Everyone was friendly and professional. I was attended to in less than 5mins after my arrival. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

A very friendly staff. The atmosphere is very relaxing. They explain very clearly what they are doing before the start. The in and out time is usually very quick.

Appointments mean absolutely nothing here.I have an APPOINTMENT at 3 for a drug test and Im still sitting here at 4 as they take WALK INS to the back.Be prepared to be tortured by the need to urinate on yourself for an hour+ while they tend to walk ins over appointments.Completely unprofessional BS if I didnt need this job this whole establishment would be cussed throughly out as I type this.Im actually considering leaving anyway.Absolutely rediculous.

Everyone I talked to was helpful and nice. Not long of a wait.

Messed up my fathers blood work twice and he just had to return to have his blood drawn a third time. They used an expired test tube the second time and the first time lost his blood tube. Incompetent. He cannot return to work until they submit his blood sample properly. Loss of money and time. Train your associates.

I had a terrible experience with the nurse Kayla she made me undo my head wrap thinking I had something in my head wrap to tamper with my drug test. It was only because I’m black she was also rude when I first met with her at the door and she did not have any bed side manner at all I will not be back there at all.

I’ve used this facility many times over the years for business pre-employments drug screenings. NEVER had any issues.

As a business owner we relied on St Elizabeth business health to provide our drug screening program. The first two we got our results back in 1 day.It has been 4 days with NO schedule for the screening results. IM BEING TOLD IT HAS BEEN SENT TO THE LAB.
