Staffs are well trained, knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. They have nice attitudes. During my membership with this gym location, I have not come across any single rude staff among all the staffs who work here, which is quite impressive.Always a great fan of the planet fitness gym over any other gyms. Typically, other gyms come with complicated terms, conditions and contracts including penalty for cancelation which will screw you over when you try to cancel membership. Those are the gyms I want to stay away from, because their message is clear and crystal— “you can join whenever you want but you cannot get out if it whenever you want”.In addition, most gyms require initial joining fee or hidden fees but planet fitness is a transparent company, which is why you should love planet fitness!This gyms clientele is also nice and friendly. Gym equipments and facility kept cleaned and sanitized frequently.Overall, I had an amazing experience in this gym. Hidden gem in a small town.

Excellent gym to come to! The other gym members are very courteous and tend to clean up the machines after theyre done using them, of course theres a couple that dont, but the majority do. The staff is very friendly and they tend to stay on top of cleaning the equipment themselves too. Its not too busy either, it tends to be quiet and relaxed too.

Edit: got charged for a premium membership when I signed up for a basic membership and team was not ready to help me resolve the problem. Spoke to several members of the team and no one was able to help me out satisfactory. Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend the gymGood prices. Great collection and open 24 hours. They also have free classes with your membership which is great. I enjoy working out here. I also enjoy the 30 min circuit they have. Gym is cleaned often and people wipe off their equipment after use

I’ve Been Living In Avalon Villas for about 8 months now and I can say that this has been the best apartment experience ive had and I’ve lived in over 7 different apartments.. The staff is well put together and they are nice to me. Chrystaline is a major deal in the apartments, she makes sure the maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. I’m glad I was able to meet her due to the fact I’ve never had a helping land lord.. But most definitely she is great!! Even the maintenance staff is pretty good here.. Like I said before this has been my best apartment experience

Friendly,cordial, and very professional staff who truly cares for the business, security, health, and safety of their clients/patrons. Place is very clean with cleaning stations every 2 to 3 feet strategically placed. Very well ventilated with plenty of machines to choose from. Never crowded and their is a crowd meter one can refer to before heading there to see when it is so crowded. Many training workout videos and plenty of tv screens to watch when working out!! They also have in-house trainers!!! AND the cost is reasonably fair, there is true value for your money! Please join, thank me later!!

This was my first time at this location. I enjoyed it very much. Its very clean and super organized. The dudes at the front desk greeted me with a smile and were very welcoming. Masks are not required which is great but u can wear one if youre scared. I like how they promote safety for health by providing cleaning stations. There is a really cool 30 minute Express workout feature that has multiple workout stations for busy people. I took advantage of it and it was absolutely great at working all my parts. Showers are provided for free in the mens locker room and overall great experience definitely will help to get people out more and enjoying their workout times again. Surprised to find that it was not busy when I went (Sunday at 5:30pm) the person who helped me start my membership was super nice and helpful! They got me signed up and introduced me to the app which is also super nice! Definitely a pleasant experience!

I hate this gym. I have a black card and go to many gyms while I travel. I accidentally went to this location a few times and it just disgusts me. The machines are old and grimey. As soon as you walk in you get a whiff of must. I cant even get my workout on. And its so crowded, peoples eyes wandering everywhere except the machine theyre using incorrectly. Water bottles and tissues left on machines. Prints all over the glass like someone was trying to escape but couldnt get the door open. Whew. Have flagged it in my gps so I never go there again.

Check in is hands free, mask recommended, and guys at the front are friendly. Floors in the ladies bathroom could be ALOT cleaner but other than that Ill be visiting the massage chairs here again!

I love Planet Fitness! ..Friends I left LA Fitness in Euless because the staff there are so unfriendly. Every time you check in there it was like walking into a morgue. So I thought I’d try Planet Fitness and I’m so glad I did. The Staff at Planet Fitness is so upbeat, helpful and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Plus I love all the extras like tanning and the hydomassage chairs. The atmosphere and Staff at Planet Fitness just puts you in a good mood for your workout and you feel appreciated for your business.

