Dr Amarante is the best. Used to see him in the city and now followed him to Evanston. Definitely worth the drive. He is the best dentist and his staff is very nice. The office is always so clean. He has the coolest eye protection. Probably cause the entire of office is cool. After having 2 implants done today I passed out on the way home with my cool shades on.

André is a fantastic dentist. Right now he is taking care of 3 generations in our family (me, my daughter and granddaughter). First time I went to his office I was very anxious. He made me feel comfortable and was so gentle that after thr consultation I felt that “there was a light at the end of the tunnel”. I have had my fair share of horrible dentist. Which these bad experiences have been a deterrent from taking myself to the dentist more often. Desperate and in loads of pain. I called and read the reviews of Way dental. From the moment I was connected to Jackie she was able to get me in within 30 minutes of my call. Dr. Amarante greeted me talked with me as if he knew me all my life. Classic and amazing bedside manner that I haven’t seen or experienced in over 20 years. Gave me some life advice and took care of me like I was his mother, sister, like a I was actually apart of his family. Came back a week later to have my procedure and Cruz was right by his side delivering that amazing bedside manner. They are stuck with me just like family. Thank you all, for this wonderful experience. The dentist can be an anxiety trigger but their professionalism and that care factor makes nothing short of an excellent experience.

I had a very smooth experience at Way Dental! As a student who was away from home, Dr. Amarante helped me to feel comfortable and knowledgable about my wisdom tooth procedure despite not being my general dentist. The procedure itself went very well as he is a talented surgeon!

I went in for a checkup, and to schedule a Wisdom Teeth Removal. Ive had a nagging pain that would swell my gums around my wisdom teeth. It would occur at the most once a year. Usually caused by, what I assumed was popcorn kernel stuck between my teeth and gums. This time I was fortunate enough to have a job with great dental, and the extra funds for the procedure. I ended up joining the Careplus credit program to finance the procedure.His staff were very polite and the office was clean and very modernized. His office was nice and clean.Dr. Amarantes builds great rapport with his clients, and was knows how to connect. We were discussing about my upcoming wedding, and how insecure I was about our photos. We first did a cleaning, which helped so much with brightening my smile. Then when it was tie for the wisdom teeth removal, As nervous as I was, he kept me informed of the process every step of the way. He has a delicate hand. Even though my mouth was numb, I felt safe in his hands. It was a clean procedure, as I was able to go home, and embrace the pain that was to come. My mouth was sore from the procedure, but I had a successful recovery. My gums were able to close up, and I was able to have a beautiful wedding pain free.Thanks Dr. Amarantes! Ive been indulging in popcorn, my favorite snack, like never before. Thanks for saving my mouth and smile.

As I was visiting a family member. I woke up with sever pain in my jaw. I called up my regular dentist back in Tampa to see if he can do anything. Luckily, He knows his colleague in Evanston. It was my first time to this office. The front desk was very warm and inviting. I met Dr. Amarante and let me tell you he is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. I needed wisdom teeth extraction that I’ve been avoiding due to fear. I called up my regular dentist and he told me that he would recommend Dr. A %100. I got them done and Im so glad I did. The surgery went very smoothly. I had no pain just a little bit sore. The office called me up the next day to check on me and ask if Im following their post-op and taking the necessary medications. Dr. Amarante was amazing. He’s so compassionate and really spends time with the patient to make sure all their concerns and questions are answered. I was very nervous about getting 3 wisdom teeth extracted (2 impacted), but the surgery was so smooth and pain free. I didn’t feel any pain during the surgery and surprisingly had no pain after the surgery. Just some minor swelling and feel great. He’s so responsive and answered my calls after hours as well. Would recommend him to everyone! Also, they have great technology and such a clean and inviting office! 10/10

I liked how the dentist incorporated images and videos of my teeth throughout my visits in order to explain my issues better and show potential complications. The dentist provided information about the extraction process in a clear and concise way. This place is amazing. Dr Andre is incredibly responsive and kind. I had an impacted and infected wisdom tooth and had recently lost my dental insurance. The membership program is fantastic. He did a great job fitting me in to assess, complete the surgery and follow-up with a full cleaning. As much as oral surgery sucks, it was as good of an experience as I could hope for. I will be bringing the rest of our family here.

Everything from removing a small cyst to almost having to replace my lower jaw after everything that had to be removed. Ive done this all over the United States and once in Colombia.That said! I just had to get a tooth extracted and I was really impressed with the facility which was really clean! The procedure was surprisingly fast and painless and the people were fun! Would definitely go back if I was going to be here long term!

I cannot thank Dr. Amarantes and Way Dental enough!!! They literally saved me about $3000 Dollars and importantly my tooth!!! After a visit to my neighborhood dentist in the Loop I was at loss when they told me I needed a root canal and a porcelain crown, which was absolutely necessary, plus some other “emergency work”. I thought this couldn’t be right so I asked friends on FB for a recommendation and that’s how I found Way Dental.After sending the office a message I was contacted within less than 12 hours and made an app right away. Guess what? The root canal was not necessary. Dr. Amarantes saved my tooth! The total cost that I actually spend for my entire treatment was a fraction of the original estimate based on the other dentist’s recommendations.If anyone is looking for a quality dental practice or even just a second opinion I urge you to contact them. The dental assistant, I believe her name is Andrea, was very helpful and was able to squeeze my friend in to see the doctor a day before he was schedule to fly out.I must admit, the office was state of the art.
