Scheduled ahead, online. Sat in the waiting room a reasonable amount of time, considering I arrived 15 mins before my app. Dr came in, saw my issue, diagnosed and. prescribed within 5 mins of being called back. Then I left. Friendly staff, great experience.

Two and a half hours for a DOT physical. They let four patients go before me even though I was there before they entered the building. I won’t be back, I’d rather drive to Newburgh or anywhere for faster service.

I made an appointment online a day in advance so I would not have to wait long to be seen. I arrived early and was not told about any wait. But as new people were coming in, I heard the employees at the desk telling them all they were on a 2 hour wait. I thought they were only saying that for walk-ins and thought it wouldnt apply to me since I had an appointment. I ended up waiting there for 2 and a half hours before I finally gave up and left.While I was waiting, they called out a name of someone who wasnt in the waiting room. The person ended up coming back in about 20 minutes later and the desk told them their name had already been called. But instead of bumping them to the back of the line, they let them go ahead of everyone else that had been sitting there waiting forever. When I ended up leaving, there were still several people waiting who had been there before me. I also never saw anyone come out to check out in this 2 and a half hour time frame.What is the point of giving you the option to make an appointment when apparently it doesnt matter at all????

We’ve been here twice in the last month and I want to sing their well deserved praises! From the receptionists to the doctor and everything in between- great! Quick visits, kind and personable staff. They’re not judgmental and I feel so comfortable. We drive from the East side to come to this location even though Epworth is closer. Dr. Hunter was exceptional!

I waited for over 2 hours in the lobby and another 45 min before I ever saw a Doctor. I usually go to Deaconess urgent care, but since I live on the westside it was convenient. I will never come back, just a horrible experience all around. I would rar j er drive the extra 15 minutes to the Northside deaconeas urgent care.

I only went here because my daughter had a doctors appointment upstairs and as we were leaving, I cut my foot. It required 4 inside stitches and 12 outside stitches. I had 2 people in the room with me during this procedure and none of us remember the doctor cleaning the wound before stitching it up. I actually had to send a message to someone outside in the lobby when my toes were numb, cold, and I was shivering so someone would come in. It was almost 2 hours from the time I arrived at 8:55am until I left empty handed. No antibiotics, no crutches. I followed after care instructions as written. A week later, my husband took me to the ER because the pain increased each day. I had a major case of Cellulitis, but there was no room for my wound to drain, so I had no discharge, just pain and swelling. Now weeks later my foot still goes numb just from sitting in a chair. It will swell up and turn purple. I would not recommend.

Upon arrival Receptionist was really rude. Waited in the waiting room for about 45 minutes before even seeing anyone. We came to get a simple test done and it doesn’t seem like anyone here is on the same page. Each person we talked to said something different. And what kind of medical treatment center cannot provide shots?

St. Vincents Urgent Care have always taken great care of my needs, no matter what I am suffering from that day! Friendly, professional, caring staff!

I cannot believe how long it takes to be seen here! Kids are sick, coughing and vomiting and waited in waiting area for over an hour. Finally get to a room and waiting for another 30 minutes. I thought the whole idea of convenient care is to be served when you can’t get in to see regular doctor. Never again!!!!I’m going to be late getting home to get grandson off the bus and probably be late for work

This was a great place to go for treatment. They were very thorough and kind. I was taken care of in a very timely manner. I would recommend St Vincents Urgent Care Very highly.

They found my sons cancer! If not for them being thorough we may have never known!! Im so very grateful for the staff. No matter how long we have to wait, it doesnt matter to me!!!

Waited for 2 hours now... at one point the nurses forgot I was even here. I was hoping this would be fast and easy considering I don’t feel good.... doesn’t seem to be the case.

Expensive. Bills are sold out to another company. Doctors seem second rate and the nurse I had was incredibly unkind in nature and short with me. Go to your physician or somewhere else if you can, seems this building is primarily for sitting around for hours.

This place used to be better when it was St. Marys. I have been to this location probably 10 times within the past few years and theyre usually pretty quick. Just got done waiting for 3 hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong. Waste of time and money.

I was seen the day before and told I needed fasting labs and that the lab department opened at 730. Well I showed up right at 730 and the door says they dont open until 8... so here I wait hungry and probably late for work.

It takes more than 2 hours for small things simply as a physical

I received excellent care from check in to check out. The staff were professional and friendly. I did have a long wait but, that is to be expected during flu season.

Even tho there was a wait time, all of the staff were very nice as well as Dr. Hunter, and he resolved my foot pain issue...Thanks

Booked an appointment for 12:30, came 10 mins early to make sure I got checked in, didnt get called back until 1:30. Staff was friendly I guess, but distracted.

Be prepared to spend at least 90 minutes for just a small matter!

It takes then 30 minutes to check you in for lab work even when you have been there before. Its ridiculous

Sat in the room with my sick child for 2 hours... Oh and still sitting here... Will never come back....

Wait was really long for a lab draw. Waited over an hour just to get our information put into the computer system. Need more front desk staff and more lab staff to do lab draws.

Really disappointed in the time we have been here.. When we arrived there was nobody waiting. We waited half hour in waiting room, then another half an hour to see doctor.... Still waiting.... 2 hours is way to long to be in this place!!

What is the point of making an appointment if you have to sit in the lobby over 2hrs passed your time.

Waited forever. Then someone that was 15 minutes late for an appointment got in before us. Horrible.