I fell in love the minute i walked in. The gym is clean and cute. It has tanning, massage chairs, and good equipment.. the staff that we have seen so far is great. Reggie, i believe is his name, gave us a tour and was there to help us every time we needed something.

Great gym! It’s clean and well organized. If you’re a bit of a germophobe don’t fret, they have cleaning stations throughout with paper towels and sanitizer so you can wipe down equipment before and after using it. Staff is awesome!!! This gym is all about making sure that everyone feels comfortable no matter where they are in their fitness journey. If you’re someone who has tried other gyms and felt like it just wasn’t a good fit then give this one a try! The amenities that come with the black card (tanning, hydro-massage bed, shiatsu massage chairs, and total body enhancement) are wonderful. The locker room is always clean and it’s spacious. I’m happy to have found a gym that I look forward to visiting every day. Try the 30 minute express workout if you’re short on time!!

I started at PF thinking it would be full of gym rats, but it wasnt. It was full of Everybody trying to be better. I felt totally at ease in there and my trainer Faith is sooo positive to my confidence.

Staff (most) tend to lean on the less professional side of what is to be expected at a workplace.Planet fitness would benefit greatly from finding new employees all together.Personal shortcomings not withstanding, the establishment is consistently clean & rarely has broken machinery.

Music is way too loud! 2 employees told me that its loud for the employees!

Joined as a classic member on 11/06/2020. On 11/09/2020 saw an online ad for same membership with no contract. Contacted customer care @11/09/2020 2:20 am asked them if I can change that membership. They said that I’ll be informed in 2 days. Since I didn’t get any call from them tried to contact them again on 11/11/2020. They connected me to the location, since it past three days manager at the location refused to change it and hung-up on me. Then I went to location, asked to cancel membership since the manager hung-up phone on me. The same person assisted at the location, waived the contract break fee($58) and cancelled my membership.The whole argument is that ‘it’s past three days(11/06/2020 - 11/09/2020) since the first time I contacted about the promo’ so he can’t put the new promo on my account.He also added that, he can do it if he wants to.

I enjoy this location, they clean often, plenty of equipment and small enough to feel comfortable.

As a long time gym-goer and member of Planet Fitness, this is far and away the best facility I have been to. The evening staff, Cris, Alejandro, and Muhammad really make the Euless facility an exceptional location. The gym is always clean and well-maintained during their shifts and they each do an amazing job in making club members feel welcomed and appreciated. I cant say enough good things about these guys and I sincerely hope that their great efforts are recognized.Keep up the good work! 5 stars!!!

Clean and maintained. Crowd control could really help. Even during the phase of Covid, it felt like way too many people were inside and felt crowded.Apart from that, good equipment, friendly staff, value for money.

The atmosphere in this gym is amazing. The staff is great and the equipment is spectacular. Its very clean and sanitary plus i love all of the perks you get with the black card.

I dont have a membership and only ever visit this location as a guest but the staff are always friendly and helpful and the facilities are always clean and well maintained. All of the equipment is kept in working order.

Charging $24/month for a small facility, no swimming pool and no racquetball court.

Plenty of space, never a wait on machines.

This place is not being cleaned well. Sweat stains drape cardio equipment. The toilets have fecal matter that has not been removed. Nasty.

PF is pretty consistent from location to location. This one is no different. I had an experience about a week ago where I was particularly unhappy with the way the employee approached me. He indicated that he could hear my weights, and in his mind that automatically meant I was slamming them. He told me that he wouldnt put a note on my account this time, and he could turn on the LUNK Alarms to prove his point. I just didnt understand the attitude he had as if I was undermining his authority by working out hard. Almost like he expected me to get into a back and forth with him. Anyway, I will be frequenting another location since they have so many, and this air of one strike and your out is very uncomfortable.

Beautiful gym, very clean and great equipment.I was very sad coming in from the airport, I stopped to get a quick workout and shower before a meeting... only to find there was no hot water.No signs to warn members of this 😢Things happen and I get it... but just let us know please! That way those of us who need to shower, can attend a different location.

