I just recently signed up and I’m highly considering canceling. Haven’t yet because my boyfriend goes there. Is just interesting that after COVID-19 many business have being closed, you would think they would be happy to see you there. Everyone is rude on the phone in a hurry just to go back to their personal cell phones. Seriously?! The trainer has a very, Very Extremely Level of Sarcasm. He made me cry. Please make sure if you sign up you know how to use everything he said they would charge me to show how to use the equipment. Bottom line I have been there twice.

Rude front desk. the guy who was working today ( oct 3 at around 2:45) didn’t let my guest in. I have been coming here for months and today I tried to bring a guest and he signed up everything online and got a pass. the guy said he cannot let him in and he doesnt know the reason for that, and will have to wait for manager. He did not even explain anything. We waited for 30 minutes, there was no manager. Returned home without working out. will find other options. I don’t recommend this place.

I always see the staff cleaning up and wiping down. Weights are put away if not very close to equipment. Very nice layout to. I usually go to Los Colinas but since theyre closed this is the 2nd closest and I gotta say its definitely cleaner and less crowded.

Worst gym ever! Some maintenance man named Juan creepiest guy in the gym. I stopped going for that reason, I would like to go to a gym where I feel comfortable.

Darell from the location at Euless is soooo amazing !!!!! The best costumer service we have received. When my bf tried to add me to his membership we called at the location in Keller, we first spoke to Josh (I think) and explained what we wanted to do. Josh without knowing how the membership options work he gave my bf the option to renew his own membership which my bf ended up doing by paying for the whole year. Austin calls my bf back and said because he paid off the whole year he can’t add me to his plan, Austin than proceeded to offer options that included large fees to simply allow me to multi club options and that’s speaking to a manger. When we called back to try to speak to a manager directly, a lady stated there was no manager and it wasn’t long That we spoke to Austin. We were furies. We than called the Euless location and Darell gave us more options understood the situation and helped us so much more. La Fitness need more people like Darell. Giving 5 stars for Darell.

I completely disagree with the unkind staff comments. The staff here are great. The gym is large and never very busy, and the equipment is well maintained. The sauna, hot tub and pool are nice too. I love this gym.

As of lately this place has really started to go downhill. Some of the new hires are really lacking very basic people skills and even basic business casual dress by gym standards if you ask me. Its also had an effect on some of the new clientele little lower by this gyms typical standard. You attract what you hire.The facility its self and equipment is pretty standard for la fitness - some improvements could be made. Leg curl & leg extension machines are lacking no matter how you setup on them they both lack really good muscle engagement. They could downsize the roped off area and add some machines back in primarily leg & back - where I feel this gym lacks compared to others.The cleanliness of this facility seems to be a real struggle. They have had some great cleaners in the past however as of late its really started to slip from the bathrooms especially. And paper towels are always out. They clearly havent compensated the good cleaning people to keep onboard and theyve left!Onto the people who workout here theres certainly a new influx of customers here mostly your typical newer gym goer and its fantastic that they joined but whats been happening alot lately is a complete lack of gym etiquette. The trend is gaining traction of people hoarding 2-3-4 sets of dumbells thinking they apparently are the only one who helps pay the light bill. Quite frustrating when you have targeted goals and limited time.

I have to say, one of the reasons I come to this gym is because they do NOT require masks. It’s a choice not a requirement. Thank you LA Fitness!!!

Highly recommend the facility, very clean. I also recommend the personal training & the Fitness Director was very professional, kind, and assisted with assigning a personal trainer to me. I ended up setting up my personal training sessions & will purchase more.

Friends I left LA Fitness in Euless because the staff there are so unfriendly. Every time you check in there it’s like walking into a morgue. Sad faces, staff won’t even acknowledge you even when you say something to them. I know so many people who have left that gym because of the staff and rude manager there who could care less about anything. The manager just sits in a chair behind the desk all the time. So I tried Planet Fitness down the street and everyone there is so upbeat, helpful and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Plus I love all the extras like tanning and the hydomassage chairs. The atmosphere at Planet Fitness just puts you in a good mood for your workout and you feel appreciated for your business.

