Professional and personable staff here. I have booked several varying massages here, and they never disappoint. Their waiting room has complimentary beverages and just feels relaxing itself. My last appointment was with Heaven, and she is fantastic (especially if you have knots that need more pressure). They can book up rather quickly, so I would recommend booking online as soon as you can. Highly recommend Rosewater!

First time ever getting a facial & it was amazing! The girls at the front desk, Brie and Megan, were very sweet and helpful! Highly recommend Allison, answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations for my new facial care routine! All in all, it was a truly amazing experience, will definitely book another appointment!

This has been one of few spas I have enjoyed from checkin, to the atmosphere, and the massage therapists! Would recommend for some down time.

I have had multiple massages, but the one I had with Jenny was by far the best I have ever had. I am extremely tight, but she provided some relief without any pain! She even provided some at home stretches for me to do between my next massage. The woman who scheduled my appointment was also very sweet and a pleasure to speak to. I cant wait to make my next appointment!

Seems the person who attempted my Brazilian was in a hurry and thats not ok so I had her stop after two strips. I asked her to go in sections and she said it would take more time. What happened to doing what the customer asked????? Never in my life did I have someone do that during a Brazilian and Ive never had it stopped before today.

Skilled staff who can work those muscles and remove hair from all sorts of places. Many different treatments offered. I always feel like jelly when it leave- its always time for a nap after I come here.Highly recommend

I just got a Brazilian wax from Annette and she did amazing!! This is my second time getting one done and it was so much better than the first time. She made conversation with me the whole time even though I was a little shy and the atmosphere was so calming. She used 2 different waxes instead of one! The first time I went somewhere different (the one on Washington road, ew) and it made me so scared to get another one bc it was a horrible experience and made my anxiety skyrocket, but she restored my confidence. I paid for quality and I sure got it. Baby soft :) I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ive been here several times now, seen a couple different massage therapists. Faithfully gone here for my brows, and have also received a one-off facial and lash lift/tint. I have loved everything so far. There is ease of scheduling and all the professionals I have seen so far have been exquisite.

I had a massage here in the past that was really nice. Today, I had my first facial here. It was very relaxing and the esthetician was very nice. I booked the appointment using a coupon I received in my email that would have brought the price to $90. When I checked out, I was told that it was $120 and that I had added an extra service. I was confused and was then informed that I added a chemical peel. She asked if my esthetician went over this with me. I said that she only told me at the end and the lady at the desk brushed it off as if it was no big deal. I then called later to discuss the fact that I was seemingly charged twice and further clarified that I had no clue I was receiving an extra service or that it was going to cost me anything extra. She apologized for it and said she would speak to the manager. I’m disappointed that there was no offer to credit even a portion of that extra fee back to me (and I didn’t want to go through the trouble of trying to get my money back as it didn’t seem likely) as, if I had known that it costed extra, I would have declined to have the service done. I am not likely to return as to avoid something like this happening again.

Had my first, but absolutely NOT my last, appointment today. Took advantage of the Mother’s Day special. Massage scalp massage and facial. Sandra did my massages and Annette did my facial. They were both FABULOUS! Totally relaxed I feel awesome my skin is pampered and so soft! It was a great way to kick off my weekend and before I left I booked my next appointment! 5 stars ⭐️! Place and staff are lovely...great service. It’s the best spa in the CSRA!

I was so impressed with Rosewater! I received the absolute BEST massage from Sandra. I went in suffering from severe pain/knotting in my neck and shoulder area. Sandra made sure to focus on these areas and as a result I received much needed relief. I would certainly recommend Rosewater and I look forward to returning!

I have been coming to Rosewater for almost a year. They do an amazing job all-round. The professionalism of the staff, the quality of the products/services, and the relaxing atmosphere are top-notch.

