Pretty much worthless for mental health. Girlfriend got out of St Vincent for schizophrenia and was doing well until her meds ran out. Took her to her next appointment, no meds. She is currently off meds thanks to the aftercare with this place that was set up and as bad as she was when she was admitted a month ago

Im so glad I choose to go here to learn how to get clean and stay that way. The staff was very patient with me and knowledgeable about the material they teach you. They do not waste your time with what theyve got to teach you about your addiction. They are serious about wanting to help the next person achieve sobriety. They are strict about their rules though. I love my recovery and Im forever grateful to Stepping Stone for all the effort, love, and tolerance they show their clients. Thank yall at SS, I love ya to the end of the earth!!!

The staff (RA’s) every last one of them are absolutely wonderful and they all truest care! I loved it at this facility and if you truly want to help yourself this is the place to go if you just need a rehab this is he place to go because if you don’t want the change when you get there you’ll want to once you’re in there! Never felt so much love from strangers in my life until I went to stepping stones! And the food is amazing !!!! Don’t think twice call them now !!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. 5 stars for the food. However, the staff is so unprofessional its cringe worthy. I was kicked out even though I was working the program & calling my sponsor everyday. Some newbie tech felt some type of way because when she asked if i had a crush on her, I told her I wasnt interested in her & the next day she told them that I MADE HER UNCOMFORTABLE. There was NO investigation before sending me away & then I was not allowed back into treatment because I didnt relapse over this bogus lie. Thanks to the unprofessional & impulsive staff, I have zero tools in my toolbox. By the grace of God I am still alive & am on the waiting list elsewhere. This tech continuously told me personal issues in her life like her boyfriend dumping her on her birthday & even told me about her new therapy through southwestern. She has wrongly interrupted my treatment & only has to take a class over communicating with patients. I am who suffered for this false accusation. My recovery is a matter of life & death. I asked for help & was sent home because a grown woman couldnt keep her own feelings in check in her place of employment. Ive filed 2 formal complaints over her & the supervisor. If you are a woman, I recommend the Warm center in Henderson. They have an almost perfect success rate & actually want what is best for their patients. Where stepping stones turn over rate is as cringe worthy as their lying staff.

I was released from Stepping Stone April 22, 2019. Upon reflection of my Stepping Stone (SS) experience I couldnt be happier. I am 92 days sober as of today and SS gave me the tools necessary to maintain my sobriety. My view is SS gives back what you put into their program. If you show-up and expect to be spoon fed your sobriety, forget it. If you really want to beat your addiction, have an open mind and the willingness to work for it SS can help. The staff really do care about your recovery and counseling sessions are outstanding. I am very thankful to Stepping Stone.

Youd think drug screening someone when they first come in would be a no brainer. My mother got her first visit (not long after arriving) was screened and kicked out because of medications that SHE TOLD THEM she was given upon arrival. They said theyd send it to the lab and check levels. What were they planning to compare the levels with since they didnt screen her coming in? Now she cant go back and its struggling to find a rehab that get get her in asap. Smh. Since this happened, Ive come to find out she wasnt the only one not screened. If you go here, be sure they follow protocol or youll be booted for their own mistakes.

If you are a woman, I recommend that you go to the YWCA & apply to the YES program. Stepping stone has wrongfully turned me away twice this week.

Throwed my daughter out in the street in the middle of the night cold and 125 miles from home no friends or family nearby you would think they could have at the very least waited till day light
