This is one of the best nursing homes in the region! The staff is exceptionally caring and attentive. They take excellent care of my Grandmother - both nursing and rehab! Ive found it to be a great place to work as well, as Ive filled in here a few times as a COTA. This place is 1 of only 2 in the region that I would feel comfortable sending my loved ones to for nursing care and/or rehab.

This facility has been an absolute joke. My mother was “cared for” by this facility. She did not have her pain managed ever while there. They didn’t advocate for her with her insurance company. They were supposed to have a Doctor round on her every three days and only had one Doctor visit in a full month ... even with family advocacy. They supplied wrong information to the insurance provider. ...If you love your family member DO NOT SEND THEM HERE.Some examples of issues:• Improper documentation showing a plateau or degradation due to completely false information provided by Bethany to US Family Health Plan• Lack of pain management provided by Bethany to engage in physical therapy to make progress to leave managed care• Lack of physician care at the facility leading to lack of strong progress due to pain mismanagement by Bethany and no rounds by Physicians

Bethany at Silvercrest is a phenomenal retirement community with beautiful facilitates and most importantly, a caring, dedicated and passionate team of caregivers. The depth of effort this team puts in communicates the love they have for each resident. They are patient and considerate; always going the extra mile to ensure care for family members who call Bethany home. They have been a gift to our family.

Excellent caring staff. My mother has been here for three years, after moving from another facility. I have been very pleased with the staff, medical care, cleanliness of the facility, activities, and the general caring/helpful attitude of the employees.Update: my mother still lives here at 5 years now. They still provide excellent care. To get the best medical care, a family member needs to stay involved. Do not be shy about asking questions and asking for a doctor rather than the nurse practitioner. It makes a difference. Good luck on the process. Growing old is not for the faint of heart (resident or family).

I truly dont know much about this place Ive only been there to drop off things that my wife and I have gifted to people there. But what I do know is that the rooms look cosy with a bathroom with tub and shower plus you get a sink with counter space. It looks like they keep the place clean and the nurse there are very nice and helpful Ive been there around lunchtime and it seems like the residents enjoy the food and everybody is always smiling.

I recently spent 2 week in this nursing facility. Everyone I met during my stay was very kind and caring . The nursing staff was quick to answer my needs and always answered any questions . The rooms were very clean and the food although bland was always presented in a pleasing manner. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab after surgery.

Wouldn’t recommend sending your loved ones here. Heard from a friend how bad the aides treated residents by talking about them behind their backs. Terra I believe the name was up on north was especially bad at it. Disrespectful. Imagine leaving your loved ones here to get the right care they deserve and pay for provided to them just to get talked about behind their backs? Awful

The residents get treated very kind here. Definitely a better facility than others in the Pacific Northwest I would approve of my family member being at Bethanys. .....

Great staff: caring, competent, and friendly. Professional care. Nice facility. Good food. I was only there 10 days, but Im glad it was there.

Wonder facility and excellent staff. They took great care of my mom during the time she was there and were very kind and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

The manager for dieatairy their told me my uncle could not have sugar because he has the dieabeaties but HE DOES NOT how you gonna assoom what my uncle has???? That was vary unprefeshional of you. I was so mad having her tell my uncle he couldn’t have the cake for dissert. DISREPETFUL!