Good facility but very poor Management at LA Euless.. the manager Darrell signed us up for membership but verbally promising us “ no contract full refund if cancelled within 60 days “ and now after a month when we went to cancel the membership he outright refused and said “we were trying to pull something”!! We should have taken his word in writing but we trusted the brand and never thought they would cheat usSuper bad experience! Never LAfitness !!

This location is WAY cleaner than the one in MacArthur Blvd - I decided to check this location out since I went yesterday to MacArthur I was disgusted there !Soon as I walked in was greeted by a nice gentleman you can see the difference walking in stations with cleaning supplies, almost everyone had a mask on as they worked out maybe 4 didn’t , I seen an employee walking with a broom cleaning . The woman’s restroom CLEAN ! Definitely coming back to this location..

Super clean and friendly staff.

The management at this outlet need to be removed ASAP by corporate. They are highly inefficient. Over a dozen people waited outside the gym for over 20mins this morning after the gym should have been opened. The light and tvs were on but no one came out to communicate. They let everyone outside. Peopl I got tired and returned to sit in their cars. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I had to leave for coppell after check-in through my app. I am unsure if they were ever let in after I left at 5:21am

The ONLY LA Fitness in America that doesnt have wifi, cheap mofos!!! I gave up and went to a location that has wifi, which is ANY of the rest!!

This location is temporarily closed due to them not having running water right now. It’s pretty unprofessional to not have a simple update on the website so people don’t waste their gas. I empathize with the employees who may not be able to work but what is with gyms not taking a second to update their websites with important information

Went in to talk about membership and felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. Darrel was pushy and condescending.

Horrible business I was told by their associate my membership was canceled. LA Fitness has since been withdrawing 11 dollars from my account monthly for over 2 years now with no help from any of the managers or the OM himself that told me he was gonna cancel my membership and hang up now with no refund from what they stole out of my account. Watch out for this business.

Used to like going to this club as it is the closest LA Fitness to my house. However, since opening after COVID closure, literally no one wears a mask here, not even staff. Other LA Fitness clubs do a fairly good job of enforcement but not here.

I starting coming to Euless location pre-COVID and loved it because of how clean it was, and attention to detail. But seems like now, staff could care less whether customers wear their masks or not, even though there’s a clear sign to weak masks. This has been brought up to management several times and it’s pretty much a shrug and a “well, it’s not state mandated, so...”

This LA FITNESS is just as good as any other. But 4 stars is for to let LA FITNESS know that they should have more leg equipment and an the functional exercise area should not just be for personal trainer only. It’s usually empty (view pics) and it takes too much space.Want my advice? Turn one of the squash rooms (mostly empty as well) into another functional exercise area. Mirrors and weights.

I love this job the employees here are awesome and good people the place is clean and always kept clean were constantly sanitizing all day to keep the germs and everything else away if you come in you can see

We were interested in finding another gym home so we went in to pay for a day pass to try it out and the lady told us about a 7 days free pass. We sat and talked to the other employees for nearly 30mins. In the middle of talking, one of the employees came over rudely interrupted us, told us we could workout and come back to the desk to make a decision tonight. He was rude & pushy. I didn’t understand if we were offered a 7 day pass why are we being pushed to sign up the same day. We went worked out for about 30 mins, came back to the desk get our ids and I asked him about how are we able to come back tomorrow we weren’t given a pass. He told me “There’s no 7 day pass, we let y’all workout today cause you didn’t want to pay the day pass.” Poor communication, Rude, pushy to make us sign up the same day, and initially said there was a 7 day pass but denied it to us when in the first place we wanted to pay for the day pass anyway and possibly join. The gym itself is very nice I love the sauna and the equipment That is offered.

