I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and past experiences with them, but the assistant and doctor were so incredibly caring and treated me extremely well. I wont dread going to get dental work done as much. 😂

Dr.David takes very excellent care of his patients and he will sit down and discuss your treatment plan and the cost before he does the treatment. He is the best dentist I ever have been to and he eased my anxiety about going to a dentist. I highly recommend his practice.

After a visit to Dr. Perpall with a problem tooth, he recommended a specialist to do a root canal. After two visits to the specialist and failed attempts to do the root canal, the specialist kept $900 of the $1,700 they charged my credit card with and sent me back to Perpall. He went ahead and extracted the tooth and installed an implant which I paid for in full and has never healed 100%. I have been living with constant pain that has gotten worse and very sensitive. I called the office to express my concern and a very rude receptionist wanted my Insurance which I no longer have. I explained to her this was a complaint and feel the Doctor should at least look at it and do an ex-ray which I would have paid for. She seemed to agree and said she would talk to the Doctor and Office Manager and went ahead and made me an appointment. I took a day off and drove in to be told as a result of no insurance they would not see me. Perpall needs to be more concerned about his patients and needs to address his rude staff. I made an appointment with a specialist that does tooth implants and based on what he tells me, this could result in a claim for damages that could have been avoided. No more Perpall for me!!

Weve had some health issues in our family and my own health care appointments have taken a back seat to that. Its been a while since Ive been to a dentist. I had a very early appointment and I was done and on my way to work within an hour! The entire staff was super friendly, and all wearing smiles even so early in the morning. This was my first visit because I didnt really like my old dentist, but Riverwatch Dental has a new patient for life!

I stopped by to make an appointment and filled out my paperwork and got my teeth cleaned the same day! The entire staff was professional and upbeat! I am happy to have stopped by and find my new dentist and his amazing staff!

I dont think Google Reviews will give me enough space to adequately put into words how wonderful this dental office truly is! When I went for my first check up, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. They knew exactly who I was, and greeted me warmly. The front desk staff, especially Mrs. Fran, is above and beyond amazing. She is the one who coordinated my initial appointment, and even managed to get me in sooner than expected. She really goes the extra mile for patients, and it definitely shows. The office is friendly, clean, and nicely decorated. The dental hygienist who conducted my cleaning was thorough and knowledgeable. I cannot remember her name, but she was fantastic. Dr. Perpall, who I met after my cleaning, was welcoming and kind. He answered all of my questions, and we left on a great note. When I went to schedule my next appointment, I asked Fran if this practice also sees children, and THEY DO! I have a four year old, who was seeing another dentist in Augusta, but I IMMEDIATELY switched her over to this office. I was so pleased with my visit, that I came back to my work and was raving to everyone I work with. They probably think I am nuts, but honestly, it is hard to find a medical establishment where you feel welcome and valued. I cant wait to go back!

Literally the best guest service I have experienced in a long time. Everybody was extremely kind and most certainly VERY helpful. I literally hadnt been to the dentist since I was a young child, so as you can imagine my teeth werent/arent exactly perfect. However, when I explained my situation everyone working there understood perfectly and I felt no negative judgement whatsoever. I definitely will return. Thank you guys for everything!

My family is new to area and needed to find a dentist. We were very lucky to come across Riverwatch Dental. Very nice modern office. As soon as I entered for my appointment I was greeted by the receptionist with a very friendly and welcoming hello. She informed me the dental tech would be with me shortly to do x-rays. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr Perpall did my exam and cleaning. My teeth feel wonderful and I will be back in 6 months for another cleaning. Just took my kids here for their first dental appointment since moving to Georgia. We had an amazing experience. The staff welcomed my kids by name when we entered, and took them back to get their x-rays immediately. My daughter had a small cavity, and Dr. Perpall took care of it today, since he had time, instead of having to come back another day. We had an all-around great experience, Im glad that we chose Riverwatch Dental as our dentist!