Ive been going to the Irving PF since last August and decided to check this one out shorty after the gyms reopened during the pandemic. Man, I love this gym! It has everything I need, the staff is super nice and the gym is super super clean. I shower at the gym in the morning after my workout and the cleanliness of the mens locker room is why I made this my main PF location (the Irving PF locker room isnt up to par). You will not be disappointed if you come here. Its definitely on of the best PFs in the metroplex.

Whoever the short Caucasian guy that was working tonight (11/07/2020 @9:15pm) was very rude and unprofessional this was our first time at Planet Fitness and my brother wasn’t familiar with the process for new guest and needed some assistance instead of helping the Caucasian male pretty much belittled my brother and was very rude to him. We decided to leave and will definitely not return to this location.

Great place! The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. The gym is always clean. There is always someone walking around refilling the cleaning bottles, wiping down mirrors and such. Great variety of machines! Even in peak times, I am able to move through my workout pretty efficiently without having to wait for a certain machine.

The incredible range of equipment provides any type of workout Im looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The premises are clean, sanitized and safe. As a black card member I enjoy a variety of relaxation and body enhancement equipment. I leave limber and refreshed.

I was pretty impressed by what PF had to offer. I always thought it was just a discount gym with no amenities but I was totally wrong.Only things I wish they had are:Better access to black card member amenities over night ( I usually come between 1am and 4am). I always have to wait for a staff member to come let me into a room or on a chair. Maybe have the Black Card Lounge door have a lock on it that unlocks with your member card and have the amenities be able to scan as well to activate. That could also be a way to track what members are doing and make sure the 24 he rule is followed for tanning.Steam room and or sauna. This is the only thing I miss from competing gyms.

I love the environment, the friendly staff and the multitude of options for different workouts on the app and different machines offered. My favorite is the 30 min circuit room. It helps me get a quick workout in to work the full body on a tight schedule. The staff has taken the sanitation practices very seriously and they’re all wearing masks. I feel very safe.

Irving seemed to be packed full 24/7, this one has quieter times which is nice for when you want to take your time and not rush your workout. Everything is new, so everything is clean. I can tell they’ll keep it clean, other day saw them cleaning the gym floors with this big machine even though they just opened a few months ago. Staff is friendly and informative. They helped me save a few bucks by suggesting I sign up the following week when it was a new month. Glad to be a member of this gym

My mom and I were in town for an expo Friday Oct 4th... We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this location! We live in Houston but the one here has a much bigger and Glamorous Black Card Spa .... The gym smells nice everywhere!! The bathroom is luxurious and beautiful. We got the Best Customer Service EVER! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. If we lived closer we would definitely come here every day!! Thanks again for going above and beyond our expectations!!!

Very excellent customer service.. People that work there are sweet hearts.. However there are two guys that I have a issue with.. One of the young Spanish guys when I first tried to sign up, told me he couldnt help me so I had to end up signing up on my own. And there is a tall older white guy who never smiles and always seems like he hates his job. Other then those two.. Place is extraordinary!

Awful franchise!!!! They over charged me then when I called they have ‘no record’ of me calling to cancel. I live in another state so driving up there is not an option. After being on hold for an hour then waiting another 28 mins for a call back about getting a refund the Manager hangs up on me!!! Unprofessional!!! As of now still no refund and have spent over 3 hrs in the phone. Terrible management!!!

Everything is always so clean, and everyone is so nice! I wouldnt want any other gym. The only thing I wish PF had was Raquetball rooms.

I have been calling and calling to get help with logging on the app because it keeps asking me to verify my account through email, I was placed on hold for hours yesterday at 7PM and then I pressed 9 for a call back and its the next morning and I still havent received a call. At this point I am just going to cancel my membership because youre not going to continue to take my money and not provide me with customer service or support. I will go to a gym that actually answers the phone and besides I signed to go to a 24 hour gym not one only opened from 5am to 10pm because I hate crowds and my normal time is 2 to 3 am. If I dont get a response today Im reporting PF and shutting my account down on my end!