I have tried to cancel my membership at La Fitness in Euless twice, even when they said it was canceled they continued to charge me. This location’s staff and corporate office were of NO HELP! I have been a member for 8 years and will not be returning.

When you cancel your membership, they will continue to charge you. They charged me for an extra 4 months after I canceled. When I called, they asked for a receipt of cancellation. Its a complete scam. My step brother ended up working there, and it turns out this was a part of his training. Most of these 5 star ratings are probably from the staff.

Used to like this club, however, their COVID policy enforcement is terrible and I do not feel safe using their facility.

This location from first glance seemed to very nice and a very clean gym, but then I met I’m guessing the general manager. He was very rude and disrespectful, if you choose to get a membership here I strongly suggest avoiding this individual at all costs. Clearly there is a lack of coaching and development for this gentlemen in the world of customer service. I personally would suggest a new career path.

Very dissapointed with cleanliness of this club. The stairs in the gym do not look like they have been swept or washed in weeks...locker room could be cleaner...pool area and hot tub need to be cleaned...tiles are dirty... management could do a much better job in these areas.

Arrived at 7:15 am and waited 30 minutes at the door. Club was supposed to open at 5 am! Other people waiting outside told me this has happened at least once before. What kind of people does LA Fitness hire? Are they too lazy to open on time? No consideration for PAYING MEMBERS!!! 8:53 am I called they are open. Explanation was two associates failed to show up. The phone attendant seemed quite nonchalant about it. Would be nice if someone cared about us, but this must be the company culture.

The worst experience Ive ever had with the manage of any business. I went the to ask about the prices and the manager told me I can do it online so I left. In and out in 3 minutes

When you want to cancel your membership, they try their best to trick you and charge you for another month. You need to go in person between 9-5 on a workday to cancel the membership, I took an hour off and went there in person at 1:30 and they said that only the manager can cancel the membership and he is at lunch between 1:00 to 2:00 pm! I returned after an hour and they said the manager took off the rest of the day! If he took the day off, then how did he go to lunch???

Extra space in the middle of the gym is now for Personal training use only and is restricted. I have had my membership for over a year and specifically go to this gym for the equipment offered in this space. It would make sense if the equipment is also offered in another area of the gym but considering it is not, that is ridiculous. Also, the only sets of KETTLE BALLS are LOCKED UP! (Also in that area) I have a photo! Might as go to 24 across the highway since they have a similar free space.

I had a PT here for a year and it was a great learning experience. Accomplished a Terrain Race and a half marathon and I can lift heavy items at work so much easier now

Recently moved here from Frisco. The LA is a lot bigger than the one i came from but a little older. Plenty of equipment and space to do what you need to do. Very accessible from 121 and close to other shops. Overall it is a decent gym. For the price i will stay.

Reasonably good gym, lots of weight machines and a decent selection of free weights. A comprehensive schedule of classes available for members. 1/2 Olympic size pool.The juice bar area has laid vacant for 3+ years now. This is definitely a major drawback for anyone who would want a quick protein drink or other snack.

Every club empties their jacuzzi on the same day. Should alternate schedules. When communicating that with the front desk manager his response was that my feedback doesnt matter. I said if there is no feedback mechanism then only option is a Google review which is not ideal. He said he could care less about Google reviews. Terrible customer complaint resolution.

So far I like this place. Theres a good amount of machines and free weights. I never had any issues waiting for equipment.The bathroom seems fairly clean and I like the sauna and swimming pool.

Edit: this gym overall has gone down hill. The updates were nice but its never cleaned and feel gross even while in the shower. Ive canceled my membership since. Would join back if the place would be clean.Overall this is a nice gym to be a member at. The employees are very polite and welcoming when you come in. I usually try to come in on my lunch break everyday, and its nice not having an over populated gym to get a quick workout in. The only downside I have is that the shower area isnt as clean as it could be.