My husband and I have been going to Annette for a few years, and she is great. Shes friendly and does her best to make sure her room is nice and relaxing.Ive gone to Casey before as well. She did a great job, too. Ive also had awesome massages from Jeremy.Everyone Ive seen is good at what they do, and I always feel welcome and know Ill be treated well. At the front desk, everyone is always smiling as they greet me, and the waiting room is quite plush.

I was tossing and turning all night because my neck was stiff and in pain. I called this morning, a Saturday mind you, and they got me into see Sandra at 1145. She was funny, sweet, and was perfect with pressure, focusing on where I needed. Sandra knew the right balance if communication where I didnt feel the need to speak the whole time, or realty, I could have pointed and said ow. Shes amazing. I will be going back to her. This was my first experience at this spa, and so far my favorite one. Front staff is super nice. I think it was Morgan that helped me today!!! Love it!

The spa itself is adorable and very comfortable, they have drinks and snacks to offer you while you wait. I’ve already made another appointment here for a couples massage. I had never had a massage before today but I can safely say that this wont be my last. Amber was my massage therapist and was fantastic. Before the session, she walked me through what to expect and asked what areas needed the most attention. She incorporated stretches and was able to work out my shoulder and sciatica pain. Definitely recommend Rosewater for anyone interested.

Today was my first time ever at Rosewater and I was extremely impressed. I’m not the easiest person to please, but the receptionist was very polite and kind. I had a massage with Jeremy and it was the best massage of my life. I’ve had many massages in the past, as I used to work at a medical spa and salon, but his was by far the most effective. I’ve never felt immediate results like that. I already booked my next appointment. What a lovely place!

Poor service, the massage therapist was vaping throughout the whole hour of service and texting, which made me feel pretty uncomfortable considering the circumstances. If I only needed one hand to massage away my pain, I’d do it myself. Unfortunately I paid $85 for one hand, listening to the crackling of a vape pen, smelling a vape pen and thinking is she texting or taking a picture of me. Relaxing and pain relief, not even close!

Love Casey...she is working on getting my eyebrows perfect and she is wonderful. The entire spa and staff are great!!

Alishia was amazing! She makes your feel so comfortable. I really like how she explains what she is doing. When you are done, she shows your ways to stretch and how to take care of the spots that are causing pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Today is the second time Ive had a massage here with Jeremy. Both times have been surprise visits given to me by my wife. It is an awesome experience. Both times I went in feeling sore and in pain. I came out feeling great! I didnt have to wait once I got there. The appointment is not rushed at all. Its a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

I have been a customer of many spas and quite a few eyelash extensions salons. By far the best Brazillian Wax by Rebecca and eye lash extension with Ella! Typically my extensions barely last 2 weeks but with Ella , who is very through and detailed, they lasted almost 4 weeks with the initial fill. The whole salon is professional, beautiful and worth my drive from Columbia SC when I need their services!

I’ve been going to Rosewater for over 2 years for waxing, and I’ve had a facial and a massage. All 3 ladies are fabulous. I rely on and trust their expertise, especially related to skin care, and I appreciate how they go above and beyond to meet any need or answer any question. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I adore everything about this spa. The environment is authentic, relaxing, and very aesthetically pleasing. The service is exceptional. I am working specifically with Natalie. I am acne prone and she has done more for me than my dermatologist in combating this issue. She is sweet, fun, and very knowledgeable. Just had my 500th facial with with Rebekah and as always, it is the high light of my week! My favorite is the Pinnacle Facial with a variety of add-ons as needed by my skin. I almost always get a peel of some sort with an occasional microdermabrasion and/or spot treatments depending on my skin concerns. Rebekah tailors the facial to exactly what you need and never suggests something that you don’t! My very favorite parts are the beginning and the end! She perfectly pulls your hair back in tiny sweeping motions and it is seriously the most relaxing thing on the planet! I always tell her I would pay her just to do that! Followed my the best décolleté and shoulder massage you can imagine! At the end it is done in reverse, followed by an application of a moisture rich lip butter and hair sweeping! Easing you in and out of relaxation! Can’t wait until my next one!
