Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They helped me create a care plan on day one and have been very supportive in me achieving my health goals. Doctor McEwen has great bedside manner, hes extremely knowledgeable and has a refreshing outlook on patient care. 10/10 experiences. I highly recommend to everyone.

I was so pleased to see their friendliness, how well they explained things, how professional they are. My Dr explained things, i feel others should have told me years ago I felt very good about my first experience with all them.

Dr. McEwen is an amazing doctor!! He is extremely thorough and listens to your needs. I instantly got a good vibe from him, and he didn’t disappoint. I am moving both my boys over to him as well!

Treated my daughter horribly! 5 hr wait for a COVID test, let other tests in front of her that came in after her, said they called her when they didnt! they are unprofessional, Try to call and they just pick up and hang up! I would never trust them for ANY medical need!

My daughter just had her second and LAST appointment with this person. Shes dismissive, unprofessional and completely lacking in empathy. Some additional training in how to behave as a medical professional is in order here.

I injured my knee and was not able to put weight on that leg. The staff was very helpful. Robin came out and quickly did her Covid-19 assessment. Then Kelly brought a wheelchair out to my car and helped me get into it and into the clinic.Dr. Nosce was caring and compassionate, as always.

I always feel like the Staff at the Front Counter goes above and beyond to Greet me, answer questions and when I call in they always make sure to take their time with me! My Doctor never rushes me out of the room and listens to my health concerns. Prime Care has been so amazing that I have decided to bring my entire family over to this office and leave Peace Health. My family has been going to Prime Care for some time now. Weve seen both Dr. Taggart and Dr. Jeffrey. Theyre both great and always thorough! Robin is amazing as well! Shes always been quick to respond to any questions Ive ever had.

When I first went to PrimeCare in Veneta I was impressed with their clerical staff and the nurses but the doctor I saw with my daughter on first visit wasnt thorough and then when seeing him again today with my son he was very unsettling when I let him know I had hearing impairment issues and anxiety and he continued to try to press me to give me counsel on how to handle my life and affairs rather than spending more time applying treatment toward my son. Im very disgusted with who was assigned to me from this clinic and he was supposed to see me, my daughter and my son but the way he handled me as a concerned parent with anxiety disorder today was a farce. He is completely incapable of handling my level of need and I would not recommend him to any patient who needs assistance with this particular disorder or as a parent either. He is more concerned with being a moral police force than actually treating a patient. DISGUSTED.

Dr jeffery is one of the most thorough drs i have ever met. He actual listened to me and spent time plenty of time with me and answered all my questions in a way i could understand without all the indepth medical terminology. I highly recommed him to anyone. He is very knowledge and stays up on new advancements in medicine.

Unfriendly and dysfunctional staff at front desk. I had to walk out as one of them was yelling at me. Their managers response to my complaint was: I wasnt there and it sounds like it wasnt a good fit. I feel badly for people who come here and are ill.
