Mostly a very good experience. I had contact with seven staff members and only one was not stellar...and that one blew a vein in the back of my hand.

I never had to wait that long in the past 5 years. I know if someones having a problem with their eyes, they are put to the front of the line. And thats okay with me.

Although everyone in this office is cordial, the wait time is horrible . I wonder how they schedule......seems like every time I arrive with my husband, regardless of the time the appointment is scheduled, the waiting room is packed and we sit for at least an hour. This is not acceptable to me. They need to either limit their practice or get more practioners.

Parking and walk to get here is horrible for patients who are handicapped and elderlyMade me cry watching them struggle to get to their appt on time. .then the wait...Please try and move to another building where its easier to get to...so hard on the elderly please take care if your patients .better...

Great staff, quick and efficient, in and out in 1.5hrs, they are cutting edge with the latest equipment. Very impressed!

If you dont mind waiting for two hours and being called dude by an arrogant Dr. Baldwin youll love the place. Staff is grumpy and rude also!

Ive gone from blind from an infection in one eye, cataracts in both, to 20/20 and no glasses.
