Dr. Folz & the staff made my transition from a Tn. Pain Clinic to Commonwealth Pain & Spine, a Wonderful Experience in the Quality of Care and Expertise that is offered at this establishment. Everyone made Sure that I was Taken Care of and that all my questions were answered in detail. Im So Happy with this Helpful Group of Professionalism!

Had my first cervical ESI this morning and I opted not to have sedation. All the staff, including Dr. Folz made me feel very comfortable. The procedure went well and I hope I get the intended results. Dr. Folzs technique is excellent and his bedside manner is wonderful. He made sure I was ready and comfortable for each part of the process and I didnt feel any pain/sting/pressure, even when he said I might. Thank you.

All Radio Frequency Therapy treatments were done without anesthesia per MY request and I must say that Dr. Folz has the touch. He far out did the song I requested on my first visit Hit me with your best shot which all got a kick out of. Now I am in the process of waiting for the Nerve deadening injections I had on FRIDAY the 13TH to kick in and give me the relief I so need to have a somewhat back to normal life without the pain I have suffered with since 2014, which was caused initially by a fall on the Black Ice and since I have found that I have the dreadful degenerative Spine disease my wonderful Ancestors passed on that; like most of us older people have to deal with in life.

Dr. Folz was the kind of Dr. who is interested in doing things for you instead of to you. Right away I knew he was a good match. We even talked about our high school experiences and sports. Not once did he give any indication that he had other things more important to do. Due to new Medicare laws I will see him or an associate once a year and then the rest of the time see a Nurse Practitioner. In this world of increasing hopelessness I left feeling a sense of renewed hope for our health care system although in many cases the systems hands are being tied by government regulation.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very nice nurses are great and the doctors are excellent.

Caring, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff and Drs. With these kind of treatments and medications, one has to feel they can trust their care team, and I do wholeheartedly.

Extremely pleased with all office personnel, nursing assistants etc. First time visit to this site and was very impressed with Dr. Folz & those attending & assisting for my brief procedure. I have been in constant/chronic pain for quite some length of time mind you, and was really hurting at the time. They made me feel at ease and surprisingly the actual epidural corticosteriodal injection was entirely pain free even without any sedation. I must say I wasnt expecting that. No problems on return trip back home in fact we actually walked around inside the nearby Sams Club, made a few purchases then went to the Golden Corral for lunch prior to the roughly 60 mile trip home. Needless to say I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to utilize the services of Commonwealth Pain & Spine & will definitely be singing the praises while recommending your business to others that I also know have back issues. I have been a patient for almost a year now. I see Dr. Folz for my pain pump management. I have found Dr. Folz to always be concerned about my needs. He always takes the time to answer any questions I have. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. I recommend anyone needing this kind of help to consider this establishment. I got back injections today. It was quick and I literally already feel the difference. I have DD, 3 herniated discs, and my back was fractured in 6 places (luckily nanometers away from my spinal cord). The staff was all very nice and professional; they even laughed with me as I was laughing at myself from the effects from the sedation. Dr. Folz is super nice and very professional. You can really tell he cares about his patients.

I love Dr Folz, Erin and Laura. They have treated my many pain problems with dignity and respect and never made me feel that they were out of options if things didnt work . The pain management has been a tough field since the government sent us all from our trusted primary care to them. They are inundated with numbers and rules.

Dr. Folz is an excellent doctor. When I first met him, he said, Hi. Im Dr Folz!, I was like...are you sure?...at first I think he was confused...then he said, Yes, I know. Its like Doogie Houser, MD., But, yes, I AM Dr Folz!. We all had a good chuckle. Dr Folz was so easy to trust and feel completely confidant in, despite the fact that he looks too young to be a doctor. He did a radio frequency ablation on a stubborn SI issue Id been suffering for months from. I had fantastic results. Thank you to Dr Folz and the whole Commonwealth Pain and Spine family. Going in to my appointment I was very concerned because my surgeons office had told me the drs at commonwealth would not be addressing my current issue and instead be addressing my older issue which no longer bothered me. The nurse I spoke to with intake listened and noted all my history leading up to my current problem. And When the dr came in I felt very comfortable with him as I had seen him on previous visits and he knew of my history with my surgery and upcoming (most likely) surgery. I explained how my lower back was healing well and no longer causing me pain. However my neck had been an issue for kick longer than my back and it had not yet been addressed my my surgeon other than X-ray. I let them know I was having an MRI the day after my appointment with commonwealth. And showed the doctor what my surgeon had said about my neck issues. I had been off pain meds from my surgeon for over a month and was struggling very hard with increasing p pain in my neck. The dr gave me new scripts for my pain meds both not narcotic and narcotic and informed me I could have my MRI results sent there and once he sees those can help me further with injections for my neck while I’m waiting to see my surgeon and be treated by him again. I left my appointment very Relieved and feeling 20 pounds lighter and was very thankful that someone finally had taken the time and cared enough to address my issues and helped me thank you very much to the staff at Commonwealth. I hope my MRI results get sent there correctly as I had to travel out of town to do the MRI. I feel like I was genuinely cared about during my visit. 10/10

Dr. Folz and his nurse took time to read my chart and had knowledge of my mental conditions and took in consideration that steroids will do me more harm than good, first time in 15 years Ive heard of it. I was thoroughly impressed

I have been impressed with my doctor! My neck injection was fast and I dont feel as yucky the day like I usually have. I will be grateful when my lower back is done so I can feel normal for a while. I have already been recommending Commonwealth

This whole organization is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. You never feel like your a burden.