My least favorite la gym to go to because they have so much space restricted for personal training. Also, Ive taken my son to the kids club a couple of times and my son said the girl was on her phone the entire time, both times. Barely looking up at all. I noticed it too. Just a little lousy. I highly recommend 24 hr fitness. The kids club is amazing, more equipment. Might be more expensive but to me it was worth it. Will probably switch back.

I come here 3 times a week. Front desk is cool and equipment works better than other spots but the cleanliness can be better in locker rooms and the WATER is TERRIBLE. If you know what Euless water taste like youll know how bad the smell and taste is. I reported it over a week ago and its still not filtered. Its pretty annoying to workout and be in desperate need of clean H2O. Please fix it.

Came from out of town and wanted to check out some gyms in the area. I came in with one of my friends that is a member to use a guest pass but apparently since I have an out of state ID I couldnt. But if I paid $15 for a day pass they would let me in. I dont I understand how liabilities can change from different passes based on you paying. I could also sign up for a membership using my out of state ID but not a guest pass. So I went to 24 Hour across the street and they were able to help me out no problem. LA Fitness yall need to get it together and make it easier for people to access you facilities. There shouldnt be a different liability clause if I pay or dont pay.

I go here 3-4 times a week. Its close, they have a great variety of equipment, and the staff is attentive.In general its not very busy so you can have access to just about any machine you want at any time.

I go here for the convenience as I live in the area. There is a lot of room for improvement and most reviews have voiced the areas that need work. I just wish they would clean better. Hair, dust and debris is all over the place - machines, mats, floor.

Why would anyone think it was a good idea to convert the entire middle of the gym to an exclusive personal training client area only? I’m paying to use the entire gym. If you want to go to a gym where they restrict where you can and can’t workout, this place is for you.

I got personal training membership from here but they dont have available trainer when I am available, I dont know why they signed me up! I tried to use different locations which at least 20 minutes away from my home/work. But all location is the same, they dont care about your concerns, they didnt tell me what to do, even when I asked. I have a lot to write here but they dont care anyway. I have been trying to cancel the membership since the week I signed up, but they are really persistent, so am I...

Dont waste your time here. Bunch of thieves. And the gym isnt clean. They trick you into expensive fitness training programs and give you hell to get your money back. I am so happy to be freed from this gym.

Don’t let them scam you into the personal training. They lied to my face about the personal training contract that I signed. Luckily I got out of it. Now, I’m canceling my membership and they told me I had to “talk to the manager” then they told me I had to mail a form to cancel it? I just want to cancel the monthly membership! It’s just creepy how they do business.

Several issues here:1. The front desk people rarely ever look up from their phone to check you in. Not friendly and almost never make eye contact.2. There are ALWAYS multiple machines that are out of service. I like to use the stairmasters, of which there are 4. I can count the number of days on my hand in which all 4 have been in working order in the 4 years Ive been a member at this gym.3. Not. Clean.Members almost never seem to bring their own towels or wipe off equipment after use. I cant tell you how many times Ive walked up to a piece of equipment and found it dripping with sweat from the last member. Gross.4. The locker rooms are pretty disgusting. Showers dont seem to be cleaned regularly.5. This place seems to always be crowded.Positives:1. The spin class instructors are pretty great. Jim and Ivan and Anna are wonderful!

I have a one year membership and can’t get out of it. This place is definitely not clean! l alsi stop going to classes because of one of the instructors her name is Teresa. She is always in a bad mood. Her Classes are like militarily! :(

At first this club was great but as time has gone on Ive found more and more shortcomings. First of all Im not sure if Wifi was either removed or if my service on my phone has some how diminished inside the club but regardless, wifi is non-existent at this club. Yes, you read that right this premium gym has no wifi in 2019.Also, when equipment goes down dont expect to use it within at least a few weeks. The assisted pull-up machine was down at least 2 months when I joined in Dec of 2018 and now theres a leg extension machine down and it has been down for the last 3 weeks at least.I canceled my membership today because of these issues and the only thing that had me coming back was the convenient location to my home. Well Id rather drive further than go to a sub par gym that charges a premium price.

