polish looks great on the first day and chips 2-3 days (yes, DAYS) laterAny other gel manicure lasts me 2-3 weeks so I went back in to get them fixed as most places have a guarantee on shellac manis. The lady said its not their fault and probably just my nails that dont hold on the the polish well...? Or that I type really hard? And suggested I get acrylics. She said they would be happy do a $20 color change for me and give me $5 off to cover removal of the current color.Not giving these people any more of my money.

I just wish they had 0 stars they do a horrible job got my nieces nails done they were so overpriced for poor quality nails looked like i did them. They also dont have new nail files like other places I been too they use same dirty ones so girls be careful you can get fungus that was a big NO NO for me...I had them fix the nails. $35 for toddler quality... They also hurt her fingers Not Worth It Dont Waste your time find other place . The picture you cant see but even after they fix them in person some parts looked deformed.

Its kind of confusing because i think their name is Avalon? i had a hard time finding the location at the mall but im also terrible with directionsanyways, it was my first time here (havent gotten nails done in years) and i got here on friday at 8pm and it was pretty busy but i was helped right away. i got gel nails and the woman who helped me did a great job! i was scared when she was cutting the cuticles but they turned out perfect! they have a huge selection of gel colors which was nice too. definitely will be back!

If I was able to give no stars I would. I went there with a friend for a shellac gel nails and it came off within 5 days of getting it. I called to see if they would give me a refund or fix it for free and the lady said they would do it for half off. No,I highly not recommend this place if you actually want good lasting nails.

Hands down the best pedicure I have ever gotten. The techs are so friendly, and attentive. I got the higher end pedicure package and definitely worth it. My boyfriend came with me, and got the same thing, his feet have never looked so good! Thank you ladies!

Absolutely amazing. This salon is clean, friendly, professional and efficient. The price you pay for the quality is a steal. Ive been going here for almost 2 months and the manicures I have gotten have been consistent. Ive never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. The employees are kind. They actually care and ensure your happy with your manicure. I would100% recommend this nail salon.

Do not go here if you are a minority. The service is extremely unprofessional. I use to be a returning customer until they ignored me and let multiple people in front of me who happened to look different or better than myself at the time. There is a few nails techs and this salon who are poorly skilled and always put me with them. If you do not like their work and are open about it (reasonably of course) they treat you different and are very rough on your nails. I would not recommend this nails salon. Theyre all about money and poor customer service. Every time I have gone here it felt like they were going out of their way to assist me and their attitudes are terrible. Avoid! Dont go here!!!!! There is plenty of other great nails salons with Professional and kind customer service elsewhere!

I got a fill in and not even 48 hours after my nail broke in half. Called to get it fixed they told me it was my fault. I get my nails redone and they paint it a completely different color than my original one. My nail polish is also chipping off and I got shellac polish. I’ve never been so disappointed in a nail place. I’ve had my nails for 3 days and you would’ve thought I’ve had my nails for 2 or 3 weeks. I’m never coming back AGAIN!!!!!

My friend and I have been long time customers here. I was in yesterday as always made an appointment for pedicure and nails, I have never felt so horrible leaving this place. My nails look awful...will go elsewhere to fix them today. Gal doing my nails was more interested what was happening in shop then doing my nails right. There uneven and bumpy. After 12 years of coming here I have to say I think they have lost 2 long time customers. Its actually sad to see this place treat people so poorly. At one time a nail gal while I was waiting even thou I had an appointment said to me why dont you come back tomorrow as she is just sitting there doing nothing. Rude...

Annie is the best nail artist I have ever met. She makes sure you get exactly what you want. She is kind and gentle. Please make sure you leave a respectful tip. She works hard to create the look you want. I love this place yes its in the mall. They will always be the best to me.

