Kenna saved the day! Ive been in the area for 3.5 years now and this is the first cut that my daughter has ranted and raved over. I will not be taking her anywhere else. Literally the best advice, style, and cut we have had in a long time. I cant keep my kid out of the mirror - thats how in love she is with her new hair cut.

I have had two haircuts at Supercuts recently. The first, the guy didnt cut my hair nearly short enough. My hair was bugging me within two weeks.The second, I had to push the lady to cut it short enough. I thought she had done a good job but then when I washed it the first day I realized the hair over my ears wasnt cuz correctly,. I had to get out my own razor and cut the hair over my ears.

Stephanie at Supercuts is wonderful!!! It was my first time going and she made me fill so comfortable like we known each other for years. She did a great job on my cut as well. I will definitely be back.

I got a great cut and perfect highlights. I got a discount too. I appreciated that since it cost alot of money. She used a ton of foils though so no telling what it would have cost elsewhere. Plus toned it so there was not a hint of red in it, which is what I asked for.

EDIT:Im honestly baffled at your response and quite relieved that I didnt use your services. I was simply listing some health concerns Im starting to see since I had been avoiding going anywhere unnecessarily. Im simply trying to find a place to get a haircut since its been 9 months since my last. Instead of raising suspicions of a would have been customer, I would prefer if you simply re-ensured the safety for your current consumers.IF what I had witnessed had been a fluke then simply do better and promise to do better.While many peoples livelihoods have been at risk, I hope you understand that peoples very lives have been at risk. Please take better care of your customers and employees, Im tired of seeing people die. I found this place but Ill be honest I was really hesitant going in because the guy with the low ponytail at the stations to the left werent following the mask guidelines strictly enough. I didnt feel comfortable going in due to the risks and others should be wary as well.

Incredible experience. Loved the haircut, especially loved the hot towel. Recommend this salon to anyone!

Been to this location twice. Both times the experience was amazing. Tiffanie is an amazing person, on time, and in an uneasy world right now... she made me feel relaxed. She is truly an asset to Supercuts! Very friendly establishment and clean salon. I will be back and thank you tiffanie for reminding me that there are still good genuine people out there!!!

Happy to see the salon has re-opened. It has always been my go to place for a high quality cut and style. The salon was very clean. They are clearly taking all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe.

The location just reopened under new management. Very clean and very careful in terms of COVID19 precautions. Hair cut was high quality and didn’t feel rushed. Loved the hot towel at the end of the cut

Very disappointed with the customer service today, I was a walk in and both hairdressers were busy with clients and I was asked to take a seat. I waited for about 20 minutes, meanwhile 2 other clients walked and were asked to take a seat. finally my turn or so I thought, I was asked my name and had I been there before and then I was told I would have to wait because one of the walk-ins made an appointment, I get that. what I dont get is why didnt they tell me the wait time prior to having me take a seat? I could have made a more informed decision then. I asked for the managers phone# I called it and was greeted with hello? I had to ask if this was the supercuts manager, and the reply was who is this did I call her house? I explained the situation and she said that call-ins take priority. again I get that, but I should have been told the wait time in the beginning. sorry was the response. hows this manager.... how can I make it right youve lost my business..... I have discovered Great Clips less expensive and more stylist as well as less wait.

There were 5 people in front of me and wait was not long at all. My stylist (wish i would have got her name) was excellent! I showed her a pic and came out perfect! Great price and a job well done! Couldnt be happier with my experience.

GREAT customer service! Dawn cut and colored my hair and did an amazing job! I will tell everyone I know to come here and have her do their hair! I was also impressed with Misty and Kenna, who were the other two stylist there! Great place all around... I will b e back to see her!

I get that it is Sunday and maybe a little slower but these workers absolutely do NOT want to be here. Each time a guest walks in, they keep trying to put it off on another hairdresser to complete. Makes you feel VERY unwelcome and unwanted. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

I was in desperate need of a cut/fix after the last 3 people/places I went to seriously jacked up my hair. I stopped in taking a chance and told Kathy what I wanted. Do not come here. I went in for a trim and got two or more inches hacked off my long hair. I now have uneven blunt short layers and an unwanted shag. I now have to pay for extensions. I never consented to this.I will absolutely not return under any circumstances, even if they offer to “fix it.” There is no replacing the hair that’s gone.

Two stars because I have gotten great service in the past, but today with no notice posted on the door the doors were locked and lights off... I guess this location allows flexible hours?

Opened 10 minuets late on 10/27/18. After opening late, it seemed there was only one employee who then made us wait another 10 minutes so that she could get everything set up. When they post that they open at 9 that means they should be ready to cut hair at 9:01. The saying “you pay for what you get” really seems to ring true here. Good price for the cut but you’ll still pay for it dealing with all of the delays and issues they seem to have.

Juan is the man. Best hair cut Ive gotten and Ive gone to several higher end places for men. He really takes his time to make sure your cut is perfect and has great stories while hes cutting.

Inconsistent between stylists -- Kenna is amazing, but others have been only okay. I have very thick and curly hair; Kenna (and only Kenna) is able to get the perfect layered look every time.

Andrea ruined my hair. It will be nearly a year since she ruined. She over bleached my hair. I went to a dermatologist and there were burns on my head and doctor mentioned 20% of my hair was lost. I told the manager and never got back to me. Please be careful with bleaching your hair and dont go with her.

I have extra long hair and they have always been very patient, be it colouring or haircut.

Kenna is great. Very professional and definitely knows what she is doing.

Oct.11 2015 Andrea Wagnor gave my boyfriend a terrible haircut and also slept with my boyfriend on her lunch break at Dave and busters i have video footage of her checking into a hotel under my credit card.Shame on your customer service Andrea. You shouldnt be working there after this hideous act.

Horrible customer service! Called 2 hours ago to make an appointment and when I get there, Im told its a 40min wait because they have walk-ins to take care of first. What!? Thats the point of making an appointment! The manager was super rude and told me I dont make the rules. Sorry. Wow! Will never go here again.

I had a terrible experience with Becca. They said she was having an off day, I just dont recommend her. However I came back a few days later to get my cut fixed for FREE with Paula. I do recommended Paula, shes seems to know what shes doing. She didnt have to take off much length to fix my hair. So go and ask for pula or kenna

Although the hairdressers were very friendly, they are seriously lacking in hair cut skills! We showed all 3 hairdressers photos of haircuts we wanted and neither of us left with the haircut we asked for. We def will not be back!

Went there and noticed a pattern, all haircuts made by this hairstyler were military crew cuts. Not bad wait time though.

Satya must have had her hair cut by Keila. Everyone up there was really nice but this chick gave me the worst haircut I have ever seen. I was scared to say anything out of fear that she would try to fix it and just take more length off. I guess thats what I get for trying to save some money and go to one of these places. I ended up going to a real salon to get my hair re-cut immediately. Not sure how the other stylists here are but do not go to Keila, you will regret it!

Jeez this place is bad. Friendly staff but very very slow. The quoted me a 15 minute wait and I ended up waiting an hour. The haircuts themselves are ok but not great. Id avoid going if you have other options. An hour wait at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday is ridiculous.
