This place appears to be completely incompetent, or at least their front office staff. My husband received information in the mail about a surgical procedure scheduled for today. We are both working professionals, so we had to take the day off from work. When we never got a call about the time of the surgery, we started to inquire in order to be well-prepared for the day of. Well, it turns out that the office never actually scheduled his surgery for today at all; in fact, they have it scheduled for a date 2 weeks from now. When my husband called the office this morning, they had no idea what was going on and couldn’t answer why they sent him information with a completely different date on it. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. So we both took the day off for absolutely nothing and will now have to do the whole thing again in 2 weeks…maybe. I’m not going to hold my breath that this office can get their act together in order to get him on the hospital’s schedule. If we need any further care after this procedure, we are going to be RUNNING to a different office. Pity, because my husband really liked Dr. Cooper, but it’s terrifying to realize how incredibly disorganized the entire place is.

If you are needing a quick appointment forget this medical office. They made me wait 90 days to just be able to discuss an appointment. Yes they will see you when they want you to. Medical care while you are waiting for them to decide if your insurance or social position is acceptable is up to you the one pays their fee($). This is a true story.

Would rate 0 if I could. Highly unprofessional staff. Calling and messaging for months with no return calls or messages, just promises that someone would get back to me and no one ever did. When dealing with an upset patient, who has essentially been ignored for months, they feel its appropriate to further provoke them and hang up on them. All I wanted was treatment. I didnt think that was too much to ask.

They billed me 6 months after my appointment. This caused me to have to pay in cash rather than use my fsa because the service had been in the prior year.

Dr. Miller was amazing...I was referred to him from the UPMC Emergency Room and I couldnt be more pleased...I am a Florida resident and he didnt hesitate to take care of me.Was amazing before surgery..explained everything and even drew pictures...eased my fears and made me very comfortable to proceed with what needed to be done... cant say enough good things about him and his office and hospital staff..

Office admin needs better coordination. Husband waited 35 minutes to be seen by doctor (5 minutes). Doctor left and said he would send soneone in with the paperwork. Husband sat another 20 minutes then went out looking for someone. No one around, everyone on lunch. Finally found someone up front to go find his paperwork and get him checked out.

Dr Miller is super professional and excellent bedside manner. Surgery healed nicely and I highly recommend him.

My dad saw Dr. Miller and we were pleased with him. He explained his condition and corrective procedure very well. On another appointment to change a catheter, the nurse did not put the correct catheter stabilizer on my dad. And later that day, the tube connectors cane off which resulted in a mess!

Doctor Miller was amazing! Really knew what he was doing and made me feel at ease. I wish he could be my PCP!

Terrible scheduling abilities. Have never been seen within 45 minutes of my children’s appointments. Usually at least an hour wait even if we were the first appointment in the morning. Also Dr. Schober does not appear to value her patients time and work schedules, or have any concern when she finally walks in to see somebody over an hour late. Incredibly frustrating!
