Best urgent care Ive ever visited. They were extremely busy with a lobby full of patience but kept their patience with helping patients with all their needs. I went there for a DOT physical and was extremely impressed. Jeremy Grant was very nice and helped me through the whole process. His positive attitude made you feel comfortable in a doctor setting. Highly recommend place.

The team and more particularly my physical therapist proved to be efficient accommodating and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit and my results.

This was the best urgent care place Ive been to in a long time.

Went to have a lift test and a drug screen for a company that wanted to hire me in. They said the person who did the lift test was only there till 4 and would not be there Saturday so I wouldn’t be able to have it done then. When I arrived at Concentra all seemed to be going as it should till my nurse/aid not sure what the primary duty of this person was but anyhow said I had to pee in a cup and seemed to be genuinely annoyed to be helping me and she also said I had to at least fill to the top of the line I did the best I could but only got to the top of the line thought I was good she said it was insufficient so she said in a very cold manner that I could drink 4 glasses of water and that I had till 7pm to finish it. I went to the lobby drank 4 glasses and then needed to go after about 20 min as I’m trying desperately to pee in the cup she’s knocking on the door giving me a count down and after that I gave less than what I did before and after that when I came out she then proceeded to tell me I have until 7 again and if I left that it would terminate that visit. Her tone and genuine expression that I was an annoyance was more than I could take so I left I’ve never in my 52 years of life ever been so frustrated with a simple visit to any Doctors office and I’d rather not go back to that one since it may have cost me the opportunity to be employed at Proximo probably cost me thousands of dollars.

The employees were very polite and professional. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I got there as the doors opened on a Saturday morning. There were quite a few people there. The employees worked together to get everyone registered and seen in a timely manner.

Little bit of a wait there but its a busy place! But all the people who I came in contact with were great! Nurse Krista was great! And the doctor that checked me out which I cant remember his name but was a Navy Corpsman back in the day so you know who you are and he was great!!!!

Everyone there was friendly and willing to help. The waiting room and restroom was kept clean and tidy. I recommend going later in the afternoon as they were crowded at during the lunch hours.

Everyone is very kind and friendly.They are very concerned for you to fully recover and very through.

Some of the best bed side manor Ive ever experienced at a doctor office. You can tell they are passionate about what they do.

Friendly, felt safe during COVID. The people there were excellent, took the time to find the least expensive way to bill me. I felt valued.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I show up for my appointment I never have to wait. The physical therapy staff is the best, they have helped me so much.

Staff was clearly understaffed. I waited around 3 hours for a drug test and a physical for TSA. Staff was friendly and so was the Docotor.

I went in the middle of the afternoon on a week day for a simple titer pull (one vial of blood) I had to sit there for over an hour. Now I understand being busy but why other patients are seeing the doctor or having a complete physical, have a lab tech available to do quick blood drawls.

Everything from start to finish was barely controlled chaos. The workers shredded the forms my employer sent me with, had me fill out new forms, and then had me recomplete my employer’s forms because they were correct all along. At one point, it took 3 STAFF MEMBERS to take my blood pressure, each blaming equipment they were using (but the same equipment worked fine 10 mins before when my BP was taken). My drug test samples had to be re-packaged because someone nearly sent them to the wrong lab. The exam with the doctor was easy enough and only lasted >10 mins, but I was there for 3 hours. Not for a walk in appointment, but for a scheduled physical for my employer.I would never recommend that a company use this provider for any business health services.

I went in for a pre-employment screening. Very easy and quick.

The only negative was the hour wait, but to their credit it was around lunchtime and extremely busy. However I must compliment Jeremy who took great initiative expediting my appointment. Also very friendly and professional!

First visit was told that it would be over 3 hr. Wait,rudely.second had three wait done urine and pee test Dr came in not very friendly then went to other test teck not very perfessial, all total thier about 4 hrs.got call 5 days later said had to come back and do pee test again??? 2hr.drive for me. I hope this last time I have to visit this business. Very nonperfessal.

My only issue was the wait time and that wasnt really anything they could control. I think the name of the text that I had was Jeremy and he was wonderful.

The staff were all very helpful and nice but I was there for over 3 hours for only urine screen and hair follicle. There was absolutely no need for the long wait.

