Everything about Village Plaza Dental is top notch. Damion Gilday is the best dentist ever - he is always on top of current best practices, the equipment is state of the art, and he’s kind. The staff are super professional and make my visits pleasurable. Julie is a treasure. She is gentle while cleaning my teeth and I thoroughly enjoy our conversations. Even the decor adds to the experience. I have total confidence that I am receiving the best care possible.

I went in for an Invisalign consultation and met with Chelsea, she was very informative and extremely knowledgeable on the process and how to get the best results. I’m blown away by how amazing this place is. Heather at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is comfortable and stress free. The comfort menu they offer is the new wave of the future, it has definitely raised the bar in what can be provided for the customer experience. Dr.Gilday and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely personable. I also appreciated to see them take every extra precautions to make sure their patients are safe during this pandemic. I’m excited to start my treatment and work with this awesome team.Update: I got my Invisalign today from Village Plaza!! My experience has been nothing but amazing, they definitely care about the outcome of my smile and it shows. Dr. Gilday and his staff are awesome! Dr. Gilday fixed my front teeth with a veneers, and they look amazing! I can usually tell if someone has veneers, but mine look perfect. When I tell people that my front teeth are not real, they cant believe it. And the work has lasted over a decade with no issues.Another thing i like a Dr. Gilday is that he stays current with new technology and procedures, so hes not doing some outdated procedure that he learned in dental school 30 years ago.He is also holistic and views dentistry as an important part of general health and wellness. Its so nice to have a dentist that is concerned about my overall health and integrates my dental care into a bigger picture of health and wellness.

I switched to Dr. Gilday not too recently from my old dentist and I can say I am thoroughly happy with my decision. With a warm welcome at the door, to the fantastic and expert dental treatment I’ve received here, I don’t plan on finding anyone new as long as I live here. His assistants are quick and do their job well, allowing the doctor to efficiently care for each patient. Whenever he sees me, he takes care to observe any abnormalities in my mouth, and should he find any he will let you know and give his professional advice on what the best approach is to resolve the issue. Again, I am thoroughly happy with the treatment I’ve received here and I know anyone else who comes here will too!

Ive had great experiences with Dr. Gilday. He does excellent work, is very friendly and approachable and easy to talk with. He keeps up with the latest techniques as well.He took over the practice from Dr. Jay Lamb, whom Id been seeing for years and years. The staff at Village Plaza Dental have all been there for all those years and they are all very good and friendly. And caring! An overall pleasant experience every time I go. My whole family uses this practice.

Good atmosphere even better staff

Dr. Gilday is good but the office staff is terrible. I have had billing issues for over 6 months and I never get an explanation just the same bill. Turns out they have an old office address that has been closed for several years still listed with MetLife as in network, with the current phone number. This “new” office lcation is actually out of network. Who knew that its not the Dr but the office location they use for insurance?! I was not told they were out of network before services were performed. It took over 6 months for this to be communicated with me. On top of all of this first of all they billed my father for my services, same address but different last names and accounts, and then my husband who has his own insurance had a cleaning done and they billed my insurance! I was supposed to get a quote for work that needed done, never got anything. My husband was told they would send him a quote for some work the Dr suggested he get done...never heard anything from them. Office staff communication is horible and they rufuse to connect me with Dr. Gilday via phone or email. BEWARE!!!!!

This is not a childrens dentist. Despite advertising that they are a family dental clinic, they do not have the equipment to properly treat children. You will be referred to a pediatric dentist and have to pay for both visits.