I had no gym experience before and I just wanted to be more stronger. I signed up for personal training membership and since then I have been trying to cancel my membership because of LA Fitness not providing enough support for me, here is some reasons; the lack of personal trainers, all they care is having you join them, personal trainers who not informing you what to do. First time I asked them to cancel my membership, they start arguing with me, and I called the general manager , he even yelled at me. I have everything documented. They have no respect to the customer, and they dont care about customer satisfaction after you signed up...

The gym, is great, the equipment is maintained, the front desk people are friendly. Only complaint is the GM/Sales rep Brian tried to sale me some BS membership fee but then a week later the rates were cut in half which is when i signed up. All in all a good experience.

The experience me and my team had with LA Fitness- Euless last night, was horrible. Our team was treated very disrespectfully. Chris Jenkins, the new manager, was very arrogant and had a demeanor that should never be used as an authoritarian lead at LA Fitness.

Good gym. All equipment works and they have a friendly staff. I paid 0 initiation and at 30 a month so its good on the price scale as well. That being said, this is still a franchise gym, their main goal is to grab money and hope you dont come, just like other gyms.

I only use the group fitness classes and love the Body works plus abs by Cindy! I wish she was teaching more classes.

This place is terrible .. they lied to me to get me to sign up! I’ve only been there a month and specifically signed up on the pretense I could work out in the section separate because I don’t like working out with the guys. I was assured I could workout in the PT area. No more than a month goes by and I’m told I can no longer workout in there or use that equipment! I asked to cancel my membership and refund my deposit and corporate told me no and made me pay to cancel! UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I’m going back to 24 hour fitness!!

A gym with a lot of equipment, pool, multiple classes and kept clean.

Very underwhelming customer service, it is very very dirty and sometimes the morning staff dont show up. If you like to workout in the morning like me I would suggest somewhere else where the staff shows up in the morning. If you can avoid signing up here I would strongly suggest it.Also, the bball court is poorly maintained. Tons of dead spots and one of the baskets is lower than regulation.

The so called manager will not stop calling me harassing me to sign up. I called them once to get price information and someone claiming to be the manager name chris calls me to ask am I going to sign up or what? I said I have the flu please stop calling my phone over and over. He hangs up on me. Then I call them back to complain and he hangs up in my face twice.

Do NOT sign up for the training package. If you have a problem with your trainer, they will spend over 3 months to switch you to a new one. Corporate doesnt care about the local clubs and has no motivation to make things right. Many trainers have left in the 10 months since signing up because how they treat them and the clients. See Yelp reviews. This club has significant issues with its training program.Update: the trainer issue was eventually corrected. Jeff is a good trainer, very friendly, personable, understands nutrition, and is aware of what your body can handle. He never cut off time from the sessions.

I have been a member for 6 months now and I love everything about this place. The staff is awesome, classes are incredible and equipment are in great shape.

I go here for convenience but have recently made efforts to drive out of my way to attend another location. The equipment is nice and there is a variety of weights and stations to utilize. The things that make this location unpleasant are the issues with cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. Every time I have visited here, the hand dispensers are rarely filled. Equipment is rarely ever cleaned. Its disgusting, I feel gross even before working out. Bathrooms and studios are okay. Its just the equipment that isnt maintained to look good and presentable to use. The staff can either be really kind or really discourteous-theres no happy medium whatsoever. The front desk rarely greets when entering. One time, I noticed an employee sitting on a bench, taking up a whole workout machine, while being on his phone. I went up and asked if he was done so I could use the workout station, and he told me one moment took another five minutes to finish snapchatting, did one more rep, then walked away. Incredibly unprofessional from an employee. Theres another employee who has a habit of changing clothes at his desk. I dont understand what the hassle is with walking to the designated area known as a locker room that was created for changing into your workout clothes. Doing so protects the dignity of everyone who is in your line of sight that kindly wishes they didnt have to see you do that because this is a gym, not a dressing room. This is a nice location from the outside-definitely could invest in internal improvement. For a business that thrives off sales and customer service, I have hope they will do better in the latter area.