They were nice throughout procedure. The only thing that I am curious about is when the male technician took measurements of my neck, which I did not see on report nor have I ever had that done before from any medical visit. !??? He was nice though.

I was sent to Concentra for a pre-employment drug screening. My employer gave me a ePassport with a barcode for my appointment at Concentra. The front desk at Concentra should’ve just been able to scan that barcode on my phone and would have all of my information and the requirements of my visit. Instead the front desk attendant said they don’t need the ePassport and I had to fill out all of my information on a clipboard. Totally redundant and unnecessary.

Customer service is good. The wait was at least an hour and my name is spelled wrong. Other than that, all was good.

I was sent to Concentra to take a drug screen and couldnt produce enough the first time, and I was told I had 3 hours to drink water and produce another sample! The lady told me I was not allowed to leave the premises, and I even asked her if I could walk outside to call my babysitter to tell her I would be just a little bit longer and smoke a cigarette! Again I was only told I couldnt leave the premises! So I walked just outside the door, in plain view of the front desk, called my babysitter and smoked a cigarette! When I went back in I was told that because I walked out of the building I would not be allowed to give another sample and that they had reported to the company I was taking the drug screen for that I had an automatic failed test! This caused me not to get the job I was applying for, as they would not let me continue my orientation because of the failed drug screen! These people dont tell you the truth and then lie to cover their tracks! They have a very poor staff!

One of the most unprofessional places to be. Hopefully, your experience is better than my experience. I was to receive a 5 panel rapid test, which has results that day. I tested, signed and was escorted to the front where I was informed that my results were being sent to my employer.Later, I discover that my sample was processed and sent to a lab. Not once did I, initial, or sign for my sample to be sent to a lab. My sample was placed in a cup that had a special lid. Then it was placed in a machine, which when finished printed a paper out that was taken to the front with me when I was escorted out. When the results were slowing the hiring process I attempted to call to understand why my sample went to a lab and to find out when the result where available. I was treated like I had no rights to my test results and/or to question any of their practices.

Experience was good, would be 5 stars if not for the long wait.

Concentra in Hebron is a great Urgent Care to use if your in the NKY area. Its conveniently located right off the I-275. The staff from the front desk to the Docs and Practitioners are exelllent and very friendly and will make every effort to make your visit a pleasant one. Ive been using this location for the last 6 years for my DOT recertifications and have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend this Concentra Urgent Care.

Very clean and friendly but there timing for service is absolutely horrible. Waited over 2 hours for a follow up appointment to have my stitches looked at. Wasnt in the room for maybe ten minutes to be told it looks good will see you in a week.

Went to Concentra for a drug screening as part of the hiring process at Hollywood Casino. The visit was simple and safe, the staff was friendly. All around a good experience that did notvtake very much time.

Waited an hour for my appointment, then finally I got assisted but before I could take my test I got emergency call from a family and they told me I’d have to contact HR to come take it again...

Came for a work drug screening. Was in and out in about 30-40 minutes, even with a lobby full of people. All staff was friendly and helpful!

Staff was very polite and courteous, kept up with covid 19 restrictions (many places dont), wait time was never longer than 15 minutes to see the doctor or Physical Therapist(with or without appointment). Would recommend

Concentra was so professional and treated me well! My appointment was a routine drug screen for work. The waiting room was “full” yet I was welcomed and addressed as I walked in the door. The front office staff had all papers ready for me to fill out and quickly had my name on the wait list. The waiting area was clean and had a family appropriate show on the television so I felt comfortable sitting there. As I watched other clients called back- the staff was professional and welcoming. When it was finally my turn (Only about a 20 min wait), I was also called back and greeted by a smiling staff member. They were busy- they could have been gruff and “checkbox like”- but no! Each person was personally greeted! My procedure was quick and professional and I was out the door!When I left, I called my employer and asked that It be put in my file to ALWAYS be sent to this location!

Just a great experience. Everyone was extremely pleasant, professional, and extremely patient. I was getting a physical for a new job so it was a lengthy process.Everyone was so wonderful I just can’t say enough. I had to bring my seven year old with me and he is a handful to begin with. Everyone was so patient with him and involved him in the process which made it tolerable for him. He is a very social boy and I worried that he might get in the way, however everyone took the time to acknowledge him and showed us great respect. Thank you all at Concentra.