Best Dentist Experience I have ever had! First of all, when you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly, smiling faces. The couple minute wait to be greeted by your hygienist was a time to take in the beautiful, brand new facility! The hygienist was professional and so gentle while working on your teeth. Dr. Perpall was amazing with his professionalism and thoroughness! I personally hate going to the dentist, but the 2 times I have been here are changing my mind! I highly recommend this place for all members of the family!

I am new to Georgia and needed a routine cleaning. My dental insurance recommended a few in-network providers in the Evans area. I had my appointment today and I was quite pleased with the Riverwatch Dental staff and especially Dr. Perpall. The whole staff was extremely friendly and prompt, they made sure I was comfortable. My cleaning was speedy and the doctor was very pleasant. I overheard him with some young patients and he was great with the kiddos! The offices are brand new and lovely inside. I cant say enough great things, I will be back.

I just had an appointment with Dr. Perpall. I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years and he came highly recommended. The recommendations were correct. Dr. Perpall was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the appointment easy. I ended up having a cavity and was able to get an appointment the same week. I would highly recommend him. When we moved to Augusta about 16 months ago, we left behind our dentist of 30+ years. My first dental experience in Augusta was not a pleasant one at all. My dentist back home in Kentucky encouraged me to keep looking for a good dentist and we found Dr Perpall. I wanted someone who was pain free, respectful of my appointment time , could get me in relatively quickly , and accepts my insurance. Dr Perpall is all that and is so friendly and personable. His staff is superb as well. I never got the impression they wanted to do procedures just to pad the bill, so to speak. Actually showing me the X-rays and explaining everything that needs to be done in such a respectful way . In fact , I felt they went above and beyond in explaining charges and itemizing the bill. And if all that isn’t enough, the office is gorgeous as well!

I have nothing to say about this office except positive words. I have been looking for a good dental office for quite a while and finally found one: Riverwatch Dental. I first stopped by in mid September to check if they accepted my insurance, they did. While I made an appointment, I mentioned to the staff that I may have some kind of gum infection from an old bridge, the front desk immediately informed the doctor. I was seen by dr Perpall at the spot to ensure I’ve been taken care of. 15 Oct was my 2nd visit, Checked in, sat down and flipped to the 2nd page of a magazine and off to treatment (I don’t remember last time I’ve been to any doctor’s office and they were this punctual, on time, and not let the customer wait). Dr Perpall and staff explained every step of the treatment, options for treatment, professional opinion for best course of treatment, and was informed of my share of cost in advance. I walked out today not only with my teeth fixed but also was saved from having a costly procedure. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Dr Perpall and the entire staff at Riverwatch Dental.

Major Dental Emergency! My tooth fell out, the day before my birthday and so I searched online for an emergency dentist in Evans, GA since the dentist I had been seeing for the past decade is out of state and I didnt know who to call here...anyway - Riverwatch Dental showed up first on the page and so I called immediately. They fit me into their busy schedule ASAP and made me feel like I was part of the family, and had been going here for the last 10 years! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are also so very nice and down to earth, that you almost dont want to leave! The facility is state of the art and very clean with all up to date machines - and they even have (for your brewing pleasure) a Keurig machine and your choice of beverages in the lounge/waiting area (I love my coffee...and now I love my new Dentist and his staff too!) Dr.Perpall and his staff are second to none. I am so fortunate and blessed to have found them! They are my Dental Superheroes and came though in a true emergency - Thank you *so* much!

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Perpall and his staff! I was in SERIOUS pain from a broken tooth so I called their office around 10am, got an appointment for 1130am, and had my tooth out before 1230pm all in the same day. The office is brand new and looks awesome!! Dr. Perpall met me at the desk when I walked in and already knew my name!! He explained exactly what to expect and made sure I was completely comfortable before and after my procedure. If you are uninsured( or if u do have insurance) I strongly recommend you come to this office. The prices are more than fair and wont leave you will a hole in your wallet!
