My husband and I just had a couples massage for our anniversary and it was beyond amazing!!! The office is extremely immaculate and the atmosphere is serene and calming! We got there a few minutes early and they got straight to business! We both felt great afterwards and will most definitely be returning! I highly recommend Oriental Massage to everyone!🙂

I went here a few times and thought the massage was good, but the last time weirded me out so I never returned.

The gentleman at desk couldnt speak English, then the lady told $50 an hour on the phone then I get there she said $60. Then the lady who was to massage me was rude. I have been to many massage parlors but this one I definitely wouldnt recommend.

This place is extremely unprofessional, made an appointment to be there at 4:00 a week in advance, got there and they attempted to tell me to come back at 5:30 and accused me of lying in front of other clients, will never go back there.

You are greeting and quickly sat in one of their comfortable recliners while your feet soak in a nice warm bath. Then the amazing foot massage begins that is concluded with hot stones!

I really enjoyed the massage here. She kept open communication and always asked if the pressure was too hard or needed to be lessen. I prefer strong and she started strong and I was very satisfied. For some of you it may feel too strong but she will keep you informed. Thumps up.If you feel the pressure uncomfortable then let them know right away. Do not wait till you go home then complaint about how your body is aching. That is on you!! for receiving pressure on your Chakra points which you couldnt handle.My 90 mins of body massage included oil massage and hot stone. I had really bad neck pain the next day after my massage that lasted almost a whole week. Overall massage felt incomplete... Its not a full body massage. I will not be returning.

It was good, I looked up and they had those hanging bars so that they can massage on your back if strong massage is needed. It was a good experience. They gave a good massage on my back where I needed the bost. Good thing they take credit cards too so I would definitely go back for my back pain relief.

The massage was great during the hour, but once I got home I could barely move. I ended up having to take pain medication because my lower back was so sore. I figured I would give it a day or so incase my muscles werent used to the pressure. However, here we are 3 days later and I can barely walk. The pain is so severe I am having to make an appointment to see my doctor. The atmosphere was great and the prices were too. My body just couldnt take it I guess. I did call back to ask if they had any recommendations on after care or if this has happened before, but unfortunately there was a communication barrier.

Price is cheap but that about the only good thing. You dont fill any waivers out or get to tell the massage therapist what area to focus. The massage was very basic and was just a copy paste routine that didnt help at all.

In my first visit there, I found the atmosphere quiet, and the service professional. I asked for the massage to concentrate on my lower back because I was having some issues there, and it was my main reason for going. The price chart is on the counter and clear to understand. I was also a walk-in and they were able to get to me right away, no problem. My rating is based on similar establishments. I have not been to many, but Oriental Massage is better than the others. It was the first time I had hot rocks placed on my back which really helped in my recovery of a pulled muscle. The place was clean, which is important to me. I will be going back when I need to.

I was referred by a co worker about this parlor. I was skeptical about it at first because it wasnt a chain. Boy was I wrong. The receptionist was friendly as well as the masseuse. The massage was so fantastic, the masseuse convinced me to take up the 90 min session instead of the regular 60 min. Prices are reasonable. Cheaper than most chain parlors. All in all, this place is now my go to when it comes to getting a massage. I would recommend this parlor to anyone looking to get a massage on the fly.

I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I have received many massages from different places in the past. I understand that you are to get naked and are covered with a towel or a blanket. If they massage your butt they usually strategically move the blanket as to not expose you. The lady who massaged me had the towel off of me for an uncomfortable amount of time. She was sure to see everything. She straddled me twice. Once on my back the second over my head. I felt violated. I will not go back.

My experience was HORRIBLE!To begin the receptionist or any of the workers could barely speak any English so they were not able to explain the process or answer any questions. My husband and I went for a couples massage. me and my husband were placed in the same room and we were told to remove all of our clothing so we did and laid on the table. But when they re entered the room we were also asked to remove our underwear. Without giving any time to reply the lady was almost ripping my husbands underwear off and I told them that I was not comfortable with doing so, but she kept persisting against my will but later just left me alone. next part was the massage, we were asked if we wanted hard, medium, or soft pressure and we both agreed to medium thinking that it wouldnt be so invasive. But boy were we wrong it was painful, extremely painful. the massage hurt so bad that we had to tell them to go to soft which was almost not even better. All during the massage they were talking in their native tongue, and bumping things, making noise, and going in and out which made the atmosphere non relaxing. So 30 minutes into the massage even though I had told the lady that I wasnt going to take my underwear off I felt her snatch mine off and by then I was annoyed and uncomfortable. So while the hour was winding down one of the ladies tried to get us to buy 30 more minutes but with her not being able to really speak English you couldnt understand what was being said and we almost got tricked into buying more, until I made her fully explain. The bad part was over until we left later and its been almost 2 days from when we got the massage and our muscles are extremely sore from the massage. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

Poor customer service made appointment for a hour full body for 2 people and called to add on more they tell me that they can do the massages for all 3 then get here it’s only 2 massage therapists that do body massages and they tell me I can get a foot massage I’m like wth I want a foot massage for when I clearly can get that with my pedicure then I said forget it I’ll wait they said they busy so I just go wait on my family members in my car so I see a couple walk up with no appointment they tell them they can do their full body massages in 25 minutes come back I’m like wow won’t come back here again after this treatment and I’ve been here before they have lost me as a customer!!!!!!!!!

Updating my review since I went in today for the first time since COVID-19and wanted to share my great experience.They closed down for several weeks after COVID began (presumably for safety reasons and to update the space with precautions) and just reopened. I am taking COVID-19 very seriously so was nervous to go back, but I couldnt have been any more pleased with how they handled it. Signs at the entrance clearly indicate masks are required, they took my temperature and didnt let me start the massage until it was in the normal range (I had driven over with my AC off, so was a little hot when I first walked in). They have a plexi-glass barrier at the register and everyone is wearing masks. The masseuse even had on eye protection and a face shield. The space was being wiped down constantly and they had hand sanitizer available. They even replaced the water dispenser with a small fridge full of individual bottles!This is an example of a business that is doing an A+ job of reopening responsibly; and I was more than happy to tip generously to include the few months of visits I missed. Cant wait to go back for my next visit!Original: After a decade of being a loyal customer at westernized massage spas and clinics, I converted to eastern style and Oriental Massage is my favorite spot in the CSRA. Instead of the experience feeling clinical, with lots of paperwork and having to book weeks in advance, I can walk in and get a great bodywork session immediately. All the massueses Ive had here have been great - very strong, thorough, and communicative. Prices are very reasonable, and aside from asking if youd like a longer session, there is no pressure to rebook, become a member, etc.5 stars!

A bit inconsistent, but when its good, its good...I like going to not a chain massage parlors bc on a whim you can go in and get a massage... instead of scheduling days in advance.So, yes, there is a language barrier, but I found it could be navigated fairly easily.My main issue is the consistency with the quality of massage. The first time I went, it was pretty good! The 2nd time was meh, and this last time was pretty good again...So, if the mood strikes you to get a massage and you dont wanna wait, your chances arent bad here... Just know what you want and you wont have an issue.