Perfect place for my drug test

The office was packed with so many patients and they just kept streaming in the door. The ladies at the desk stayed very upbeat and professional, giving patients the option to stay as their wait would be long. Most stayed as they were sent there by employers, but due to Covid restrictions had to wait outside. With being overwhelmed the staff remained upbeat, professional and kind. These are hardworking professional employees and deserve acknowledgement. Thank you 😊

For a DOT physical it was relatively quick, at least for the holidays. Staff is friendly. Just try and get there early before it gets crazy busy.

The building was under construction while I was there but all of the staff were working diligently together. It was obvious that they cared about getting the people who were there through their visit in a timely manner. All of the staff were very upbeat, friendly and professional with a smile, they explained every step of the process and got me in and out of there very quickly. I was already anticipating a long wait on my way there and dreading it. Your staff was awesome, organized and had it all together despite the construction and got me on my way! Awesome job !!

Sat in the waiting room while people who came in after me went in to be seen. Girl that handled the administration of my test was very abrupt. I’m 52 years old. I felt like I was being talked down to.

The whole staff is extremely proffessional and nice....but.....Dont expect to get in and out quickly. They do not go in order by when u come in. Heard others complaining about how long they was taking. An employer rep came in and said a worker waited 3 hours and still wasnt seen and refused to come back. Maybe it was a bad day? I like their system better than a hospital.

I actually was going to reschedule because they were extremely busy but I was informed of the wait as soon as I walked in. I liked that and the ladies at check-in were fast and efficient as well as friendly. Most places u walk into that are this busy the employees arent friendly but not the case here. So I decided to stay and my wait wasnt anywhere near as long as they stated. Efficiency

I want to say I was very impressed with Concentra. I went for a complete physical and was dreading it. The staff at Concentra were very professional and very friendly. They explained everything each step of the way. They were the best! Concentra you were fantastic.

Not clean. Calling out people by first and last name and why they are there in front of everyone. Also calling out people’s first and last name for charts they were looking for. Awful.Not making people wear masks. People talking so loudly on the cell phones. So unprofessionalAwful!!!!!!

Called a few days ahead of time to ask if I needed/ should make an appointment for my physical and drug screen for work and was assured that wasn’t necessary. Got there at 9am when it opened on Saturday and proceeded to wait an hour before I was even taken back to get my height/ weight and eyes checked and drug screen. Then was taken to a room and got blood drawn- that all took about 10-15 mins so now it’s about 10:45z I Was assured the NP would be in shortly to see me well 11:15 roles by and still no NP/ Doctor. When the NP finally shows up at 11:20 the physical takes less than 3 mins. I just feel like it was a bunch of waiting around for nothing.. they then drew a t-spot titer knowing it would not be able to be ran on the weekend. When I had to get it redrawn I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen and then they either lost my blood or never sent it because my job never received any results and when they called they were unable to find anything on it.... absolutely ridiculous

They was very nice and when i had questions about anything they didnt have a problem helping me solve my problems and the staff in back was very friendly and polite also

The desk clerk snapped at me for not having my own mask, you could tell she has NO business in the medical field otherwise she would ask if I had a medical issue with waring a mask. I have asthma and there are several issues a person could have in regards to waring one. Also its a health center so they have plenty, she was angry when I asked for one of theirs, mean while as always as I asked other medical staff thier thoughts... The rest agreed it is thier PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OPINION that mask do NOTHING AGAINST VIRUSES. So hard to believe I was verbally attacked over something as simple as a political communist agenda.

The only issue I have with this facility is the wait time. I went in for an employment physical and had to wait about 45 minutes before being seen. An appointment would have been better time management.This is an urgent care office that handles a lot of drug tests so a wait could be expected.After I got in the process was efficient and pretty thorough.

Being 60 have wear and tear on my body. But they making issue with prescribed medication. And have cataract on one eye waiting for money to fix. Went in for 2 different physicals and failed pending. Not sure what an old maintenance man needs to see far away when I work with hands and read schematics with no problems. Close to being homeless and really need job to live.
