Absolutely awful. Every receptionist was very sweet and helpful, but seemed to have contradicting knowledge about how they operate. After having one appointment with a lovely doctor I got moved around to about 3 others and I never saw her again. The one I was usually with did not listen to me, and switched my medications often. Also, very unhelpful if you are moving away. I was told I could schedule telehealth by a receptionist until I found a new doctor in PDX. Later the same day I was told I would need to find a new doctor by someone else. Fine, but get your information correct!

I went and saw Dr.Tee for a work related injury.I will never again see Dr.Tee again. Dr.Tees only positive recommendation Only kinda good thing from Dr.Tee was physical therapy which barely helped with my constant pain and issues which I still have today one year after my injury. Doesn’t care about his patient and no confidence standing up for patients and basic human rights willing to sign off on document that he has zero clue what he is signing off on. Also messed up my health insurance big time for not filling out basic paperwork!I’m leaving this location and doctors 🥼 due to how awful my experience was at this location. Find a different location. I love OMG but they need to learn how to take care of patients and doctors like Dr.Tee can re-learn his bed side manners especially for the younger generation. Just because patients are young doesn’t make them dumb.

I’ve been seeing my PA at OMG Southtowne for almost 10 years and I’ll never change docs or offices unless I’m forced to 🙂 The people are all amazing there, my doctor actually listens to me and we work together to decide what’s best for me. I’ve had bad experiences with doctors in the past that almost cost me my life, so having one who listens to my needs and takes me seriously is a godsend. Only issue right this moment is that I’ve tried getting through to someone 7 times to check on something but their phones aren’t registering when I press a number to speak to ANYBODY 😒 IF anyone from OMG is monitoring this, my patient name is Melton, so call me!!!!!

Diane Kimball (NP) was flippant and condescending. She made it clear she didn’t care about me as a pt and was trying to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. When my insurance changed the office took my info but failed to let me know that my visit would not be covered by my new insurance and I was left with a $307 bill.

I had some covid-alike symptoms, so I decided to take a test. I have called the insurance company to confirm all the covid-related visitation , lab, test, and treatment will be totally covered. After I took the test, the result is negative, however I received a bill. I called the insurance company again, they told me the bill is due to the billing coding. I emailed and called their billing department. This is what I got! Appearantly, your bill is based on your result, not what you service youve got from them. Its a rotten system. To be fair, the employers are nice.

This office went above and beyond for me. From the office staff, with smiles and understanding and especially my PC Lisa. Who actually listened and cared about me as a person and not just the next patient. I recently moved to Albany and my new insurance does not cover me in Lane county. So sad I cannot be a patient here anymore. But thanks to everyone at this office for treating me so well.

Everyone there was nice and helpful. It felt like every question I asked was listened to and I felt like they really cared about making sure I was taken care of. The whole staff was polite and joked with me making my experience there way less stressful. It felt like I was more than just another patient. Everyone there made me feel welcome and safe.

My experience with Oregon Medical Group has not been good. I was diagnosed with kidney stones so I asked where it could be coming from and was told by the doctor to look up online the different kinds of kidney stones that exist and make my own research. After 2 to 3 days of taking the prescribed antibiotics, I was experiencing shortness of breath, called and asked to be given a different medication because of my symptoms with the one they prescribed. The person on the line said they could give me an appointment to have my medication changed 3 days later. I had to explain that I cannot deal with not being able to breathe properly due to a strong medication for 3 more days and that I just need different medication. I cannot not take medication either. He did not care, said he was sorry and asked if I wanted that appointment in 3 days. I insisted he leaves a message to my doctors medical assistant, who called me later and sent different antibiotics to my pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and the antibiotics prescribed were not treating specifically what they had diagnosed me with. So why would I go ahead and buy them?2 days later, they called telling me i did not need the first medication they prescribed because it turns out the culture came back and that I did not have what they assumed I had. So they told me to take different medication. One bad experience after another.I had asked to do a blood draw after making my own research on kidney stones because I realized I had diabetes symptoms as I was reading why kidney stones could appear. So I did a blood draw and a couple days later, I was told on the phone that it seems like I am in the prediabetic range.I said I would love to see a doctor to talk about my results and how I shall eat from now on, etc. The lady on the phone told me the next appointment was going to be 3 weeks later and to look up on internet how to eat until then. I have been treated nothing but poorly at this place. I refused to make an appointment with them. I went to a different clinic and have had an amazing experience with the new clinic. From the receptionist to the medical assistants, to the nurses and the doctors. My new doctor requested my medical records to be transferred to her and after over a week of wait, my medical records from Oregon Medical Group still have not arrived to my new doctor at the new clinic. Another friend of mine has been complaining about Oregon Medical Group. I am happy for those who reviewed this place as being great. I wish my experience had been better but it wasnt.

