Ariel was fantastic, she gave me a wonderful hair cut with texture And fringe that suited my face structure and hair type. She did exactly what I asked and asked appropriate questions and if I didnt know the answer she helped me make decisions. She was personable and understanding. She was also pleasant, efficient and considerate.I will definitely come again and ask for Ariel.

I had a great experience at Old Town Hair Works Salon, its a nice place and very clean. Erin was very professional and friendly, she did a fabulous Deva Curl Cut on my curly/kinky hair, and I am very happy with the result. I will be going back for future haircare, I recommend this place!

Liz is a fantastic stylist. She listened and confirmed how I wanted like to manage my hair, and had good suggestions to subtly change the cut due to my hair not being as thick or wavy as the model in the picture. I was more satisfied than if shed just done the cut without feedback. Thanks Liz!

Absolute Lifesaver! When my wedding plans fell apart the week before my wedding due to a car accident, Liz was able book me in last minute to get my hair and makeup done. As someone who doesn’t wear makeup Liz did an amazing job and I looked beautiful for my wedding! Welcoming atmosphere and very tasteful decor.

I used to hate my curly hair, I didnt know what to do with it. Then, I had my hair done by Patricia Gair. She is honestly an artist. My hair is now one of my favorite accessories. She is amazing, takes her time and makes you look and feel great. I personally will go no where else locally. If you have curly hair, stop, this is the place! If you have any style hair she can do the job, and do it the best. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a great cut and color.

When I walked in the lady asked me May I help you? in such a way that it was clear that what she actually meant was Get the hell out of my store. Even though they advertise Walk-Ins Welcome, she told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait. Thats not Walk-Ins Welcome, thats Make A Damn Appointment. So I bopped down to the mall where it was all of a 5 minute wait. I only give Old Town Hair Works two stars because at least Im sure they do cut hair there.

No harsh chemical fumes, a nice atmosphere, and always an excellent service.
