I did not get sent pictures while i was on vacation. the night that I came to pick up my dog it seemed like there was only one person in the building? not a good sign to me that they have god knows how many dogs inside and only one person to care for them all. Im taking my dog to PetSuites Erlanger next time. Im pretty sure they keep someone with the pets over night too. this place does not.

My daughter cried with worry over her cockatiel while we were on vacation. But the staff sent her pictures and an update every day. Excellent care!

I dont see that they did anything to my cats but they said they did and they changed me for it

My dogs did great there. Very clean, friendly staff.

Took our dog here last week to get groomed. We told them exactly what we wanted done and were pretty specific about it. When we got our dog back his cut wasn’t even remotely close to what we asked for. It was the complete opposite.Additionally, our dog has scratches and knicks on his body which appear to be from the razor. These scratches are in the spots where he’s shaved lower and have not gone away yet a week later.

My dog Franky LOVED spending the day here!! The staff went above and beyond to calm my worries about leaving my baby. He got played with and loved on all day and they even sent me pictures of him throughout the day! I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could!!

I have been bringing my mini Schnauzer to this resort for grooming for about 4 years now. Ive tried three other groomers and this one is the best, by far! Miniature schnauzers are known to matte pretty easily and must be brushed all the time. I can tell this groomer takes her time to cut his fur. Cleans his face, eyes, ears, tail, and rear. He always smells great when he comes home. They even let me drop off before work and pick him back up after if needed. (Although if you pet is not vetted for the daycare, they would be in a crate until you pick them up.) Love this place! We even moved 45 minutes away and I still take the time to bring him here.

Paid $60 for a bath. Staff was super friendly but the whole reason I went here specifically was because my vet recommended it because my dog can be difficult. He was muzzled and according to the groomer when she updated me 5 min in he wasn’t really growling or giving her a hard time so I had hope. But about $15 minutes later I was brought back my dog (All done!?) I questioned whether she brushed him at all since I can spend a good half hour with a furminator myself and still have work to do and she said she did go over him with one. In the car I could see loose hair sitting on him and knew immediately I would have to groom him myself anyway which sucks because now I’m not sure why I wasted time and money going. This is a pic next day before I go at it myself of him already dandruffed up and covered in loose hair, definitely won’t be going back.

The staff at Erlanger Pet Resort always takes excellent care of my two dogs. One of my dogs is almost 14 and they have a lot of patience with him and give him extra love. I appreciate their responsiveness and their amazing care!

Have used this facility boarding our K9 several times in the past two years, however the last two times i have been very Dissatisfied with the experience will not be returning. Staff is very relaxed & young teenagers they did not meet my personal expectations.A friend recommended using the Rover app, has to be better than my experience here.

We had our Millie there for day boarding this week. She loved it, and the staff took really good care of her. Thanks especially to Trinity for doing such a great sales job over the phone, and to Jasmine for treating her so well while she was there. There were others also, I just didnt get their names. If were ever up that way again, Millie will drop by to see you!!

We have been taking our dog here for years and always have a great experience. The folks there are super nice and great with our dog!

Used them while visiting a local camp ground. It allowed us to enjoy our days away from camp without worrying if our dog was bothering all the neighbors. Very friendly and accommodating!

The entire staff is awesome! They love the dogs and take extra great care of them. My puppy is never excited to get in and out of the car unless we tell him we are taking him to daycare. When we arrive he pulls me to the door he is so excited!

I will *never* take any pets to the Erlanger Pet Resort and Day Spa ever again. Long story short, although we take my dog to a different clinic, he has been up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. He has kidney problems so we have to take him every other month. We had an appointment for a grooming but Julie wouldnt let it happen because she felt like he needed additional shots (which he didnt...); it was just her opinion. While the groomer was telling me to Go ahead and bring him back. because she felt like everything was fine, Julie (an office manager) wouldnt let it happen. With shouts of No! Wait. from the back room and shouting questions to me while she was on the phone, it was a horrible experience. Pets and their owners should NEVER be talked down to. No one should have to listen to an unqualified office manager shout questions from another room when the groomer and other Vets say the dog is perfectly fine and okay. Ive never been in such a rude and unprofessional situation. The only way Ill ever recommend this place is if she leaves or is fired.

The people are great the place is very clean. The staff take great care of your pets when you are out of town. They have been taking care of my pets for about 8 to 10 years now.

They are great with our boy. We use them for daycare, grooming, and boarding. We know Drogo is in great hands when he’s with them.

Always a pleasure working with this kennel. We always feel so at ease and special when we arrive. Id never consider anywhere else to board my dogs.

This is the best Pet Daycare in the Cincinnati area. They are incredibly caring towards each dog and their needs. Living in Ohio and working in Kentucky, I have tried multiple Doggie Daycares, Erlanger Pet Resort goes above and beyond.

After driving for an hour for an interview/observation appointment, I was turned away at the front desk before even meeting anyone and told that since my rescue dog appeared to be part pit bull that he was automatically put into the category of a “bully dog” and we would not be allowed entry. After taking a minute for that to sink in and then shaking off the disbelief I began to question how it was even possible for someone to think that way. I dont see any difference in this situation and any other stereotype such as race or religion and it disturbs me greatly to know that someone in this industry has these unfair prejudices, especially a veterinarian. I wonder how the AVMA would feel about that? The staff was very apologetic and said they would ask for an exception but after hearing this I could not possibly leave our family member at their facility. My dog is a sweetheart, great with kids, cats and other dogs. He has never shown any type of aggression towards anyone or anything. I worked at a veterinary hospital for four years while attending college and I still cant believe what happened today, I am embarrassed for this facility and hope that this review can shine some light on this practice of prejudice.