I have been to many nail salons in Washington, Oregon, and California but this one would have to be the worst. They are very rude, mean, and unfriendly especially the woman who did my nails. I went in asking for a full set, I sat down and the woman grabbed my hand very aggressively and coldly without even greeting me. I told her what I wanted and she asked me if I could afford my nails, which was very rude. One I came in with business casual clothes and I have been here in the past. The first time I went in the experience wasnt as bad but I paid $30 for a full set coffin but the woman said that it was $35, I playfully asked her when they changed the prices and she said I was lying right off the bat. At that point I wouldve left if she didnt already start my nails. Then the woman tried to make me pay before the nails were finished yet everyone else paid after their nails were finished, I think it was because I am African American, but I insisted that I will pay after, then she got angry and told me if my nails get ugly its my fault. I dried my nails afterwards then another lady got up and asked me to leave immediately after I give payment. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Dont come here, they are rude, prejudice and money hungry. I almost cried because of the way I was treated

This place is DISGUSTING. I was in shock. The lady was rude and nasty to me. SLAPPED my hand because I couldn’t relax. She cut my cuticles so many times I was bleeding. She did a 15 minute acrylic set. What? I’ve never had such horrible nails. 4 fell off within 2 weeks. They were uneven, thick, and point sideways. She made me pay before I even sat down. I knew something was off. The acrylic powder was in a old ADVIL JAR. I can’t even wrap my head around the horror of this nail salon. Let alone the horror of it having 3 starts. GO TO ANGELS ON EVERGREEN WAY. Same price. Awesome job. Found my favorite nail salon who told me that the lady didn’t do my nails correctly. Never go to this salon.

I love getting my nails done here. Everyone has been very friendly and nice. I get pedicures and shellac nails. Ive been very happy with the quality of their services. I occasionally go to other salons but always end up disappoined and end up coming back to Avalon. I highly recommend them! And its a nice convenience to have coffee and a little retail therapy in the mall at the same time!😄

Right out of the gate I was nervous coming here because of the reviews. I got long coffin style acrylics and had my 3 year olds nails painted. I only paid $5 for my kids. But since I paid anything I feel like they shouldve at least put a top coat on? Her nails started peeling before we even left.My acrylics look good and I do like them. The only problem I have is that he didnt really file down the underneath and i didnt realize how bad it was until I left. They arent terrible by any means but theyre not great either when considering youre paying and providing a tip for them. Probably wont go back there again unfortunately.

I love this salon. I have been going to Mandy for over 5 years and she is awesome. She is excellent at what she does and always takes the time and care to do a very good job the way I like it. Her designs are unique and always get noticed wherever go. She is a long nail specialist which is very difficult. I rarely have any chips or lifting after 3+ weeks. If she adds rhinestones to the design they stay on. Hannah is awesome for pedicures.

Hello,I was very hesitant about going, read reviews, already had a negative mindset. Even tried talking my sister into going to a different salon outside of the mall. For being a Saturday morning on the first weekend of the month wasnt too bad, waited 20 minutes. Kathy wrapped my nails, she must own the shop, she was very thorugh. She isnt burn three my nails like some. She then started my sisters nails which are acrylic, again paid attention to details. Someone named Cindy eventually finish my nails she did an amazing job great attention to detail I wish you would added a little more sparkle to my design but over all one of the best Manicures I have heard in a long time. Van did my toe nails. Got my in growns out with no blood spilled, and was gentle when scraping my feet. I think the overall service was nothing like what the reviews say. It is a wait time but that was expecting 2 hours in-and-out I am very satisfied. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because I feel like the price was a little high and the design could have more glitter but hey you get what you pay for, also the lotion they use makes my skin feel dry. With how many people were there and the how many people were being rude and impatient I would personally come on a weekday in a random hour. But I would come back. They do have stamp cards too.

Monica just gave me THE BEST pedicure Ive ever had! My feet are baby smooth! Toes trimmed, buffed and painted to perfection! Legs so soft and relaxed from the scrub and massage. English was her second language but she made great convo with me! Even gave me instruction on what vitamins to use to keep my nails healthy and strong. I will book with her from now on! She really cares about her quality of work! She went above and beyond expectation!

