Ive gone to the UPMC kiosk a few times and the experience always differs. I worked with a gentleman a few times who was very helpful and friendly. I came in with a billing issue and everything was taken care of within a few days. I stopped by there a different time and the 40 year old female associate dismissed my concerns. She barely looked up from her computer and wasnt sympathetic to my issue.I love that UPMC has a kiosk in the area. Its wonderful to have the opportunity to talk to someone face to face about insurance.

Extremely rude people who Im numerous occasions hung the phone up on me instead of helping me when I tried to call with a few questions

Mean people working here, just kick them out of the mall please.