I was so nervous to go to a doctor for my condition but my doc at Southtowne has been so understanding and kind. I was afraid of not being listened to or being called a liar but I feel like I’ve actual been listened to. Everyone I’ve met with here from front desk to lab has made the whole process a lot less scary than I chalked it up to be.I love that my doctor is succinct and still kind to me. Exactly the type of person I was looking for.

I had a great experience here today. The initial wait time on arrival was less than 15 minutes; the wait time to have X-rays and labs done was about 10 minutes. I came in very concerned about a swollen node and left feeling much less anxious. The doctor assured me that regardless of the outcome of the labs and pathology report, she’ll get to the bottom of the other symptoms. I’d recommend this place.

Like any other doctors office, nothing is perfect. I found it a touch difficult to get my first appointment settled with OMG. However, since Ive become a patient, Ive really had nothing but pleasant experiences. All appointment requests have been prompt since Ive become an official patient. Lab work has also been completed incredibly promptly. And my doctor has been very efficient and understanding. My only real complaint, and it is a light one, is that the front staff of nurses can be a little abrupt with their welcomes. I think part of this is attributable to staying efficient and orderly, which is appreciated, but I think taking off a little bit off the edge could do them well as a first point of interaction.Otherwise, all is well.

I love the people working in the physical therapy office. They were amazing as they helped me through my back issues. Really focused on progression of getting better rather than just treating symtoms. The billing department sucks though. Apparently from one of my first appointments in October to my last in January they were billing me incorrectly. I was sent my final bill of $16 and when I called to pay that the person on the phone said oh this isnt right you actually owe $80. I told them I wanted to see a bill for that and detailed receipt so I could see where the mistake was made. My next bill had final noticed stamped all over it. How is it my final notice when this is the first time I was billed this much? Rediculous. I will never go there again because no one was able to give me a straight answer to why this happened. They said there was a lot of behind the scenes coding. Whatever that means. That is just way to shady for me. Sounds like a scam. And so rude to stamp final noticed all over a bill I had received for the first time. Get the billing department to do their jobs correct the first time please.

I loved my NP in California & received excellent care. We were PARTNERS in my health. I have seen different GPs at this location & Im so disappointed. I complained of arm pain for 2 years to 3 different doctors. The last one sent me to OMG PT & I got worse (terrible PT) When my insurance changed I went to Slocum. I had surgery for 4 torn rotator cuffs, a torn bicep & bone spurs. I had 6 months of excellent PT at Slocum. They are good at returning phone calls & processing refill requests & the staff is friendly efficient, After 9 years here, Im still searching for a GP.

I needed a PCP and a friend referred me to OMG. I chose this location because its close to my home. I was nervous going in because Im quite picky about my care providers and I love who my new NP is! I felt as though she listened to my concerns, offered objective advice and was incredibly knowledgable. I think the level of care on my first visit was outstanding and Im happy to have chosen OMG.

They treated me fine when I had insurance through my work. When I was raped and assaulted and was laid off from my job for missing a bit of work because of my injuries (despite turning in the OFLA and FMLA paperwork my employer requested), I had to go on OHP (medicaid). This is when all my problems started. The staff became horribly rude and disrespectful. When I called to schedule an appointment with my doctor who I had been seeing for a while, I told the scheduler that I had switched to OHP. She rudely told me they dont take new OHP patients. I told her Im not a new patient, Im an established patient, and have been seeing Dr. Duong for a while. She just kept saying, We dont take new OHP patients over and over again. I finally hung up, called back, got someone else, and was able to schedule an appointment.Unfortunately, it only gets worse from here. My doctor prescribed something thats new and not routinely prescribed, so my insurance wouldnt cover it. Without insurance it would have cost me $500. Thats unreasonable by anyones standards. My doctors office refused to work with me in trying to find a medication my insurance would cover. I even spoke with my insurance company and they told me to give my doctors office the number for their coordinated care department thats specifically for providers to call to see what they can prescribe thats covered. When I tried to give this number to one of the staff and asked if someone there could call them, she rudely told me, No. Were not going to do that. I asked if my nurse could call be back and she forwarded me to a voicemail. Since switching to OHP, nurses only returned my calls about a quarter of the time. It was very clear they were trying to bully me into seeking out a new doctor to get rid of the OHP patient.I struggled with them for over a month an a half trying to get them to prescribe something for an injury from being raped. I was in pain and discomfort and was made to continue to suffer because they dont like people who are on OHP. They made me feel like crap for being on medicaid. I didnt choose to be raped, nor did I choose to have my employer violate state and federal law in laying me off. Ive never been treated so horribly by any doctors office in my entire life.Seriously, who does this? Who treats a rape victim like garbage and refuses to treat them? Only do business with this place if you want to support a doctors office that treats like garbage rape victims who end up having to go on medicaid. So much for the Hippocratic oath.

Totally unempatheic doctors, negative experience every single visit. Dr. Chance specifically was a terrible doctor, he basically had me suggest what I wanted to do with my health care, did not take a leading role and did not act as a partner. Plus they test their patients for marijuana use and will not help those who test positive. What year is it?!