2 stars for the customer service the women are always extremely nice to me and I love the woman who did my nails she was super sweet, but I got my nails done last week and I already had a nail break off and I went to get a color change and just a nail repair and it came up to 25???? I just paid and left because I was happy with the outcome, but now two more broke off within the same week? So idk if it’s how they were done or they’re just cheap? I spent 72$ on this set all together and they just look disgusting they look like a 15$ job, I’m not coming here again and I hope y’all save ur money

I havent been treated this rude at a business ever. I have very short nails and wanted to have my nails painted $15. She insisted I trim my cuticles too for $25. I kindly declined as Id just trimmed them myself. She got rude when I declined and said she would not paint them unless I paid the $25 for cuticle/paint, raising her voice so everyone looked over. Ive never been so embarrassed in my life. How totally unprofessional. And in a mall setting, no less. I will never ever go back.

If I could give 0 I would. Horrible service they did a horrible manicure, and I also got waxed she literally ripped the skin off and made me bleed. She didnt apologize or do anything to make it right. I will never go back. Also it was very dirty. They had a flannel sheet on the waxing bed and it had stuff all over it. They had a paper towel on the pillow that was dirty and that she didnt replace before or after I was done. HORRIBLE!

I went there for the first time on labor day and had the same set on since. Its now almost Halloween and all of my nails are still in perfect condition, they just need a fill.

I went in yesterday, for a little bit of pampering. Thats exactly what I got! Theyve changed the name, to Avalon Nails, but its still the same great staff, owner, & pleasant experience. Its been awhile since I was last here, but they took VERY GOOD care of me. Im a large woman in a wheelchair, & its hard for me to get up into their pedicure chairs. W/out hesitation, they went out of their way to accommodate me. They let me stay in my wheelchair, brought out my own little station! I kinda felt bad for the young lady doing my feet, though. The poor thing had to sit on a small box to be able to reach my feet! The smallest chair was still too tall. She said she was fine, & that she was there to take care of ME! (What a TRUE SWEETHEART!) Also, one of the other ladies did my full-set of acrylic nails. Normally (other places), would take 45 mins to an hour for a French manicure, she did it in half the time, it looks just as good (if not, better), NEVER rushed ME, & she didnt rush through the job. I WILL BE, repeating business, as well as referring family, & friends. I whole-heartedly recommend you stopping by, even if just for a change of polish!

I just called this place cause a friend recommended it and wanted to make a appointment for 8pm, for a full set. But some lady said i had to schedule for 7:45 or they couldnt get me in. when closing time is 9pm. I work and explained i couldnt and still said no!!! *no star

The girl who did my toes was nice. I think her name was Kate. But my finger nails came out horrible. A different lady did them. They looked great when I walked out, but they started chipping within days. Ive never had chellac do that before. Im so sad. I guess the quality is exactly what youd expect from a mall salon.

I drive from Mount Vernon every two weeks specifically to get my nails done here. Ive sat with most of the girls and they are all friendly and do a great job. Prices are cheaper than most. Great value for the money for sure! I can get a fill with Shellac for $22 + tip! Its a steal! 🙂

Literally walking out of this place in pure anger, first of all there unprofessional and rude. The lady I asked to do my nail wouldn’t even slow down when I asked her too cause she was hurting my nails. What left me in disbelief is I asked for light pink Acrilic nails and this women put a clear coat on my nails and called it a day. Honestly I’m going through the reviews and you guys are getting rated really poorly due to your poor customer service and lack of skills with nails, you guys need to start at LEAST attempting to meet your customers needs or just close the whole shop down. I had pedicure done at this place and they got my big toe infected ahhh. Going to emergency cause toe is inflamed, red and burns. Not going here again. They Need to sterilize the equipment better, Now I’m thinking maybe they weren’t even sterilized. Cause I been going here for like 2 years now and only do pedicure, and now this. Disappointed.

Went to this place the other day the last was insanely rude and super rough with me. I asked to switch a color before it was on my nail she gets up and goes are you serious then walks away to grab the color. She comes back and continues to paint my nails once she got to the one nail I wanted as an accent nail she used the wrong color any ways then didn’t redo it when I asked her to. The materials used were also super dirty and didn’t look like they were cleaned between clients. The people are unprofessional and just all around rude. It’s not worth the time or the price. Never gonna go back to this place.

