The staff at Harmony is very friendly and Dr. Verbeck is great. She walks through the exam with you thoroughly and answers all questions. Im happy to recommend Harmony Eye Care.

I love Harmony Eyecare! Dr. Verbeck is wonderful. Shes so thorough and patient when youre the type of person who cant decide whether 1 or 2 is better lol. I also adore the optician, I can never remember her name but shes older and just the sweetest woman ever. She will make SURE you like the glasses you pick out and she does a great job helping you pick out frames that fit perfectly. I have a big head and shes been able to help me find cute glasses both times Ive been in.

This is the worst place ever. Im actually in the lobby right now replacing 3 out of 4 were completely broke from being so cheap yet they like 2 charge a lot more than other places. The exam they do is definitely not kid friendly either.

Dr. Verbeck and her staff are great! Dr. Verbeck knows what she is doing and her staff is absolutely helpful!!! They always explain me everything before the appointment. They are very flexible and I will recommend them to everyone. This review has been updated.I will comment on a few things:1) Dr. Verbeck was polite, respectful, professional, paid attention to my concerns and answered all questions. The prescription she gave me both last year and this year corrects my vision very well. Based on my experiences with optometrists, she is probably the most competent I have interacted with, both here in Indiana and in Missouri.2) I scheduled to bring my 14 month old daughter to them for an eye exam. They told me my appointment was at 8:30am. They open at 8:30am. We were not the first ones to be called in. At 8:50am I asked our appointment was at 8:30, you open at 8:30, it is 8:50 and we have not seen the doctor yet. They told me that they DOUBLE BOOK. They told me to be there 8:30 knowing that I will WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE ELSEs EXAM IS OVER. With a 14 month old kid. That was disrespectful towards my time. I understand that sometimes doctors fall behind etc. I made an appointment at 8:30 so that I do not waste any time. Double booking is not a respectful way to deal with post-op or emergency cases. They can leave a spot empty here and there since they know that these will be needed. Or, they can always call the patient and let them know to arrive 15 min later. Or maybe reschedule. Communication is everything.3) Dr. Verbeck responds very well to criticism. (the reason why I have a 5 star rating).

Dr. Verbeck gives a very through eye examine. I greatly appreciate her help in correcting my vision. Chain stores do not give such through examines. Dr. Verbeck is always available to answer any questions you may have concerning your vision.

I cant say enough about Dr Verbeck. She takes care of my entire family. I have a very shy young daughter that hates going to the doctor, she went to have an eye injury checked out and she loved Dr. Verbeck. This is a great testament to her gentle nature. She has customers for life with our family.