One of the best gyms around the DFW complex. Professional staff team, always willing to make your stay pleasant. Really love the swimming pool, tons of work out equipment. Flexible hours, just a nice location.

I dont feel this gym is worth the membership dues. The entire multipurpose area has been sealed off for personal training clients only. This takes up approximately a quarter of the gym and the same equipment isnt available outside of that restricted area. So you pay $40/month for a membership, then extra for kids, more members, etc, but cant use the whole gym. Interestingly enough, the personal trainers still frequently use equipment outside of the restricted area...so then youre left having to wait for equipment and the multipurpose area is vacant. I cancelled my membership and moved to another gym.Update: Ive actually ended up joining two gyms - Fitness Nation because they offer daycare ($10/month, daycare included) and Anytime Fitness because its closer to me (I go there on days I dont need daycare). For both memberships (both with 24 hour access), plus tanning from Anytime Fitness, Im actually paying LESS than I did for LA Fitness and have access to all equipment. The only thing I dont have is a pool, but I never used that anyway.

Looks like they are making trainers do the cleaning. Nice and friendly staff but floors are very dirty in every area. Big roped off area taking up a lot of space and machines are pushed close together. I rarely see people using the gadgets in the roped off area. Cushions need to be replaced on some machines.

Last night my team and I had very disrespectful behavior by GM Chris Jenkins. He is very rude and lost his temper. He was yelling and saying things to gym members which they dont deserve. He most definitely needs some kind of management training which he is completely lacking. How someone can be in a position who doesnt even respect people and has any control of his behavior. In the end Chris Jenkins has no dignity for his position of general manager.

Pros:-Lots of Equipment-Good Hours-Classes, Pools, Etc-Reasonable PriceCons:-Incorrect amount billed for initiation fee (pending)-It smells horrible in the free weight area (Ive been a member to 4 other gyms over the years, some larger and some smaller)-The weight benches are not adjustable, they are either flat or incline. If they had the adjustable ones, it would be a lot easier to do different workouts.-The lower back raise posts stick out to the side so you are unable to do exercise from the side and the padding is completely worn out. Every gym Ive been to has never had this problem except for this one-Hardly any elliptical machines that have moving arm pieces, the ones they do have no good tv viewing angle-I have used a few of the machines, and half of them seem to be really worn out. Still functioning, but could definitely use a replacement.

It was a really good place when they first opened . Now is awful. I left and went to 24 hrs fitness across the street. Worst experience that I had; they opened my locker and took everything away. When I went to ask for it they told me that I wasn’t allow the leave anything overnight. I apologize and told them that I have to leave in hurry and was planing to go back but I didn’t. However they told me that they everything in the storage room. They handle me a plastic bag with my toiletries. They stole my gym bag and my toiletries bag. Is asked them about my bags and they told me that that was everything. I asked them to let me talk to the person who cleaned the lockers and they didn’t want to give me his name. They told me that I wasn’t suppose to leave stuff there. I said that I understood but that that doesn’t give them any reason to steal it. I went to the counter and quitted right away. They have access to my credit card info and I can’t just trust them anymore.

UPDATEThe gym has been revamped with new equipment and locker room. The front desk people are nice.The downside is the people in the gym. They are really annoying, messy, and love to wear down equipment such as the sauna room. The only thing would make this place a little better is WiFi like the Arlington location.Edit: 9/22/20 - dropped it down a grade. First four sanitizing dispensers I tried to use were out. Gym patrons who weren’t working out were walking around without a mask. SAme old problems at the gym plus new ones. I will prefer driving out of my way to go to a Arlington location instead for now. They handle it better during this crazy time.