I will not be back. I’ve gone for months now, getting shellac done 2-3 times a month, but not again. 2 weeks ago, I had a guy for the first time who I felt was a little rough and over sanded a little. But my nails still held up well, so I went back yesterday & the lady I had was terrible. She ripped 2 of my cuticles with her electric sander, rushed me through the UV light so that the polish feels softer today than it normally ever does- enough for me to leave marks- in shellac ! And to top it off, she charged 3$ extra, for what I don’t know. I should have protested, but it felt awkward when her English was hard to understand. I think it was for taking off old polish, but I have gone there for months, and no one has ever done that. I thought maybe they raised their price, but I looked and it’s the same. I’m mad at myself for not saying something while I was there, but now my dollars will speak for me

I went in wanted them to take off my old shallec and paint on a new color. This took 2.5 hours!!!!! Two other clients finished before me and they had sets put on!! The lady was rude slow and the finished product was horrible. My nails were still wet and she had gotten paint On my fingers. Also she kept re doing and grinding the mess up hurt my fingers. I had to argue with the manager so I didn’t have to pay she wanted me to come the next day and get them redone! Yeah right! I will not be going there again and I hope everyone else doesn’t make this mistake take your business else where.

Im never coming back here, first the lady kept filing my nail too much and the sides to the point were they almost bleed, second I told her if she could cut the acrylic nails shorter, I dont usually get too long cuz of my work, and she said no no no its fine and stoopid me listened to her, and even if it was my fault for not keep telling her to cut them she shouldnt had said no ,its what the customer wants right? And when she was filing my nails and the sides, it would hurt and I would pull my hands and she would just pulled back roughlyl. Now when I hit my nails its hurts too much and they get caught in things. NEVER. AGAIN

This place was awful!!! Worst mani/pedi I have ever gotten. I got a regular mani pedi and they hardly painted my nails. They missed almost ever corner of my nails and they also didn’t even paint all the way to the tip of my nails. Just because I picked and natural color doesn’t mean you can cut corners or not pay attention to if you are painting the whole fingernail. I will never go to this place again. Biggest waste of money EVER.

I wish I could give them zero stars, the customer service i got today was not acceptable. I went in for a full a couple days ago , and they did really good or so I thought, unroll about 24 hours latert, when all these black dots started appering. (its not gel either just regular polish ) and you can tell its from the polish because its under the clear coat, well I went in to see if they would fix it, and before I could even let the girl know what was going on she started cutting me off and saying, that it has to be my fault I must have had my hands in chemicals and it was all my fault. And all she would do for me is paint over the polish I already had. & then continuded to city me off and not let me finish my sentence. Ive never been treated so rudely, and I bring them at least 3 customers ever 2 weeks. I will not be back.

I honestly didnt like the service there. Me and my sisters always went in there but the last two visits a girl who works there used her phone WHILE doing my nails. Like uhm excuse me youre here to work not to be on your phone and this last visit the girl made my acrylic nails to thin that she was probably sanding my actual nail because it was hurting really bad and my nails are bumpy also and she was just straight up rude with me. Went in for a manicure, on Sunday morning when they opened, there was a wait, and they took the person who came after me for a manicure when I asked why they said no one was available at the pedicure area, I wasnt going for a pedicure dummy I was going for a manicure. This place is cheap but there is no customer service specially at the front desk. Unbelievable - will never go back there again!

Although the salon was full, I wasnt impressed. Dont think the tools were cleaned between people, and the place generally didnt look very clean - even saw one employee picking her nose repeatedly. Lots of language barriers - overheard one other customer have some confusion on the cost of shellac vs regular polish ($5 extra for shellac vs $25 for shellac).. conversation went on for a couple of minutes.For regular polish, there wasnt many color options, and what they had looked very old.

I went less than a week ago to get a full set with shellac. My nails are peeling and I just called to see if I can get it fixed and they said that I will be charged. Shellac should last until I get a fill, extremely disappointing and I will not be returning.
