The most patient - oriented office I have ever been to. The amount of care the staff puts in reflects in the personalities of the individuals that work in the office.

Very helpful, polite, professional to the max highly recommended for all ur needs from being sick to getting the perfect help you need really felt comfortable and they met my requirements for not only myself but my entire family as well definitely going to stick with them as my office for the foreseeable future 👍🏼👍🏼👌👌

I couldnt have picked a better place for my externship! Not only have I been a patient since I was born but Im blessed to be apart of the staff and what a wonderful and rewarding experience it has been.

Not even 1 star!!!! How about a 72 year old seen at ER for a thoracic spine fracture gets told she cant be seen by doctor because they are all booked up. The ER paper clearly states she is to be seen in 4 days. The receptionist didnt even consult a doctor she was too concerned about doctors not prescribing narcotics. She did not do her job and should not be in a field of helping people! Paper says she is to be seen with in 4 days!!!!!! She should be fired!!!!

I would give them less but 1 star is the lowest it goes. Don’t EVER attempt to call for appointment. It’s like calling for unemployment during COVID. You might get luckier with unemployment. I never even got thru the phones to set up an appointment. I’m switching doctors offices immediately

Dr. Ruffa is awful. The devil has more compassion for people. If your appt is at one hell see ya at 4. He has called me by another patients name several times and has discussed medication with me that the other patient is prescribed. I attend for a family dr and have no needs for narcotics and gives me a hassel to get basic medications. Meanwhile I know several addicts that he has proscribed killer cocktails of drugs. In fact I 100% feel he is reaponsible for the death of a family member of mine due to his negligence. Hes lost his license once and whoever reinstated it must be missing as many brain cells as him. If you want to be healthy and live DO NOT GO HERE!

Super slow! Currently waiting over a hour and a half for my daughter to get shots for school. Unacceptable!

Staff cant send refills properly to save their life. Ive called numerous times to have meds refilled at the pharmacy, and when I get there theyve only sent one medication. Then, they want you to come into the office because you havent been seen in a while. Why should I come in if Im not having any issues? Just fill my lopressor before my BP gets out of control, cause then I will have a problem. Feel like LECOM just wants a reason to charge me for an unnecessary office visit.

Took my fiancee in on a Monday early afternoon and got into an ER room fairly quickly. After that, it was over 3 hours. The nurse only came back when I went to get him. Bells were ringing and we called for a nurse, but nobody ever came. Also, we asked if they could turn up the ac because the room was so hot. After about 20 minutes I went back to check and was told they were too busy to check on it. Amazingly the nurse was on her cell. Maybe she was doing work related stuff, but I doubt it. I would never go here for a life threatening emergency or for any other. So disappointed but now I understand why they have the reputation that they have.

The exam room was extremely dirty, the exam room table was a rickety old desk! The doctor didnt wash his hands or put on gloves before examining my broken ankle, nor did he wash them when he left. Also was prescribed no medication for a broken bone ..... Wouldnt suggest going here unless you absolutely have to.

I like Dr. Ruffalo but the wait there is ridiculous. 3 hes... I mean cmon really. And to get my scripts is a hassle. I have to call and call you have them called in. I was suppose to have an MRI scheduled and they never scheduled it and called 3x and finally a temp receptionist called and made an appt, which good thing because they now see I needed surgery and was in pain as I had been saying all along.

I have had nothing but problems with this practice.The staff are lazy and dont do anything to help you as a patient .is not very effective I had to get an initially I thought that my doctor was very knowledgeable until e attorney involved in order to get my life - sustaining medication pre-autgorized. That is unexceptable!The doctor I saw seemed to know what he was doing but after a few months of poor performance I see that I was wrongI would not recommend this practice any practice that is run by L. E. C. O. M they have proven to be all about the money! or

I wish I was able to give less than 1 star! Every time I go in with a concern I come out even more upset than the previous visit! The doctor had horrible bedside manners and clearly didn’t give a damn!!

Waited for Dr. Ruffas nurse and office to send in a script for my nebulizer because I couldnt breathe for almost a month. And waited for them to send a script for my walker for about 6 weeks. Had to call them every day and my insurance case manager called them too. Everytime we called they said it had been done. Plus you wait forever to see the doctor even with an appointment. They shouldnt take walkins. Still waiting for my med refill. Been 2 and a half weeks. REALLY ????

The ladies room , its very dirty , u hv to put ur sample on a stained table that has other peoples pee on it . omg really , the nurses told me to leave i was done , n i hd to go back a few minutes later , cause the dr wanted me to hv xrays. unreal

Would never recommend this place to family or friends the doctor is doctor dagun prob spelt her name wrong idc she is crazy psycho and you can’t even understand half the time what she is saying. The waiting room was dirty !!! The rooms inside to wait for the doctor was even dirty!!! I refuse to take my kids out the stroller until she came in the room. Dr dagun calls me directly and harassed me on why I had to reschedule and made me feel very low as a parent told me and my fiancé my sons head shape is retarded !!! You don’t talk to a parent like that about their child!!! I switched doctors and I couldn’t be more happier!!! The other doctors were great just dr Dagun takes her job to her head and tried to over step where she is not welcomed.

My uncle is on the Coumadin blood thinner and dr. David Fox refuses to give him blood work so he can get his Coumadin blood thinner refill he missed two appointments out of all the years of him being at that doctors office dr. Fox looked him right in the eye and said two strikes youre out you dont get three. If my uncle dies from a blood clot I am going to sue Eastside Medical

Worst place ever ! Bunch of half wit pretend doctors with phds.girlfriend had an appointment at 1:30 . We didnt leave til 4:30. She has an on going problem that they cant figure out . She says she think she has a problem and they agree . Worst place ever!!!
