I took my mother here for chronic back pain issues in which she would get injections every so often and am in the process of finding a new pain clinic for her. Communication with office employees is very poor and they’d rather you text than call them which is unprofessional and inconvenient because they can take as long as they want to reply. Completely unorganized staff from the doctor to the nurses and office ladies. Ordered her to come in one day only to hear an hour and a half later that the doctor made a mistake and was unable to see her anymore. Wait time just to be attended is awfully long especially for people who are in pain and can’t be sitting in one place long. Waited almost two hours once only to see the actual doctor pull up in parking lot really late. No point in criticizing them when they don’t take the hint as long as they’re making money but hopefully I’ve warned you.

I was hit by a truck and almost killed several years ago. I also have several issues that are painful. I had an appointment at 930 a.m. I wasnt seen until 210 p.m. I went and asked them if they had forgotten about me and she literally told me to not schedule anything on the days my appointment is scheduled. I had to pick my daughter up from school and I told her that. She proceeded to tell me if I left i would have to reschedule and they wouldnt fill my medicine until I was seen. Look, it wasnt my fault they were running that far behind. They need to be more professional because there really are people out here that genuinely hurt and arent looking to get high. If youre reading through reviews to find out about the facility, my advice to you is keep looking. I eventually found an awesome doctor who realizes being in time is essential and professional. They also treat me accordingly and I have not 1 issue with them. There are good doctors out there, theyre hard to find but they actually do exist. My nickname for this clinic is dont care pain clinic because thats exactly how I felt when I saw them. I literally watched everyone except me getting treated in time. Not to mention the girls in the back and front are extremely unprofessional. They blurt your info out and just really dont care. Honestly, go look for someone else, theyre just catering to the people that pay cash for their drugs. Insurance is a hassle Im assuming, pay cash and youll get whatever you want. If you have a true medical issue that causes pain and you want to be treated fairly and sincerely, keep looking because this isnt what youre looking for.

I have had SO many issues dealing with this organization.Apparently the front-end staff does not pass the information on to the doctors. I gave several weeks notice of an operation, which I would need pain management...There is NO after hours service to pass a message to the doctor. Even though the phone system says there is one available. There has been other communication disasters with lost FAXES, LOST MESSAGES, LOST minds and poor excuses. You think you are a high-end clinic to help patients, but you all can’t help yourselves provide GOOD and TIMELY service. Why do I bother to be pro-active in my health care when your organization does not care. What it suggests to me is that I start to look for another group that can meet my needs and be available when I need them the most.Update:I found a great group in, Commonwealth Pain and Spine. Give them a try...Find them on the web, or my reviews.Update to respond to new managements response 3/25/21.I complained several times while I was a patient there, which was unheard. I left Pain Management over a year ago and only after my review has receive so much attention you finally reach out?You have one Doctor that I have known and trusted for the last 15 years and you took him away from me and gave me a different doctor that did not listen to my needs and actually hung up on me during a phone OV because he did not want to listen anymore. How do you respond to that and what did you expect me to do? I had no choice but to leave your practice to find a better practice which would listen to me and my other doctors regarding my health care needs.I was displeased with my treatment by this doctor and I smiled when the new clinic took me in and provided the care I required and not try to fit me in the FDA box.I do not think there is anything you could do to get me back to your practice unless you under go some major personnel and policy changes in your clinic. And dont forget, if you like this review please press the like button!

I had Dr Morales. He is only there to help you every two weeks. If something happens you wont get service. Their system is broken from the phone call all the way down the chain. When you call the system answers and says that you are 23rd in line and there is a 28 to 40 minute wait time, so it encourages you to leave a message. You leave a message and no one ever calls you back. They tried to set up my second appointment several days before an MRI that was scheduled, so someone from there called me and rescheduled for a month and a half later because that was the soonest they could get me in. But they didnt make changes in their system. When I didnt show up for my original appointment they put me down as a no show and then discontinued answering the 5 messages I left. In the mean time I have not received any service or had my meds refilled. They are the most unprofessional group of people. Be prepared to have phone calls and messages missed. Also you better prepare for the current appointment you have to be incorrect.

Ive been a patient of Dr. McFadden for approximately 2 years. I am a disabled veteran, and Dr. McFadden is one of the few doctors that Ive seen that actually listens to a patient in order to properly treat the patient. The only complaint that I could have is that the wait times can be quite extended past the appointment time, but that is to be expected when the physician actually communicates with and listens to patients in order to provide the best treatment he can.

Staff is always changing and I didnt like this. The new doctor downplayed my symptoms and I quit going and weaned myself off my pain meds. Not all of the doctors are like this there. I had mostly good experiences here. Only a few times I had to wait a length of time to be seen. Office staff is great here for the most part. Billing was willing to work with me on my payment for procedures. I did all the steroid injections I could for my SI joints and the nerve ablation. The next step was to up the meds and insert a pain pump and I didnt want to do that which also led to me wanting to quit. I wasnt addicted to the pain meds but decided to wean off after a year of being on them. It was the best decision I have made. Pharmacy staff was also pleasant and I appreciated this and were quick to assist. I wont return because I choose to deal with the pain with home remedies. I would recommend this clinic overall despite the changing of doctors all the time if you need it. I dont know how many other pain clinics there are in the area. Hopefully, staff has changed once again since I last was seen as the last doctor did not have bed side manner.

For some reason I was referred to this travesty of a clinic, oddly enough because I never asked for a referral to see it. The idiots claimed that I had methadone in my system, which is absurd, for one reason you can not take methadone and then take another narcotic without triggering withdrawals. Methadone is for functioning with an addiction, not for treatment of chronic pain (which I have enough to write a book on the subject.) I didnt even get to see a doctor, and despite the research I did that showed that many over the counter products can cause false positives for methadone urinalysis, the nurse practitioner wouldnt even let me speak. Instead she prescribed me tramadol and gabapentin, and within a week or so I began having very serious seizures, where I would black out for hours, to wake up not knowing who or where I was or even what season it was. Her solution to this problem was to discharge me, I suppose because inducing seizures in chronic pain patients would look bad on her record. It took weeks for them to even respond to my phone calls regarding these seizures, and as such I would never, ever recommend anybody visit this waste of real estate. Never mind the fact that I had to wait in the waiting room for hours, and then in the patients room for another hour or two, only to be told that I was on methadone. What kind of idiot would willingly submit to a urine screen if he or she has been taking illegal methadone? Not only do I not know where to get methadone, but I understand the cost of it is much higher than even heroin. TO NOT let you or those you care about get suckered into visiting this clinic as they do not give a damn about helping you manage your pain.

I would not give this place a rating at all EXCEPT NEGATIVE. First of all you are in the United States you should be able to understand the doctor. Dr. Wang never even had the nerve to tell us after waiting for 2 hours that she didnt want to take on my husbands case she had her pitiful scared little nurse tell us. The MADISONVILLE clinic is JUST AS BAD! You can never get an answer from anyone about anything and forget it if you need help with a bill or medical records.....VERY INCOMPETENT-HORRIBLY RAN FACILITY! And we wonder as citizens why the prescription pain meds are on the street, when doctors like this dont even care to find out what is wrong with you and just push you off as just another one those kinds....VERY FRUSTRATING. I had to throw a massive fit and demand to speak to the hire ups I ended up having to go all the way to the top to the owners of the clinic. Needless to say I am sorry not impressed with the care that my boyfriend is recieving!! When i called them to ask if they could change it to something else and why i needed it changed they decided they would just discharge me a patient. Apparently to them im too young to have a chronic disease that causes severe pain because im only 22.
