- Ill give 2 stars for they are excellent running appointments: they dont overbook and you dont wait unreasonablely for your appointment.This is what I observed while I stayed there for 3 hours for my hair.- They are working hard, not fooling customers around.- However, they dont know what they are doing for many things. I witnessed several incidents that happened to other customers and I couldnt believe my eyes.I just realized that same unbelievable things were done to my hair, too.I did coloring and cutting. I dont want to mention anything for how they colored my hair since it is absolutely terrible. (wrong coloring and too much damage done sadly. my hair now feel like dry hay) But even for the hair cut, they are not following really basic things: when hair is wet, it is weak so all other hair dressers dry hair first then cut hair. but in this place, they brushed really hard while hair was wet and then did the cutting. Im really worried about losing hair and they did really crappie job protecting hair.When they cut my hair, they didnt even ask which side my hair usually goes. She just cut it first then, when she was done, then she asked me which side my hair goes to. Problem goes on and on. I had to cut some of my hair because she didnt cut my hair even in a straight line because she cut it with wrong hair line.- I didnt complain to her at all because all the damages were done and not reversible. I just promised myself Im NOT going back to the salon at all.- During my stay, I saw probably 6-8 hair cuttings. All the mens cutting were pretty good, but all the womens cutting was like dropping a jaw.....

Staff is super professional, totally affordable, and efficient. The lady who cut my hair did amazing! Im in love with it, she listened to me and got everything i wanted totally on point. Plus she went above and beyond to double check with me throughout to make sure i was doing alright and to make sure I was good with her progress. I highly recommend to anyone needing a cut! I will definitely be returning in the future!!!

I do agree with Alyssa. Same experience happened to me. First visit was ok but when visited for hair retouch it was horrible. I asked for a transition procedure to leave my grays. Dee dont even know what baby highlights mean. She just keep saying she knew how to do what I was asking for. Bottom line ended up with yellow hair. Wont go back. Already fixed it on another salon

I have been going to Nancy forever. She always does a great job. My mom and sister have also used her for as long as I have. I don’t trust anyone else with me hair.

I had to wait 10 minutes into my appointment. No real problem with that; just taking note. The interior appeared clean and without clutter. Once in the chair, we had a small language barrier, but she was so good, she understood me well enough to give me what I asked, and took it a step further suggesting that I have her do something that would make the cut look finished.

I am always on the hunt for quality services at affordable rates, and I needed to find a new hair salon after moving to the area. I found Gala Hair Salon on Google and saw they had several raving reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I was super nervous because not only was I trying out a new stylist at a new salon, but I had also decided to chop about 14 inches off my hair (I went with a medium length bob). My appointment with Ty went flawlessly. I showed him a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest and he asked me clarifying questions about the length to make sure he was getting it right. Then I told him I wanted to go about one shade darker than my natural hair color and he brought out the color chart to confirm my color with me. When he got done styling my hair, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. And not only was my new style perfect, the price was extremely reasonable too! As long as the rates dont increase here, Gala Hair Salon has my business moving forward. Highly recommend!!!(Note: due to the pandemic situation right now, they are not allowed to take walk-ins and you must make an appointment. But make one today because you wont be disappointed! Also, bring your mask! :)

I used to come here when Ty was my stylist and I would drive a long distance to visit. He has since left, but its still a good establishment. $15 male haircuts is a steal!

First time visiting, and I had a great experience! Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and my stylist Ty was great. I showed him a picture, and he gave me his honest opinion about what he thought would look good on me, and I loved the end result!! It ended up shorter than I had in mind walking in, but Ty was right, and it looks awesome. I’ll definitely be returning.

A friend told me about this salon. Her hair is a beautiful and natural shade of blonde, with a great haircut to show it off. She said the owner, Nancy, does her hair but that she has used all the other hairdressers in the shop, and they are all good, so I called and made an appointment for the next day (Friday) with Nancy. She was very friendly and prompt. She did my roots, evened the color throughout, and gave me a great haircut. The prices areVERY REASONABLE and I am a return customer for as long as I have hair!

Best local salon and our whole family goes there since weve lived in Euless. Ty does great mens haircuts and Dee is great for my wife and daughters. All of the ladies in there are masterful in doing brows for men and women both. I usually have Dee or Nancy do mine (Im a guy). Never overdone or not masculine looking.

Ty does a great job on my hair. Yasmine is also great but has been unavailable lately. Everyone is very friendly. They listen to what I want and give me a perfect haircut and beard trim everytime

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had going to a new salon for a haircut! Yasmin was so wonderful from the moment I walked in and explained what I was needing until I walked out the door. My experience was excellent my stylist name was Dee and she treated me so kindly and colored my hair and cut. I had experience a nightmare at 4 places prior to meeting Dee and going to Gala ..she fixed my hair. I will return..i highly recommend this salon there prices are reasonable..I have sit in many salons for hours 6 to 7 plus hours getting my hair colored..Dee is fast and she knows what she is doing. Amazing!!! My hair is absolutely gorgeous! Dee is an absolutely amazing stylist! She really took her time, listened and was great with me! In all honesty she could easily charge twice the price cause her works that high quality! She is also very good with cutting curly and wavy hair!

I went with a girl who was supposed to do my hair ombré and left it orange! Katherine took me in and fixed it in 2 hours! She gave me a wonderful hair cut and completely changed my hair. All I can say is Gala Hair Salon is the BEST! The ENTIRE Staff is friendly! Nancy has been cutting my hair for 9 years. I started going to her when she worked at another local Salon. I dont stay in the area anymore, but I still drive 4 hours for her to trim my hair every 8 weeks! Stay Fantabulous Gala!
