Professional reception, scheduling and reminders, small office and feels personal, easy location to access. What keeps me coming back and easily adds the 5th star on top is the reminder postcard system. Every time I check in, I self address an appointment reminder postcard which has always arrived to remind me to schedule my appointment again. I cannot express my joy in this system to take the stress of remembering off my shoulders!

I have been bringing both of my sons to Premier Dental for last seven years. We love the doctors and the staff. They they are super nice, caring and always go out of their way to accommodate our busy schedules. Highly recommend them.

I don’t like Hospitals needles you name it, But sometimes you have to go to get things taken care of that’s going on with you and thank goodness, I came across this dental office there doctors and staff Made me feel comfortable and at ease, I would definitely recommend them to anybody that’s looking to get dental work Especially with genuine people that care because you don’t get that nowadays

The staff is very unprofessional and very rude to me. She kept saying that she couldnt find my insurance enrollment. But after I called my insurer, obviously its her mistake. I think the mistake is fine but I hate the fact that she was very rude to me.

I’m very grateful to have found this place and Dr. Yoon a few years back. Very clean and staff is very friendly. Front desk is amazing! She’s very kind and efficient with her work. She always puts on cartoons when I bring my daughter in, which I find very thoughtful. I appreciate the frequent text reminders. It makes it easier for me to cancel and reschedule. Overall, always a great experience. 10/10 would recommend to friends & family.

Wonderful experience! The whole team is very patient and informative. Other dentists had me wait 30-60 mins before being seen by the dentist. My treatment is completed in the same time.

I came to the dentist with a very bad tooth. The receptionist was pleasant and very prompt. The Doctor was such a blessing. Rose the receptionist called and checked my referral too make sure that they were in network. Dr.Yoon was extremely patient and attentive to my pain and located the source. When I had to come back to get the tooth pulled,the crew had actually squeezed me in so I could get the cracked tooth extracted. My 1st tooth ever pulled. Dr.Yoon was extremely gentle as she talked me through the process while checking on me far as my pain. I am so thankful for Premier Dental care. They made my experience easier for me!!! I will always continue to be a patient of the great Doctor. Much respect to Premier Dental Care!!!!

I have been coming to this dental office since I was 16 and now I am 28, love the fact that I have a dentist who is Korean too, very clean and friendly. My son has been coming here since he was little and he is four. They get you in and out in a timely matter and wouldn’t change a thing. Great with kids.

One of the best dental offices in the Evanston area. I have Been coming to this office for over 8 years. Office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The receptionist Rose is amazing very respectful, helpful, enjoyable to chat with while waiting. Dental assistant and dentist are awesome. I brought my 3 year old jere for the first time along with me and my other kids and they made her so relaxed and right at home. Love this office as long as there around it will be more generations to come in my family.

My kids have been coming here for about 14 years now. They always feel comfortable when its time to see the dentist. The staff is like family to us. We come every 6 months and well keep coming back for as long as we can.

I went to this dentist office for the first time officially to get work done 3 days ago. I had been there once before in the past a long time ago but only to get a X-ray to see what needed to be done. So three days ago I went in to see what needed to be done and was able to start that same day. Dr Yoon made me feel comfortable and made sure I was okay while she did the work. She was so amazing and did such an amazing job I didn’t feel a thing. After that I needed to come back the next two days for tooth extraction. I was so scared but Dr Yoon was incredible and I didn’t feel any pain. I was even shocked when she was done cause I didn’t know. She took good care of me made sure I was okay and made sure I wouldn’t feel anything cause she knew I was nervous and it was my first time. Not to mention I can’t forget the amazing and super nice staff that was so warm and welcoming and helped calm my nerves by talking with me and letting me know everything would be fine. If they are reading this right now I thank you so much for all of your hard work and for being so amazing to me during my visit. I will def be back again for future visits and cleanings Dr Yoon you have a new loyal patient now as long as your there Im going to keep coming back for sure!

Straightforward dental office, staff is friendly and accommodating. Scheduling was great, I was able to get in quicker than anticipated. Doctor is nice and efficient.

I first contacted Premier Dental Care at the end of August. Rose, the receptionist, was very helpful and while I was nervous, she offered kindness and reassurance. Upon my first appointment, I was very nervous as it had been years since I was at a dentist office. Dr Yoon was non judgemental as she explained several procedures needed and admistered a teeth cleaning before departure. Several subsequent appointments were to fill cavities and a few more invasive and time consuming procedures (crown lengthening etc). Each time I would nervously arrive and ask Rose, is this going to be painful and each time, she would calmly reassure how gentle yet effective Dr. Yoon is. Although its quite the distance (I live in Chicago), I continued to return approximately every 1-3 weeks due to the kindness of the staff, quality of procedures and the ease of availability in scheduling an appointment (Rose and Dr Yoon both made adjustments to fit me in, twice). At this time, I am happy with the procedures received, my mouth is no longer in pain and is in a much healthier state.

I have to say after about 5 years of going to this dentist I finally gave up on the level of attitude the receptionist has. She behaves as if she’s the person doing the work. As if it’s her practice.She speaks in a very condescending tone.The dentists there are always polite and professional.And also has the nerve to call a patient “Hun”. I am not your honey.I called to make an appointment earlier this week and she had an attitude up the wall. Who does this???I’m feel badly for leaving my dentist but I just can’t take her. It’s SadI’m now very happy with My new dentist-A

Excellent Dental Professionals. I messed up my appointment time and they took me as a walk in. A fabulous place, very comfortable, TVs, good magazines. A great place for women and children. Dr. Yoon is a genius tooth doctor and her assistant Melissa was right on cue. I didnt catch the womans name at the desk but she was awesome. If you are looking for a long chit chat and to waste time, this isnt the place for you. There is a massage place right next door if you are looking for a place to chill out after your appointment. Premier Dental is Supreme. Ten stars and a moon! :)

Friendly, keeps up with appt times, insurance issues generally solved before your visit. Allows for walk-ins, comfortable couch, TV in waiting room. Dentists are fast and professional, but not concerned too much about being pain-free. This is not to say they are rough, just ... thorough. Street parking just east of front door.
