I am very happy that I found this shop!I was at the gate at opening time, and Wendy was able to take me right in. She did a fantastic job! I had never been here until they closed the other hair cutting place in the mall. A couple of the girls from the other place are her now and that why I came. They did a great job and they are very nice. $10 bucks more than what I am used to paying but hey it is what it is. The place was very clean and they are following covid guidelines as well. Prepare to wait though as they are usually busy but they are efficient.

Ive been there a few times in the last 15 years, twice very recently, and I am always treated with kindness and the ladies there are so sweet and do an excellent job!!!! I absolutely love my new haircut, I got it done yesterday by a wonderful lady who was a pleasure to chat with (as was the last young lady!) and I could not be happier! If you want a salon that is inexpensive but offers consistent, quality results, and if you want good, friendly people working on your hair, definitely go to RMH!!!!

This may be because its in the Bayshore Mall that the prices tend to be a little higher in the mall than other places. Nevertheless they did a great job and I was impressed. I like the haircut hairstyle. Its definitely not your traditional barber shop.I do appreciate that the stylist went up and beyond the Call of Duty when cutting my hair and I do appreciate that. So, left a good tip nevertheless I was taken back by how costly it was as compared to a barber shop. I will go back again in the future I just may wait longer before I have my haircut. To help offset the cost.

Waited two hours to get my hair cut only to find out only one can cut girls hair out of three people working. Their response was I should have asked if more than one person could cut curls hair. My response was it would have been nice if you could have told me only one person could cut girls hair and I wouldnt have waited for 2 hours.No customer service. Although the lady in there was nice and apologetic but I ended up leaving anyway since I would have had to wait another half an hour before she could get to me. Arrgh.

My mother -in-law took my daughter to get her hair cut here and she couldnt be happier with it. They did an amazing job and I havent seen my daughter smile so big in a long time. Which is not an easy thing to do (especially considering her pre-teen, leave me alone at the moment age). I believe the ladys name who did her hair is Rachael, and I will definitely be making an appointment for myself and youngest daughter to see the same person. Overall my daughter and I couldnt be happier and I will definitely be coming back. This is my first experience here and so I dont feel that I can speak for the ability of other stylists there but Rachael is awesome and I would definitely recommend her.

Rebecca did my hair cut. I showed her pictures of the length and style i wanted. I was satisfied with the length i got. When i got home one side was actually a little longer than the other. I had asked her to soften the ends and thin out my hair because i didnt want chunky ends due to my thick hair. I noticed she only slightly trimmed the ends. They are still chunky and my hair ended up to be puffy.I think if u just want a simple hair cut than this is the place. Also this place is definitely famous for the males as i noticed that there were a lot of men customers.Definitely make an appointment because appointments are top priority here. A guy was bumped out because it was time for my appointment.

NEVER EVER AGAIN...Simple PLATINUM COLOR and I look like THE DONALD...............They had no clue about hair color and although they were quite pleasant, nearly 100$ later I need to go have it fixed ELSEWHERE. If I could, they would not even get 1 STAR......I wrote this yesterday but I woke up this morning and what should have been PLATINUM is.....PINK..They should have their licence to color hair taken away. I feel like contacting an attorney and follow this TO THE END...PEOPLE..STAY AWAY....I followed up with a phone call to REBECCA asking her to call me so we could discuss the matter and guess what? NOTHING.....My hair has since broken off and is severely damaged....Law suit is what they deserve.....

The boy child; jr high school, finally got his haircut on style! So pleased.

Horrible experience both times I took my children in for simple cuts and left totally disappointed. My daughter who is 8 wanted a simple trim. It was uneven and the worst part was how rude the owner lady was while cutting her hair. Totally snappy and kept telling her to sit still, even raised her voice and said I said sit still. I went back today after mastercuts was closed to get a simple fade on my two year old son. She completely buzzed it off. I said I wanted scissor cut on top. He looks so silly and we have to wait for his hair to grow out. Ive heard good things about josh the guy who works in there but the owner woman is a total rude nightmare. I dont recommend it at all, even as a last resort.
