I used Platinum Studios tanning services to get a base tan for my wedding in Mexico. I really appreciated the level of customer service, and the quality of their tanning salon. I will say, they recently changed the bulbs, so it was the most intense tanning bed I’ve ever been in. If you are fair skinned, start with just 3 minutes! I was amazed at how quickly I got tan in just a few sessions.

I had a prenatal massage with Sam. Let me just say: I have NEVER been more relaxed in my life! Just upon being greeted by her and meeting her I was relaxed. Her and her energy is amazing! As soon as I got home I fell asleep and with no sciatica pain for the first time in months! I WILL be going back regularly!

Tuu captured the look I wanted perfectly! In fact, she went above and beyond and they look better than I envisioned! I cant imagine a more beautiful set of nails for my wedding! Im SO grateful!

I got an amazing hydra facial done by kailee. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and very professional. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend this treatment and salon in general. Great vibe. Beautiful space. Super friendly. My skin is very happy.

Their eyebrow lady (I forgot her name) was waxing with my hairgrowth and not against it so nothing was coming off. Which caused her to burn pieces of my skin off with wax that was way too hot, also she didnt prep or use an aftercare on my skin. It felt like she had no idea what she was doing. I drove home with tears, I called them, sent pictures, and they said it looked like an allergic reaction (which it wasnt because I wax other parts of my face and body). They offered me my money back, I never went back but I honestly just cant believe that happened. Please hire people who are trained properly. Be careful ladies.

The people that work here are awesome. Valerie is my colorist and she is absolutely amazing. They have so much to offer and a great rewards program!!!!

I made an appointment with Valerie because she was recommended by others and she bleached my hair and completely fried and damaged my hair to the point it broke off. My hair broke off in patches to the point it was an inch long in some spots. I was devastated. I had long beautiful healthy hair before she ruined it. She used a blow dryer on top of foils and brushed my hair so hard starting on the top working her way down instead of brushing from the bottom up and just ripped my hair out. The bleach was SO patchy. I can’t believe she still has a license. I’m still trying to nourish my hair from that appointment and get it to what it was before that devastating day. She has completely ruined my hair.

I’ve been going to Platinum studio since Valerie switched over there. I actually followed her from another salon. First off she is the best! I wouldn’t trust anyone one else with my hair. She is super knowledgeable with ALL of the hair stuff. And is always up to date with the new trends. Over the past couple of years I’ve been getting bayalage with her for my color. And I love how my hair comes out every time! She is amazing at haircuts too! I have had several A-line haircuts from her among other cuts. I also love the environment of Platinum Studio. The salon is kept very clean and the decor is classy. I would 100% recommend Platinum Studio AND would recommend asking for Valerie if your going to go.😊

She is the absolute sweetest person ever and will make you feel as comfortable as she possibly can, whether its having amazing, friendly conversations, or getting you something to drink, or hyping you up, she does it all. She makes my hair look and feel so pretty and healthy, it’s incredible how good she is! She’s a hair magician. I 1000% recommend seeing Val, she’s the best.

You know that you are at a high in salon is so clean everyone is professional my lovely stylist valerie always checked in to see the progress of how I liked my hair turnd out better then the picture I showed her. She correct my wax job that I had got one in the mall, and also did my pedicure. I will never go anywhere else again platinum Studio Salon is by far the best in Humboldt County.

Had a haircut there recently and am happy I went there since the place I use to go to wasnt open.The place is huge compared to other places Ive been to since they added a massage area. As a dude, is recommend giving it a try.

The people are warm and kind, and the stylists care and want you to look good. However, compared to other places Ive been, I would rate the quality of the service at 3 stars. Nothing bad happened - but nothing great either.

I love this salon! Shawnatee is amazing with my hair. She dyes and cuts it beautifully. She really listens to what you want and delivers. She also recommended perfect products that work amazing on my fine thin hair giving my hair lots of body and movement. Then there is Jenny, she does waxing and facials. Her waxing technique includes sugaring which is fabulous. If you really want to feel pampered get a facial! Face massage, masks, pore cleaning and tightening, hot towels, neck massage, and hands. It was actually better than a regular massage. Jenny is so kind and her hands are healing. I will be a customer for life. Thanks ladies! You are the best!

I started tanning here a month ago and I like their tanning bed. Its always clean and the staff is really friendly! So I decided to get my hair cut here and I get really nervous bcuz of having so many bad hair cuts, but Debbie recognized this and reassured me she wouldnt cut off all my hair:) and she did an awesome job! She did exactly what I wanted! I love my hair! I will continue to go to her. She knows what shes doing but also shes easy to talk to! Im so happy I discovered this gem in Eureka!!

Okay so I went in for a facial for my acne and scars then when I was done with the facial it looked exactly the same then later that week I broke out just a waste of money and time but they do hair really good so if your going to get a haircut use them but not for facials
